This study analyzes the inner conflicts experienced by the characters in the novel Mata Penakluk. The theory used is Sigmund Freud's theory to examine the psychological condition of the characters described in the novel Mata Penakluk. In addition, it also examines educational values. The aims of this study are to (1) describe the mental turmoil experienced by Abdurrahman Wahid's character in the novel Mata Penakluk by Abdullah Wong, a review of literary psychology; (2) describe and imitate the values ??of character education contained in the novel Mata Penakluk by Abdullah Wong. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research is the novel Mata Penakluk by Abdullah Wong published by PT Mizan Publica. Data collection techniques in this study used library, listen, and note-taking techniques. Data validity uses data triangulation. The data analysis technique uses flow analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are (1) the psychological condition experienced by the character KH. Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) in the novel Mata Penakluk is influenced by three elements including id, ego, superego; (2) the character values ??contained in the novel Mata Penakluk have 9 values ??including monotheism, humanity, justice, equality, liberation, brotherhood, simplicity, chivalry and local wisdom/tradition. Survey of sports and health physical education facilities and infrastructure in MA Ar-Ridlo, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency, 2021/2022 Academic Year. The formulation of the problem in this study is to find out exactly how many facilities and infrastructure there are in the MA Ar-ridlo school, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency. This research is motivated by a number of problems that exist at the MA Ar-Ridloschool, including that students often experience obstacles in carrying out practice, especially sports because of the very poor comparison between the availability of tools and the number of students. This study aims to explain and describe the situation naturally which is done by providing a systematic and accurate description of the situation or situation in the field, from the ongoing process the research aims to describe exactly the availability of physical education learning facilities and infrastructure through observation. The research method used in this study was interviews with physical education and sports teachers as subjects, totaling 2 people. The data analysis technique in this study is to compare the results of the study, in this case the amount of data on facilities and infrastructure with the regulatory standards set by the government ministry of education. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive type of research. According to Sugiyono (2013) if you look at the data, then data collection can use primary data sources and secondary data sources. Thus, the data of this research is descriptive. The data obtained include interview transcripts (interview results), field notes, photos, personal documents, and various other supporting data. Based on the results of data analysis and discussions that have been carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that the physical education facilities and infrastructure at MA Ar-Ridlo Kranggan, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency are not meeting the ideal standard because they are still constrained by the problem of the size of the area/place or land and the lack of financing to buy tools. Data on teaching aids facilities show that the availability of tools is less than 50 percent of the quota set by the government. This situation causes sports education facilities and infrastructure not to comply with the criteria set out in the government's ideal standards in education. The suggestion in this study, from researchers for the MA Ar-Ridlo school, is to immediately complete the facilities and infrastructure in accordance with government regulations, in this case the ministry of education, because with the achievement of school facilities and infrastructure standards that have been set by the government, learning will not experience obstacles and educational goals will be achieved. Pixel Prembun Computer is computer shop that sells laptops, computers and computer spare parts located in the Prembun, Kebumen, Central Java However, in business practice, the store has not used online media in all aspects of the store. Another problem in addition to looking for data on the availability of goods is making reports which is quite slow and time consuming, and what the author highlights the most is low capability of store coverage in attracting consumers which affects to the store profit. Because of the problems above, the author concludes that an online sales information system design is needed. In making this Research Paper, The Author intends to conduct research on online sales information systems at Pixel Computer Prembun, with limitations on the presentation of sales information including product type information with order information facilities, payment confirmations and product checks that author applied with PHP programming language with MySQL database. The development of information technology and the internet is growing. This can be seen by the many places that provide internet facilities to obtain information. One of the uses of the internet in terms of information processing can be applied to the design of a website-based information system. Website-based information systems make it easy to disseminate information quickly and accurately. Based on the interviews conducted, the dissemination of information in Mulyosri Village still uses the manual method, thus making the agency's performance in providing information to the public less than optimal. To overcome this problem, a website-based information system was built to make it easier for the public to access information in Mulyosri Village. The development method used in this research is the waterfall method which consists of five steps of development, namely: (1) Requirement, (2) Design, (3) Implementation, (4) Verification, and (5) Maintenance. The system is made using the PHP programming language and uses a MySQL database. After the information system is complete, blackbox testing is carried out to see the feasibility of the system. This research produces a profile information system in Mulyosri Village that can be used and accessed by Mulyosri Village residents. In addition, based on the results of blackbox testing, it shows that the system has been running well and as expected. Thus it can be said that this system is feasible to use. The unknown level of the basic skills of pencak silat students participating in extracurricular pencak silat at SMK Ma'arif Nahdltul Ulama 1 Bener has an impact on the improper arrangement of the training program. The absence of regular evaluations and the frequency of training that does not affect the basic skill level of the students participating in the extracurricular pencak silat at SMK Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Bener. This study aims to determine the level of basic skills of pencak silat students participating in extracurricular pencak silat at SMK Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Bener. The method used in this research is a survey with test and measurement techniques. The subjects of this study were students participating in the extracurricular pencak silat at SMK Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Bener, totaling 16 students. The instrument used is an instrument composed by Drs. Agung Nugroho AM., M. Si. Analysis of the data used to describe the results of the research is descriptive percentage. The results showed that the level of basic skills of pencak silat extracurricular pencak silat students at SMK Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Bener 0 students (0%) in the very good category, 0 students (0%) in the good category, 0 students (0%) in the excellent category. moderate, 1 student (6.25%) in the poor category, and 15 students (93.75%) in the very poor category.Keywords: skills, pencak silat, students, extracurricular

Al Hidayah Kindergarten does not yet have an information system that can be accessed through the website so the presentation of information is still done conventionally. This study aims to build a website-based school profile information system. This information system can be used by schools to improve the quality of information services to the community. The method used in this research is the waterfall model system development method because this method is the most suitable development model used by developers, system project work is easy to control and can be timely. The programming language that the author uses is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and uses a MySQL database. Testing the feasibility of the system using blackbox testing. The functions tested are admin and user pages. The test results on the admin page obtained that 90% were declared successful, 10% were declared slow loading, and no failed test items were found. While on the user page 95% was declared successful, 5% was declared slow loading, and no failed test items were found. Keywords: information system, website, waterfall model, PHP, blackbox testing

Madrasah performance dominantly to date is very low and below the standard of other educational institutions. Only a small number of Islamic education are able to compete with other educational institutions. Seeing such a phenomenon is interesting to conduct an assessment of the conditions and problems that are actually faced by Islamic education institutions in Indonesia. Research is a literature research with the focus of the study of the implications of regional autonomy policies in the management of Islamic educational institutions, while the object to be studied is the implications of the regional autonomy policy in the management of Islamic educational institutions, with the procedure for obtaining data on researchers using literature. The data obtained will be identified, examined, analyzed, and interpreted so that the substance of the implications of regional autonomy policies in the management of Islamic educational institutions can be captured. After that, researchers will try to compare with other theories, to achieve a complete picture of the implications of regional autonomy policies in the management of Islamic educational institutions. The results of the study that the presence of madrasas in Indonesia has the same duties and roles as schools. As an educational institution that prepares the young generation of Muslims for the future, madrassas are expected to be able to produce graduates who will be able to play an important role in all sectors of national life, both the religious, social, economic, political, scientific and technology sectors. Madrasas are seeded than public schools because madrasas provide religious education (which is better than public schools) in addition to public education (which is the same as public schools). The problem that is still faced by madrasas today is the still low quality standards of general education provided in madrasas. Problems in the management of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia faced, are (1) management problems which include the field of human resources/education personnel, curriculum fields, facilities and infrastructure; (2) Conceptual-Teoritis and Operational-Practical Problems; and (3) the problem of education policies and politics. The solution for solving the Schrodinger equation with the Scraff II Hyperbolic potential uses a semiclassical approach, namely using the WKB approach. A common construction problem is delays in project implementation. Delays on the project will affect the cost of the project. Seeing this incident, this study will analyze the acceleration of project time on the Road Construction project Simp. 4 Kaliorang - Kalisayan using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) using Microsoft Project 2010 software, so that jobs are on the critical path. The work that is on the critical path will be crashing with the method of adding working hours (overtime), and adding tools, the final result of the two alternative crashing will be a change in the acceleration of the duration of a project at an optimal cost. From the results of time and cost optimization research with the crashing method on the road construction project simp. 4 kaliorang - talisayan using the alternative of additional working hours (overtime) for 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours, and 6 hours and the second alternative with variations in the addition of tools and energy by 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the total equipment and normal power obtained the final result of the most optimum alternative of the two alternatives is the alternative of adding tools and energy by 100% of the number of normal tools and energy, the crash duration is 91 days from the normal duration of 135 days or an acceleration of duration of 44 days, with a total cost of Rp. 10,825,046,816.96 from the normal total cost of Rp. 10,868,916,625,88 or a decrease in total costs of 0.40%. Learning Indonesian is a learning that has an important role in terms of knowledge, emotions and attitudes. Learning Indonesian with material related to literary works in the form of children's literature. Children's literature is part of the 2013 curriculum in Indonesian language learning. This research method uses literature study as data collection. The results of the analysis of research on children's literature in learning Indonesian in grade VII curriculum 2013 high school, namely children's literature into reading that can stimulate children's imagination according to the end and the child's psyche. Fantasy stories are stories whose plot development uses a causal basis as a form of moral message and combines logic with things that don't make sense. A fable is a traditional story in which the character is an animal about the life of an animal which is intended as a personification of human character that contains a moral message. Witty rhymes are rhymes that aim to entertain and have value or are humorous without offending others and as a means of socializing. The role of children's literature is to become a medium for teachers to introduce good attitudes and behavior and things that are not accepted in society with the characters in fables and fantasy stories.
