Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze type design and also the usabilty of  the website in Madrasah Aliyah Kejuruan Unggulan Informatika Jakarta website. The method of research used in this study is content analysis. the way  data gained from obsrvation and queesionnaire. The result of the study shows that type of website used in Madrasah Aliyah Kejuruan Unggulan Informatika Jakarta is dynamic using domain sch.id, and the usability of the website is good as one of the system information used in this madrasah.

Abstract

This study describes the management of community empowerment in maintaining the existence of schools at SD IT Rabbani. The author applied qualitative research. The data was analyzed in the process of data reduction method, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, deductive thinking is used, namely taking some general facts which are then analyzed to apply specific things. SD IT Rabbani adheres to a community empowerment management system in maintaining school existence, where the school provides sufficient space for parents to take part in the planning process, policy determination to decision making. Therefore, with the management of Community Empowerment Management, it turns out to be able to have a very significant impact, especially in achieving the school's vision, objectives and goals so as to be able to maintain the existence of SD IT Rabbani. The Community Empowerment Management has been able to make SD IT Rabbani one of the leading schools that are in great demand by the community who search for elementary school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the parental coaching program carried out at Al Falah School in Jakarta to find out the background, goals, obstacles and benefits of the parental development program at Al Falah School which is called the Program Pelatihan Guru dan Orang Tua (PPOT). The method used in this research is a case study. Cooperation between the school and parents of students is very important to achieve educational goals. The synergy of education at home and school is needed so that educational programs in schools can be continued at home or vice versa. Family education is the basis and key to further education. So that the center of education should be at home. But today the center of education is moving from home to school. Parents are not ready to become educators for their children. Al - Falah School requires parents to be involved in their children's education, not only fully surrendering education to the school. Parents must be able to be good teachers for their children because parents are the first teachers, schools help parents as second teachers. In order to increase the capacity of parents, schools require parents to take part in a training program called Program Pelatihan Guru dan Orang Tua (PPOT). PPOT in Al Falah is carried out using various methods so that it can make parents aware of being educators for their children and also make parents have skills in educating their children.

Abstract

School/madrasah-based management is a management model that gives schools/madrasah greater autonomy and encourages direct participation of school members and the community to improve school quality based on national education policies, laws and regulations. MBS implementation strategies may differ between countries and regions. In fact, schools in the same area may have different strategies. The components of school/madrasah-based management are management of educators and education personnel, financial management of education, management of facilities and infrastructure and management of school and community relations.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of student management principles in developing student learning potential at SMA Negeri 12 Bone. This study aims to determine the principles of student management in developing student learning potential. The method used by researchers is field research (field research) by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were processed using qualitative methods to describe research on the Implementation of Student Management Principles in Developing Student Learning Potential at SMA Negeri 12 Bone, kec. Sibulue Kab. Bone. In analyzing the data, the author uses data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that first, a). Students are made as subjects, not objects. With a modern teaching system that places students as active parties in forming their own knowledge. Second, b). The various circumstances and conditions of students that at SMAN 12 BONE Kec. Sibulue if in carrying out the learning process there are students who have problems with their learning, then the student will be given gentle advice so that he does not feel blamed. Third, c). at SMAN 12 BONE Kec. Sibulue has many ways to increase student learning motivation, by conducting regular evaluations to find out the extent to which student learning has improved. Fourth, d). cognitive domain abilities include applying, analyzing, and assessing relevant learning experiences. in the affective domain, the competencies to be achieved include, among others, the levels of responding, appreciating, and valuing. While the psychomotor domain, the competencies achieved include the level of initial movement, semi-routine, routine movements to achieve these competencies, learning experiences that need to be carried out. Student learning potential at SMAN 12 BONE Kec. Sibulue, First, to overcome students who have weak health conditions can be done by giving these students special attention, inviting them to participate and forming study groups with other students. Second, Psychological Potential at SMAN 12 BONE Kec. Sibulue method is used to improve the mental and intellectual abilities of students by flexible and continuous learning by adding new insights.

Abstract

The development of the world of education is so rapid, in proportion to the level of competition between educational institutions. This happened due to a paradigm shift towards the views of educational experts who initially looked at the social aspect of society and turned to corporate. Educational institutions are not only seen as a forum for producing superior human resources, but beyond that. Educational institutions grow into production organizations that produce products and services offered to consumers. The use of assistive devices in the form of technology also contributes greatly to the marketing of education carried out by institutions. Technological sophistication allows educational institutions to expand the marketing area in an unlimited and seamless direction. However, behind this various problems have emerged in the management of educational institutions related to marketing competition. Educational institutions that master technology can market well will get a high response from the community, on the other hand institutions that do not have the ability to master technology in supporting marketing will be left behind and abandoned by the community.

Abstract

Education occupies a central position in the development of the nation's youth which should be given special attention, one of which is monitoring. Supervision functions in the running of the program according to regulations, is specific, clear, can be measured in terms of achievement, by various conditions in the school with the needs and circumstances of the school and a clear target time for achieving each step of the activity. In preparing a monitoring program, you can start by conducting a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats). This SWOT analysis is intended to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that exist in schools in the target area that will be improved in quality.The educational unit supervision program is in the form of a series of activities that will be carried out to achieve the supervision objectives. The supervision program is prepared to provide an explanation of the purpose of supervision, the objectives of supervision, the people involved, how the supervision process is carried out, and when the supervision is carried out.

Abstract

Gadjah Mada University Asset Management is included in the Gadjah Mada University Asset and Environment Management Master Plan. Gadjah Mada University asset management is a campus effort to improve the quality of Gadjah Mada University asset services. Recording of assets from procurement aims to understand the procedures for recording assets and provide recording procedures that are short, correct and accountable. The scope of recording and procuring Gadjah Mada University assets applies to internal agencies and focuses on university property. This study aims to determine how the management of Gadjah Mada University assets such as the provision of campus bicycles, Electrical and Water Installation (ILA), management of roads, buildings and buildings, and management of tombs in the Sawitsari cemetery complex of Gadjah Mada University, as well as waste management services from Gadjah Mada University.
