Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the accounts receivable turnover affects the profitability of PT. BPR Syariah Adeco Langsa. The sample of this research is PT. Adeco SRB in 2016-2018, sampling using purposive sampling is a technique used to achieve certain goals. Data analysis using simple regression, hypothesis testing with the coefficient of determination (R2) test, partial test (t test), while processing data using SPSS 24. The results of research using the ttest is known that the pivot rotation variable has no effect on profitability at PT.Adeco Langsa SRB. Where the t-value for the Accounts Receivable Turnover variable is 0.171 <1.8124 and the significant value is 0.868> from alpha 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there was an effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT.Lika Utama Engineering Medan. The sample of this study was 30 employees in 2019, sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique,which was a sampling technique in which all members of the population were sampled. Data analysis was using Simple Linear Regression test, hypothesis test was used coefficient determination test (R2), partial test (t test), while data was processed used SPSS 22. The results of this study showed that work motivation does have a variable on employee performance, other than that,work motivationvariables partialy have no effect and does not significantly affect employee performance at PT. Lika Utama Engineering.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Dippo 88 Cafe Lubuk Pakam. The sample in this study were 95 people. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, namely the determination of samples based on coincidence, consumers who incidentally / incidentally meet with researchers can be used as samples, if viewed by people who happen to be found suitable as a source of data. Data analysis used Multiple Regression test, hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test), while processing data using SPSS20. The results of this study indicate that service quality and price are able to explain its existence to the variable customer satisfaction, in addition partially the quality of service does not affect customer satisfaction, and price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. While simultaneous service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Dippo 88 Cafe Lubuk Pakam.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how much influence product quality and service to customer satisfactionat rumah makan mie kocok geurugok (MIKOG). The sample are 115 consumers who came more than twice in October 2019, using selected sample technique (purposive sampling), which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. Data analysis using multiple regression test, hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t test), and a simultaneous test (F test), data processing using SPSS 20. Results showed that of variable product quality and service are able to explain the existence of the variable customer satisfaction, besides the partial product quality has no effect and does not significantly influence to customer satisfactionand service have positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, simultaneous product quality and service have positive and significant impact to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study was to aims to determine whether there was an influence of the work environment on employee work performance on KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray. The sample of this study was 30 employees of KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray. Sampling used saturated sampling techniques, namely sampling techniques where all members of the population are sampled. Data analysis used a simple regression test, testing the hypothesis using the test coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t test). while processing data using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that the work environment variable was able to explain the variations that occur in employee work performance, in addition partially the work environment variable has a significant and significant influence on employee performance on KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the financial performance of PT. Astra International Tbk based on liquidity and profitability ratios. The research used qualitative descriptive methods, where data collections methods from of library methods, with secondary data types and internal and external data sources. Results showed that of financial statement analysis used liquidity ratios, namely Current Ratio, Quick Ratio and Cash Ratio were not good because it has decreased every years, although still the ability to pay current debt but would have a bad effect if this decline was not overcome well. Financial performance in terms of profitability ratios namely Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets and Return on Equity were in good condition in produce profits and has increase every years.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh promosi dan pelayanan  terhadap keputusan tamu menginap pada Raz Hotel Medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 91 orang tamu domestik pada bulan Juni 2019 – Juli 2019, pengambilan sampel menggunakan Random Sampling yaitu penentuan sampel yang memberikan kesempatan yang sama pada setiap anggota populasi untuk dijadikan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Regresi Linear Berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (uji F), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan pelayanan mampu menjelaskan keberadaannya terhadap variabel keputusan menginap, selain itu secara parsial promosi dan pelayanan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap, secara simultan promosi dan pelayanan berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Cost Of Productions and Selling Prices on  Income at Bado Fishing Pond In Tanjung Morawa for the 2017-2020 period. The results showed that the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained a result of 0.958 or 95.8% indicating that the variables of cost of produstions and selling price were able to explain the variations that occur in the income at Bado Fishing Pond, while the remaining 4.2% is explained by other variables not examined. The results of the partial study of cost of productions have positive and significant effect on the income, meanwhile selling price have negative effect significant on the income at Bado Fishing Pond. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing of cost of productions and selling price together have a significant and significant effect on the income at Bado Fishing Pond in Tanjung Morawa.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of credit sales management strategies at Pt Bronson Prima Industri Medan Branch. The problem formula in this research is How to Analyze the strategy of managing credit sales at PT Bronson Prima Industri Medan branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the credit sales management strategy implemented by PT Bronson Prima Industri Medan branch. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Primary data is needed as a tool to collect information in the form of organizational structure, a brief history of PT. Bronson Prima Industri. The results of this study are: 1. Policy within a maximum credit period of 14 days, credit sales standards at PT Bronson Prima Industri also apply an assessment of the business prospects run by customers and owned resources. Terms of credit sales include KTP, NPWP, and credit application forms. 2. Credit management implemented by PT Bronson Prima Industri Medan branch includes limits on the amount of credit sales, credit ceiling provision, terms of credit repayment, provisions on limits on the number of loans, and the policy on collecting receivables.

Abstract

Website is one of the promotional media that can be accessed online through internet networks where websites have sites that provide advertising services. Now the website has been used by many companies as one of their promotional media. Yapim Taruna Bandar High School is one of the educational institutions in Trade III, Bandar Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency that does not yet have a website or can be said to have not utilized their internet facilities. The purpose of this study was to facilitate the citizens of Yapim Taruna Bandar High School and the wider community as a means of information and promotion. Where this application has two main functions. The first is a general user, namely the website display page that contains information about Yapim Taruna Bandar High School. Then the administrator is used as data processing or can only be used by the admin.
