Abstract

The purpose of this research are to analyze the calculation of the cost of production of Cone Ice Cream carried out at Mrs. Narti's Cone Ice Cream UMKM, to analyze the cost of goods manufactured using the full costing method on Mrs. Narti's Cone Ice Cream, and to analyze the difference between the full costing method and the the method used by Mrs. Narti's Cone Ice Cream and its effect on the selling price. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is taken by conducting direct interviews with UMKM owners and production employees who worked at Mrs. Narti's UMKM Cone Ice Cream, while secondary data was obtained through related books, other references in accordance with the research title and research results. Then the type of data used is descriptive qualitative data with data analysis carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the data analysis show that the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured by Mrs. Narti's Cone Ice Cream is Rp. 2,435, - while the result of the analysis of the calculation of the cost of production using the full costing method is Rp. 2,580, - so the difference between the full costing method and the one done the company is Rp. 145, -, and the selling price based on the calculation of the full costing method is Rp. 3,417. So the most appropriate method is the full costing method because this method will take into account all costs incurred during the production process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of supervision and training on the performance of employees at Garuda Plaza Hotel either partially or simultaneously. The study population was 220 permanent employees of Garuda Plaza Hotel. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing online questionnaires to 33 hotel employees to test the validity and reliability of the 68 main respondents who come from Garuda Plaza Hotel employees. The results of the study rejected the three proposed hypotheses, so that it was concluded that supervision and training, either partially or simultaneously, had no effect on performance. Therefore, the authors suggest that a reward and punishment system is programmed as a form of supervision, in addition to making careful planning for a sustainable training program at the Garuda Plaza Hotel.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh inflasi terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Kota Medan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder selama periode tahun 2007-2017. Data diperoleh dari BPS Sumatera Utara. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Sederhana, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji parsial (uji t), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Kota Medan

Abstract

This research aimed at analyzing the influence of service and facility on customer’s satisfaction at Cordela Inn Millennium Hotel Medan. This research belongs to quantitative research with variables of service, facility and customer’s satisfaction. The data were collected by means of questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentation. The accidental sampling technique were deployed to obtain 89 respondents of Cordela Inn Millennium Hotel Medan. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression formula. The result of determination coefficient showed score of R Square was 0.577%, that meant the influence of service and facility on customer’s satisfaction was 57.7%. From the result of this research, it can be concluded that of service and facility variables have positive influence and significant on customer’s satisfaction at Cordela Inn Millennium Hotel Medan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatuhui faktor-fator apakah yang mempengaruhi Keputusan Pemilihan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Sukma Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 186 orang mahasiswa dan sampel 128 orang mahasiswa kelas reguler dan karyawan Stambuk 2015 sampai dengan 2017, pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan Cluster Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan tehnik analisis data menggunakan uji Faktor, Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa faktor Produk, Harga, Tempat dan Promosi sama-sama mempengaruhi dalam keputusan pemilihan studi pada STIM Sukma Medan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengaruh factor yang paling dominan adalah faktor Lingkungan Fisik (Phisical Evidence) terdiri atas tiga  pernyataan antara lain pernyataan utama berasal dari ruangan prkuliahan STIM Sukma Medan bersih, selanjutnya pernyataan buku di perpustakaan STIM Sukma Medan selanjutnya pernyataan ruangan tunggu atau duduk mahasiswa STIM Sukma Medan bersih dan nyaman.

Abstract

tujuan peneltian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pelayanan terhadap peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan pada Taman Margasatwa Medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 200 orang pengunjung. Pengambilan sampel mengunakan random samplingyaitu penentuan sampel yang memberikan kesempatan yang sama pada setiap anggota populasi untuk dijadiakan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji Parsial (Uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan mampu menjelaskan keberadaanya terhadap variabel peningkatan kunjungan , selain itu secara parsial pelayanan juga berpengaruh positif terhada peningkatan kunjungan, secar simultan pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kunjungan.

Abstract

Abstrak, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada LP3I College Langsa. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 94 orang yang terdiri dari peserta didik TA. 2018-2019. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada LP3I College Langsa. Secara simultan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 39,8% atau sisanya 60,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kualitas pelayanan dengan indikator keandalan, ketanggapan dan jaminan (kepastian) rata-rata 18% sampai 26% menjawab setuju dan sangat setuju sedangkan untuk indikator empati dan wujud (bentuk fisik) rata-rata 43% dan 45%. Biaya pendidikan yang ditawarkan LP3I masih belum terjangkau dan fasilitas yang diberikan juga belum sesuai dengan biaya pendidikan dan harapan peserta didik.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how much influence product quality and service to customer satisfactionat rumah makan mie kocok geurugok (MIKOG). The sample are 115 consumers who came more than twice in October 2019, using selected sample technique (purposive sampling), which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. Data analysis using multiple regression test, hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t test), and a simultaneous test (F test), data processing using SPSS 20. Results showed that of variable product quality and service are able to explain the existence of the variable customer satisfaction, besides the partial product quality has no effect and does not significantly influence to customer satisfactionand service have positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, simultaneous product quality and service have positive and significant impact to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see whether there was an effect of cash turnover andinventory turnover on profitability (ROA) at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk which is listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample data population in this study is the financialstatements of the company PT. Indofood Sukses makmur Tbk from 2010 to 2019. The data usedwas secondary data. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression test. Based on theresearch results, it showed that cash turnover and inventory turnover simultaneously have apositive and significant effect on profitability (ROA). Partially cash turnover has no positiveand significant effect on profitability (ROA) and inventory turnover has a positive andsignificant effect on profitability (ROA).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how much influence promotion and product quality to purchasing decisions teh botol sosro on ayam penyet putri. The sampel was 136 respondens who visited the ayam penyet putri. Sampling using saturated sampling, which is a research method that all populations are used as samples. Data analysis using multiple linier regression test, hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test) with data processing using SPSS version 24.00 .The results showed that simultaneously independent variables is Promotion and Product Quality have positive and significant effect to Purchasing Decision. In partial, Promotion have positive and significant effect to Purchasing Decision, while the variable Product Quality showed that have positive and significant effect to Purchasing Decision Teh Botol Sosro on Ayam Penyet Putri.
