Abstract

Patient safety in hospitals is a service system that provides patient care to be safer. Based on preliminary survey data conducted at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Pirngadi Medan, it is known that the ISKP data for 2018 and 2019 are still many indicators that have not yet been reached. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of implementing the implementation of safety targets on the Quality of Health Services in the Inpatient Room of RSUD DR. Pirngadi Medan in 2020. This research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional study design conducted at RSUD DR. Pirngadi Medan in January to February 2020. The population in this study were all nurses in RSUD DR. Pirngadi Medan as many as 180 nurses. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling so that the samples in the study were 64 nurses. Research data were analyzed using the Chi Square formula and logistic regression. Based on the results of the study note that there is an influence on the application of patient identification correctly on the quality of health services, there is an effect on the application of improving effective communication on the quality of health services, there is an influence on the application of improving the safety of drugs that need to be aware of the quality of health services, there is an effect on the application of increasing the risk of infection related to health services to the quality of health services, there is an effect of the application of increasing the reduction in the risk of falling patients to the quality of health services in the Inpatient Room of RSUD DR. Pirngadi Medan in 2020 and as for the variables that most influence the quality of health services in the Inpatient Room of RSUD DR. Pirngadi Medan 2020 is the application of increasing the risk of falling patients.Based on the results of these studies it is recommended to the hospital to be able to carry out prevention programs so that it does not happen again.

Abstract

Quality of health services is the level of perfection of health services, which on the one hand can lead to satisfaction for each patient in accordance with the average level of satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of service that affects patient satisfaction of JKN / KIS participants at Gunung Tua Publich Health, Padang Bolak District, North Padang Lawas Regency in 2020. This study used a quantitative analytical survey with a cross sectional study design. The location of this research was conducted at Gunung Tua Puskesmas, Padang Bolak District, North Padang Lawas Regency. The study population was all outpatients visiting with an average monthly visit of 906 patients. The number of samples in this study were 90 people. The technique used is purposive sampling. Survey data were analyzed using the chi-square test and logistic regression. The results showed that there was an effect of tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (certainty) and empathy (empathy) had an effect on patient satisfaction of JKN / KIS participants at Gunung Tua Puskesmas, Padang Bolak District, North Padang Lawas Regency. Based on the research results, it is known that the variable that most influences patient satisfaction is the responsiveness variable (responsiveness). It is recommended for health workers to maintain patient satisfaction by improving the quality of service, especially in the responsiveness aspect, such as responding to complaints quickly, so that patients feel valued and served well and increasing the number of officers who handle JKN / KIS patients so that patients do not wait too long

Abstract

The achievement of the use of MKJP contraceptives looks low for the working area of the birth control hall in Tanjung Seumantoh Village, Aceh Tamiang Regency in 2021. Based on DPMKPPKB data, MKJP contraceptive users only 22 pus active out of a total of 281 registered acceptors. The percentage of user success is only 17.6%, dominated by IUDs of 8.1% and MOW only 7.6%. This study was conducted to find out the picture of factors that affect the use of MKJP contraceptives in the working area of the Karang Baru District Birth Control Center of Aceh Tamiang Regency in 2021 This type of qualitative research is descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The study population is the entire acceptor of PUS MKJP as many as 22 people with a sample number of 18 people. From the results of the study, it was found that among the three factors: age, education, and parity, each has a relationship with the use of MKJP in Tanjung Seumantoh Village. Based on the age factor, it was found that the older a person is, the greater the possibility of using MKJP as a contraceptive. This acquisition is supported by reasons such as: first, the number of children has been sufficient and secondly, the age that does not allow return to add children. Furthermore, the educational factor, the average middle education (SMP-SMA) or elementary school prefers MKJP as a contraceptive. And finally the parity factor, that the greater the number of children born, it will affect the choice of acceptors to use MKJP contraceptives. This occurs in the birth rate ≥ 3, which is 3, 4, 5 and 6. Therefore, the three factors of age, education, and parity can affect acceptors in using MKJP in the working area of tanjung Seumantoh Village Kb Hall, Aceh Tamiang Regency.

Abstract

Pelayanan rumah sakit merupakan kebutuhan masyarakat yang perlu ditingkatkan sehingga dapat memuaskan pasien dan pengunjung. Kunjungan pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Royal Prima Medan khususnya di ruangan poliklinik penyakit dalam pada bulan juni-juli 2021 mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan ruangan poliklinik penyakit dalam di rumah sakit Royal Prima Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan sampel 96 responden dengan pengambilan sampel secara random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-squre. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan bukti fisik dan kehandalan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan poliklinik penyakit dalam dan ada hubungan daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan poliklinik penyakit dalam. Diharapkan bagi rumah sakit untuk dapat meningkatkan pelayanan dan prasarana didalam lingkungan rumah sakit dan mampu mempertahankan kualitas daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati.
