Abstract

Changes in the level of life of the people in Bima are influenced by various levels of media, making a shift to the level and lifestyle of the Bima Community, ranging from economic development procedures to trust competition on the performance of both Sharia Bank performance and confessional banking performance. In the modern era all lines of information were found by the Bima community, and then elaborated on the strategic issues of education in the international and national arena. The problem of the low quality of our education does not escape the attention of this article. In the next section, this article raises the development of Islamic economics, and influancing the development of Islamic banking to improve the economy of the community in the modern Bima in this era. The assumption underlying this article is the modeen era has implications for the need for education and economic reform in Bima. The goal is that education has the ability to accommodate, anticipate, and respond to challenges and changes that are and will occur. Conversely, if no renewal is carried out, then education in Indonesia will be left behind by the rhythm of change.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the commission money on motorcycle buying and selling in the perspective of Islamic economic law. The purpose of this study is to describe how the form of commission money is given in buying and selling motorbikes in Sukamakmur Kec village. Ajung. Is Jember District in accordance with Islamic economic law or not. This research is qualitative research. How to collect data through three stages, namely interview, and observation. The data in this study consists of two parts, namely, primary and secondary data. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods using triangulation techniques. From the results of the study showed that the commission money in buying and selling motorbikes in Sukamakmur Village, Ajung District, Jember Regency was in accordance with Islamic law except for commissions with subsidized contracts.

Abstract

The Indonesian state has a responsibility in ensuring the prosperity of its citizens in accordance with the ideals of the nation as contained in Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Equitable welfare can be created when equality of economic, political, socio-cultural rights, equal treatment before the law is well implemented, constitution expressly mandates that social welfare is the highest priority of Indonesia's public policy. The reciprocal relationship between law and economics is a reference in fulfilling the needs of the community. The Pancasila economic system is the Indonesian economic system which in its implementation always adheres to the national personality. Economic activities involving the interests of many people are needed by the Law so that every problem that occurs can be resolved in accordance with the applicable rules. Economic activities in society must always move, develop and order according to the needs of the community in a country. Economic law by realizing the prosperity of the people of Indonesia needs to be harmonized. The development of economic activities that are relatively more rapid so far, needs to be followed by the development of legal arrangements, so that people's prosperity can be realized in accordance with the hopes and ideals of the nation. Basically the study of economic law is directed at increasing the carrying capacity of legislation that regulates economic activities. The complete set of laws or legislation will provide legal certainty for the implementation of legal relations that create rights and obligations for legal subjects, in general, as well as in the relations of economic activities in particular

Abstract

This study seeks to explain the violent behavior experienced by victims of economic violence and the reasons for victims of violence while maintaining relations. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach by using observation and interview data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques with the following stages: examine all data, categorize data, connect with the theoretical basis, and draw conclusions. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the researcher concludes that the forms of behavior of economic violence show that the forms of economic violence received by informants include exploitation of property rights, extortion, and utilization of partner resources by their partners in the name of love. By way of borrowing goods belonging to a partner but not returned, asking for money, or buying goods or something but the payer is the woman. There is no doubt that all of these things are pathological actions against their partners in the name of love, and should not occur in dating relationships. Love that is truly holy, beautifully transformed becomes a terrible thing for each partner. Whereas the reasons for the informants to survive in the relationship even if they get violence to the informants are influenced by feelings of love, still hoping their partners can change, there are also because they have no choice even though the informants really want to end the relationship, besides because they have been taken away, everyone knows their relationship.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are one of the many educational institutions in Indonesia, so this institution participates in advancing human resources. Entrepreneurial ability is one of the things that must be intensified in Islamic boarding school educational institutions, the aim being that the santri is not only able to apply religious knowledge but also able to create jobs. This will contribute a great deal in economic life, especially in creating entrepreneurs from the santri environment, who have characteristics that are full of honesty, tenacious, independent and never give up. For this reason, this study is focused on the Development of a Sharia-Based Entrepreneurship Culture in Growing the Entrepreneurship of Santri at the Mambaul Hikam Jombang Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the gap between the potential of zakat and realization in the community. So this study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of Islamic corporate philanthropy on the performance of Islamic public banks in Indonesia. Furthermore, this study tries to analyze the compliance with the implementation of Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning the Management of Zakat, the Act Article 74 number 40 of 2007 and about social responsibility as an obligation that must be budgeted and calculated as the company's operational costs. The sample of this study were 12 Islamic banks registered in OJK. Secondary data used in this study was taken from the annual report of the 2011-2017 period that was audited and published. Abstract

The aim of the study was to 1) analyze business units at BUM Desa in Banyuwangi District which were in the Developing Category to become the basis for other BUM Desa in Banyuwangi Regency in order to be able to run business units in accordance with local wisdom in the village referring to experiences that had implemented by villages that have BUM Desa that have developed first; 2) Knowing the management strategy in developing business units in BUM Desa which develops in Banyuwangi Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results showed that 1) BUM Desa in the developing category has business units that have a Village Market business unit, Department Store, Savings and Loans, Village Canteen, Garbage Transport Services, Hippam, and Online Bank Payment Point (PPOB), Sports Building Management, Clean water / PAM management, PPUB, brick production, all-business cooperative unit, Ijen Home Stay, Ijen Lestari Café, Ijen Tourism Entrance Fee, Village Market (Weekly), Flower Market, Seruni Bathing Pool, Kemping Ground, Hippam, RTH Management / Parking and Management of multi- purpose buildings, Agriculture, Village Markets, Trade, Savings and Loans, Livestock, and Home Industries. 2) The strategy that has been applied to Village- Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) that have been able to develop in their activities, namely specialization, sees village potential and the characteristics of each village that varies. For villages that are close to the tourism sector, the opportunities for welfare of BUMDes can be obtained from tourism development, and strategic rural areas with agricultural potential, then maximized for BUM Desa which is engaged in the agricultural sector.
