Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Wacana pada Iklan Komersial Pendek”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis struktur wacana yang digunakan pada iklan komersial, untuk mengetahui penggunaan bahasa pada iklan komersial, dan untuk mengetahui teknik persuasi apa yang digunakan pada iklan komersial tersebut. Periklanan adalah salah satu bentuk komunikasi non- personal, yang berkaitan dengan penjualan produk kepada konsumen melalui media massa. Iklan dibagi menjadi berbagai jenis. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengkhususkan pada iklan yang bertujuan untuk menjual produk barang atau jasa, yang disebut dengan iklan komersial. Setiap iklan menggunakan bahasa dan teknik tertentu untuk menarik perhatian calon konsumen. Dua komponen itulah yang menentukan kesuksesan iklan komersial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan pada iklan komersial dalam bentuk rekaman video. Guna mempermudah jalannya penelitian, peneliti juga mentranskripsikan narasi iklan komersial tersebut. Langkah terakhir, peneliti menganalisis struktur dan penggunaaan bahasa pada iklan tersebut. Adapun iklan komersial yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini adalah iklan diaper yang sangat terkenal di Indonesia, yaitu iklan Pampers. Berdasarkan analisis data, penulis menemukan bahwa; pertama, struktur dari iklan terdiri dari tiga bagian, yaitu: bagian judul, badan iklan dan penutup. Bagian judul bertujuan untuk menarik perhatian target pasar tertentu, badan iklan menunjukkan hal yang menarik dari produk dan penutup menggunakan teknik penjualan yang halus; kedua, iklan komersial Pampers menggunakan bahasa Inggris nonformal; dan ketiga, teknik persuasi yang digunakan dalam iklan komersial Pampers adalah teknik logos.Kata Kunci : Wacana, Struktur, Persuasif, Bahasa, Iklan Komersial.

Abstract

Managing broadcasting management is not easy. Managing the broadcasting business is a difficult and challenging. This research aims to analyze the activity of management and organizational performance ACEH TV television media in an effort to disseminate the Islamic Sharia and Preservation of Local Culture in Aceh. This research is descriptive qualitative. Informants of this research is managing director, program director, executive producer, cameraman / reporter, as well as additional informants Regional Chairman of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) Aceh, Aceh Province Department of Islamic Law, and local media observers. The location of this research is in Banda Aceh, Aceh province.Sampling was done purposively. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by analysis of an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the ACEH TV as the medium of television that is broadcasting management ACEH have done according to a local television broadcasting standard. Agenda setting function of mass media performed in the ACEH TV dissemination of Islamic Shariah in Aceh and local culture to influence the people of Aceh to implement Islamic Sharia and also maintain the culture and local wisdom Aceh. It can be seen from all the programs that are aired ACEH TV is a program of local cultural nuances of Islamic law.There are still some shortcomings in running broadcasting broadcasting technology such as lack of equipment that is increasingly sophisticated. The results of image editing is very simple, and some programs presenter still looks stiff when in front of the camera. Keywords: Management of ACEH television,Islamic law,local culture Acehnese,agenda setting.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the government commucation system throght Musrenbang (Musyawarah Rencana Pembangunan - Development Plan Discussion) in the devolopment  north Aceh community’s religiosity. The data were collected throght intensive imnterviews whit related figures, such as the head of North Aceh Bappeda, non-government organization leaders, north Aceh Community leaders, as well as the head of Ulama consultation Council (Majelis Permusyawartan Ulama) – MPU, who also is religious leader in North Aceh Regency. Data were also colleted through field observation. The study also revealed that the government communicates primerly (directly) with society through advice conveyed through Musrenbang, than the government communicates secondarily (indirectly) through mass media. The communicator of relegion to north Aceh society is the ulama, subdistrict and village personnels, MPU, religious and traditional figure. The government is facilitator  for society’s communication. The advice given are the elimination of vices, the upholding of Islamic law, the mastery of religious studies, and the strengthening of family. The result of north Aceh gavernment and society communication is not yet optimal. The quality of religion life as well as the infrastructure to increase this quality is not yet sufficient as society has’nt utilized the  mosque  optimally. Religious teaching as value is not yet understood, internalized, and acted upon by society in daily life. Negative and deviant behavior, far from religious, normative, and ethical injuctions, often occur. The problem above is due to stumbling blocks such as the weak human resource of development communicator. The reason is the limitation of fund for religious development be it in the physical aspects as well as the lack of society’s role in development. Keywords: Government Commucation, Development Plan Discussion, and Mass Media

Abstract

Media in Political Communication ahead of the election widely used by the partner Regent and deputy Regent candidates to influence and seek sympathizers from the community, as happened in Aceh Barat District. Of the three candidates, namely pair H. T. Alaidin Syah and H. Kamaruddin, the couple H. Ramli MS and H. Banta Puteh Syam and the couple Fuad Hadi, SH., MH and drh. Muhammad Arif. This study describes the role of the media are executed by each pair of candidates Regent and deputy Regent of Aceh Barat ahead of the election simultaneously throughout Indonesia. This paper is based on a review of literature as well as by looking at the phenomenon of campaign located along Aceh Barat district. Based on the writer's observation, that each pair has the creativity respectively in the campaign (conveying political messages). Couple H. T. Alaidin Syah and H. Kamaruddin choose a political message by using the phrase "KAMO HANA JANJI ALHAMDULILLAH LE BUKTI YANG NYATA" and "Lanjutkan!". While the pair H. Ramli MS and H. Banta Puteh Syam chose the phrase "KATROEH WATEE Tabalah JASA RAKYAT. Different from other couples Fuad Hadi, SH., MH and drh. Muhammad Arif also choose the appropriate sentence to attract public attention Aceh Barat district by using the phrase "BONGKAR KEBIASAAN LAMA, YANG “TUA” SUDAH PERNAH SAATNYA YANG “MUDA” MEMBENAH. And "SOLUSI NYATA UNTUK ACEH BARAT ". Each pair of candidates make the process of media planning and advertising strategies by paying attention to advertising, advertising budgets, strategies and the role of media messages which take into account the selection of the target audience, purpose specification, selection of media and facilities and purchase of media. Abstract

The era of journalism today increasingly provide freedom for all people who want to present the results of the journalistic works, namely with a growing phenomenon of citizen journalism. However, the problems that occur, namely the citizen journalism that has not yet entirely understand how to issue a code of conduct and also grammar in presenting a news so it will give an assessment about the worth or whether a news. The development of the concept of citizen journalism originated from the emergence of the internet world. However, that does not mean such conservation media print and electronic media cannot accommodate the writings that are the result of a process of citizen journalism. In addition to the electronic and print media, the current online media also continues to develop and provide a place for who want to create news reports they do, such as kompasiana.com, tribun Yogya and other. The results of the citizen journalism reports sent to the mass media by way of via email. The number of communities that ultimately plunging into a citizen journalist, raises a big question, whether they produce news later deserve to be consumed using the theory of community news, Citizen Journalism and the Ethics of journalism Indonesia.Keywords: Feasibility News, Citizen Journalism, Journalism Code of Ethics

Abstract

Studies and analysis in this paper in the background backs a problem that mass media lately in broadcasting information to the public seems less idealistic, so the news is worth humanity and religion seems less a place in the mass media. In fact, there are still many in the news media often ignore the moral (ethics). That is a lot of information that is communicated or written using vulgar languages. Violating moral in conveying information to the public means that it can provoke anger and hatred can even lead to lawsuits against the mass media. Morality journalism is an attempt to prevent journalists have a negative effect through his writings. Idealist, a journalist in conveying information to the public, guided by moral principles, write down what happened to the state / condition really is. In the matter of morality, consciously absolute journalists to determine and choose exactly what you want to talk to the public. Moral is civility (courtesy) as a guide for obtaining the meaning of morality in the true sense. Moral awareness, a journalist must be built upon a strong foundation in a manner that is able to distinguish between error with truth. For the purpose of this study wanted to know how the application of the moral, the journalist's role in conveying information to the public. In order to gather and collect data and information is current and accurate, the author uses a qualitative method through observation, interviews with content analysis approach and using analytical writing techniques framing. Studies conducted in the formulation of the problem in this paper, revolves around the application of Journalists Between Morality and Reality Idealita in conveying information to the public. Abstract

This paper wants to examine how media bias in the political process in Indonesia especially in the context of the presidential election in 2014. The study found that in the present political news about the elections, the mass media over use to the theory of journalism, which is based on the values of fame ( prominency) or public figures (public figure) instead of human values (human interest) and public interest (signifcant). So the media often promote norm "zero-sum" in politics, as a part of the discipline of media coverage on the election. Media stuck to pit two or more presidential candidates by calculating their speed running after quantity of support, regardless of whether the support is achieved by means of political mobilization false or adequate education.Keywords: Bias Political.
