Abstract

Mengikuti tren dunia, di Indonesia belanja online semakin digemari, terbukti dari angka peningkatan jumlah pembeli online setiap tahunnya. Penelitian terdahulu menyebutkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dalam berbelanja online menjadi penentu keputusan untuk melakukan pembelian ulang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menginvestigasi perilaku komplain dan kepuasan penanganan komplain terhadap minat pembelian ulang pada e-commerce, mengidentifikasi masalah yang menyebabkan komplain, serta mengetahui pelayanan yang diharapkan pelanggan dalam penanganan komplain. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif konklusif dant multiple cross-sectional, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel quota sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan dengan metode survei online kepada pelanggan e-commerce di Pulau Jawa yang berusia diatas 15 tahun dan pernah berbelanja di e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 288 sampel, dimana analisis data menggunakan analisis fishbone, cross-tabulation, analisis kelompok pelanggan, dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman berbelanja sebelumnya menentukan minat pembelian ulang pelanggan pada suatu e-commerce. Variabel Perilaku komplain dan kepuasan pada penanganannya, usia, jenis kelamin, dan provinsi tempat tinggal tidak signifikan berpengaruh pada minat pembelian ulang pelanggan di e-commerce. Pelanggan yang puas dengan penanganan komplain memiliki minat pembelian ulang lebih besar daripada pelanggan yang tidak memiliki masalah ataupun tidak menyampaikan komplainnya. Implikasi manajerial penelitian ini digunakan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan layanan penanganan komplainnya. Originalitas penelitian ini berfokus pada dampak ketidakpasan pelanggan dan komplain terhadap minat pembelian ulang pada e-commerce di Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract— Classification on large of data, and with a variety of features or attributes often makes the law accuracy. It required a method that has immunity in such diverse data types. One of method is Logistic Regression method. Logistic Regression is one of classification method, if response variable has binary characteristic and there are many predictor variable such as combination of category and continue.Methd of Logistic Regression requires a stage selection independent variable in improving the model accuration. So it takes a good method in fixing the deficiency is Genetic Algorithm (GA). This method is an iterative method to get global optimum. The results of the classification accuracy of Logistic Regression in the case of septictank data in East Surabaya with 11 independent variables and binary dependent variable is Logistic Regression accuracy of 54.55%. However when selected with GA, the classification accuracy of Binary Logistic Regression is 90.91%.

Abstract

Gold Shop is a business of buying and selling gold, both in the form of jewelry and in the form of bars. Transactions carried outsell and buy gold jewelry, with different buying and selling prices. In a gold shop, to sell jewelry a clerk needs to write down the weight, and draw the model in a sales letter or memorandum. The problem that occurs is the ability to draw from employees who are not the same, some can draw jewelry similar to the original, some are unclear. Jewelry letters are also sometimes lost in the hands of customers so when selling must first ascertain whether the jewelry originates from this store. Therefore, it is necessary to make an information system to facilitate the process of buying and selling gold jewelry. The system is made based on Android because it can utilize the mobile phones of each employee. The system is made using the Rapid Application Development method, to get the final result of an android-based application. This method consists of 3 stages, namely the needs plan, the system design process, and implementation. This gold jewelry sale and purchase application consists of 2 users namely shop owners and employees. The function of the owner application is to see the number of items sold jewelry purchased, daily, weekly and monthly financial statements. The application has the advantage of updating the price of gold, both selling and buying in realtime. Using this application can speed up transactions, create reports, and reduce errors in recording transactions.

Abstract

Era IoT, globalisasi dan liberalisasi ekonomi telah membawa dampak yang sangat signifikan, antara lain semakin ketatnya persaingan di sektor industri. Daya saing yang tinggi dari sektor industri dapat tercapai apabila sektor industri memiliki struktur yang kuat, adanya peningkatan nilai tambah dan produktivitas di sepanjang rantai nilai produksi, serta dukungan dari seluruh sumber daya produktif yang dimiliki. Perkembangan Kabupaten Jepara yang cukup pesat sebagai kota industri menyebabkan pergeseran fungsi lahan tidak terhindarkan, dimana kebutuhan lahan untuk kebutuhan industri dan pergudangan cukup besar sehingga jumlah permohonan alih fungsi lahan meningkat secara signifikan. Solusi yang efektif dan efisien adalah dengan memindahkan dari sistem offline dalam mencari titik pada peta statis diubah menjadi sistem online peta overlay, menggunakan peta geospasial yang telah divalidasi oleh Badan Informasi Geospasial. Untuk itu dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geospasial online untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan pemanfaatan tata ruang. SINGMANTAP merupakan sistem yang memungkinkan dilakukannya suatu penyampaian dan pemrosesan data dan informasi secara tunggal dan sinkron serta pembuatan keputusan sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsi masing-masing Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah dalam hal pelayanan perizinan dan non perizinan online berbasis website yang interaktif. Model aplikasi ini dapat ditiru dan diaplikasikan oleh pemerintah daerah yang lain untuk mendukung program e-government

Abstract

The limitations of developing high-tech communication systems cause the area of people who can use this service to be uneven. One technology that can be used for areas not yet reached by this high-tech communication service is to use radio communication technology. Today radio communication technology continues to develop and produce an increasingly limited frequency spectrum. One way to improve the efficient use of available frequency spectrums is the transition from analog technology to digital technology. A very significant benefit in the use of digital technology is to save the use of radio frequency spectrum bandwidth with signal compression techniques. One device that still uses analog technology is a handy talky (HT). In addition to the lack of frequency spectrum efficiency, HT technology still requires a radio station license (ISR) for its use. This experiment designed a two-way digital audio communication system that was transmitted using the NRF24L01 radio frequency transceiver module on the 2.4Ghz frequency. Analog input data from the microphone will be converted into digital data through the ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) process using a microcontroller and the digital data that will be sent is first digitally modulated using GFSK modulation then transmitted digitally. On the other hand data that already contains voice information received again by another NRF24L01 transceiver is received by the Arduino microcontroller and then formed into a PWM signal (pulse width modulation) and then released to the speaker. So the method of using digital transmission can produce efficiencies in the frequency spectrum.

Abstract

Heart disease is still ranked first in the WHO most dangerous and deadly disease in the world. This is also influenced by the individual's reluctance to check his heart condition routinely. So we need an application that is able to help overcome this. SIBioS application is a mobile-based application that functions to analyze heart rate. SIBioS is useful to help with the initial diagnosis of the presence or absence of cardiovascular disorders in individuals. The method applied for data analysis in SIBioS applications is case-based reasoning. Each heart rate data obtained will be calculated the degree of closeness of the distance to the heart rate contained in the knowledge base owned. So that the individual's heart rate can be informed. The test results show SIBioS is able to provide information about the status of the heart condition tester in accordance with the real condition of the tester at the time of measurement. In addition to using the right data analysis method, the results of heart rate data analysis are also influenced by the smartwatch device which is used as a media for tapping heart rate data, gender, age, daily physical activity, individual professional status, and supporting factors when measuring the resting heart rate. Case-based reasoning analysis methods can be applied to heart rate analysis to determine the condition of a person's heart under normal conditions or the presence of cardiovascular disorders. The physical activity recommendations given by the system are determined based on the individual's heart condition.

Abstract

Abstract— the community has the right to get quality and affordable health services. One effort to realize quality health services is the electronic medical record. The RME application is expected to be integrated between health services and has a function as a clinical decision support system. The purpose of this study is to implement the RME application in the educational clinic and evaluate the user's satisfaction about the RME application has been implemented. The method used for RME implementation was parallel implementation and evaluation of user satisfaction by the end user computing satisfaction method. Implementation of the RME application was carried out for 2 months in the educational clinic, from September to October 2019. The study involved 2 doctors, 1 registration officer, 2 nurses and 1 pharmacy officer. The results of RME application research can be implemented in educational clinic, RME applications with clinical decision support system in the form of blood pressure, risk of Diabetes Mellitus, risk of stroke, interaction of drug content with a history of allergies, as well as abnormal warnings of laboratory and radiological examination results.

Abstract

Chronic Disease Management Program (PROLANIS) is one of programs conducted by Indonesian Healthcare Social Insurance Organization. Prolanis program’s target is making chronic disease patient achieve the optimal quality of life through the effective and efficient health service costs and prevent any disease complications [3]. Prolanis activities consist of medical or educational consultation, reminder, club activities and health-status monitoring which is done periodically. Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) is a program facilitating the realization of patients’ accurate clinical-status. Prolanis application was made to monitor the health status patients periodically. An evaluation must be done especially on real-time aspect to make prolanis application perfect. This research was descriptive and quantitative analytic research with cross sectional approach by using scoring method. The research results revealed that the value of information quality on real-time aspect regarding the implementation of prolanis application on overall score interpretation was in good category (79,3%%). The highest real-time aspect was found in the patients’ identity items written on BPJS cards and the health chart was 83,3%, while the lowest item of personnel data and DM report was 73,3%. These analysis results can be used to make prolanis application more perfect so that it will fulfill the needs of CDI.

Abstract

Autonomous Surface Vehicles (ASV) is a platform that is capable of recognizing oceanographic data that is moving on the surface of the sea. The ASV is commonly controlled using a remote RC, smartphones, joysticks, and keyboards. The development of control system innovations in the form of NUI, then ASV can be controlled using Kinect by someone without having to touch the remote. The study developed a marker-less ASV control using the Kinect skeleton feature to get the coordinate value to be the angle value of the right and left hand movement in the implemation as the value of the input fuzzy sugeno algorithm, which resulted in PWM speed output value. This marker-less development communicates wirelessly using the Xbee Pro S28 received by the Arduino Mega for communication and processing the running brushless motor and the ASV generates the movement according to the value received. Effect of light on Kinect in the efficient skeleton tracking process in the room maximum 53105 lux, and in the room maximum 201 lux. Object Spacing (Brainware) to read in the tracking process of the Kinect position of the efficient at a height of 120cm, and angle 00. Kinect communication distance with ASV reaches up to 10000cm. The success of a fuzzy calculation with the result of the movement of the ASV robot is 89.9%.
