Abstract

Bahasa mencerminkan kepribadian seseorang dalam berkomunikasi atau berinteraksi. Dalam hal demikian, penting untuk mempelajari dan mengetahui bahasa yang santun agar komunikasi berjalan lancar dan tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman. Tujuna penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis kesantunan berbahasa (language etiquette) mahasiswa teknik mesin polines dalam berkomunikasi tertulis dengan dosen. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Adapun data koresponden 130 Mahasiswa Diploma. Hasil penelitian ini Dan dalam hasil analisis ANOVA juga dapat diketahui bahwa pada bagian ini ditampilkan hasil yang diperoleh adalah nilai F= 0.197 dengan tingkat probilitas sig. 0,022, oleh karena signifikansi < alpha (0,05) jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya Terdapat Pengaruh yang signifikan Tingkat kesantunan Berbahasa Mahasiswa Teknik Polines dalam Komunikasi tertulis dengan Dosen.

Abstract

Keberagaman produk kreatifitas lokal di Jawa Barat ikut memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Melihat potensi tersebut, Pemerintah Jawa Barat membuat Peraturan Daerah khusus dan memiliki program membangun creative hub di setiap Kabupaten/Kota. Namun, tidak seperti di kota besar lainnya yang sudah memiliki banyak creative hub, Kabupaten Bekasi masih minim fasilitas seperti ini. Banyak produk Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) di Kabupaten Bekasi belum mengantongi sertifikasi dan banyak millenial kreatif yang memiliki ide usaha namun tidak memiliki ruang untuk produksi, permodalan dan pengembangan produknya. Selain itu, semenjak adanya coronavirus disease 2019 pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif di Kabupaten Bekasi ikut mengalami penurunan. Dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa kegiatan observasi, studi literatur dan komparatif, perancangan Benovation Creative Hub ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi dalam mendukung kegiatan ekonomi kreatif di wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi. Perancangan ini akan mengombinasikan pendekatan konsep desain arsitektur eco-tech yang didalamnya mengadaptasi konsep dari “new normal”. Bahwa pada kenyataanya belakangan ini kita masih berada dalam situasi new normal pandemic Covid-19. Tentunya kondisi tersebut kita harapkan cepat berakhir, akan tetapi memilih untuk tetap konsisten dalam menjalankan gaya hidup “new normal” merupakan salah satu usaha dan kebiasaan yang baik untuk menciptakan lingkungan dan kehidupan yang lebih sehat melalui penyesuaian desain bangunan yang memfasilitasi kebutuhan dan kenyamanan untuk menjalankan gaya hidup tersebut.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus has psychological impacts such as stress or anxiety, so that they need their families' supports to make the patients' emotional responses good. The objective of this research was to know the relationship between the families' supports and the diabetes mellitus patients' emotional responses in Internal Diseases Clinics Chamber of Delta Surya Sidoarjo Hospital Sidoarjo City. The design of this research was correlational analytics with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 304 diabetes mellitus patients, and 61 respondents were taken as samples by accidental sampling technique. The independent variable was the families' supports and the dependent one was the diabetes mellitus patients' emotional responses. The independent and dependent variable data were obtained from questionnaires, and analyzed with Spearman Rank Test with Mean value p < 0.05. The research results were 33 respondents (54.1%) had good families' supports, and 37 respondents (60.7%) had good emotional responses. There was a relationship between the families' supports and the diabetes mellitus patients' emotional responses (Spearman Rank, p value = 0.000 < ? 0.05). The relation level was high and positive (Correlation Coefficient: 0.610). The conclusion was there was a relationship between the families' supports and the diabetes mellitus patients' emotional responses, where the better the families' supports the better the patients' emotional responses. The research recommends that family members maintain and continue to give full support to patients.

Abstract

Work motivation is the spirit that can drive nurses to perform their activities or duties in order to achieve organizational goals, and motivate every nurse to have not only personal needs but also the advancement of nursing services in an institution. The purpose of this study is to analyze the leadership style and work motivation of nurses at the Pesantren II Kediri Community Health Center. This research is quantitative in nature with a descriptive correlational research design. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Pesantren II Kediri Community Health Center, totaling approximately 21 individuals. Primary data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that the leadership style applied by the head of the department includes democratic, participative, authoritarian, and laissez-faire styles. The performance of nurses, including the stages of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, is categorized as good. There is an influence of participative, authoritarian, and laissez-faire leadership styles on the performance of implementing nurses. The conclusion of this study is the presence of an influence of leadership style on the performance of implementing nurses at the Pesantren II Kediri Community Health Center. The leadership should apply an appropriate leadership style tailored to the working conditions and the needs of implementing nurses in order to enhance the performance of nursing care services in the healthcare facility.

Abstract

Puzzle educative game is a game for training creativity, regularity, and power of concentration by arranging pieces or parts from particular image. Some previous research showed that using puzzle had an impact on cognitive development,which can stimulate children’s creative thinking abilities so it can increased their creativity. This study was conducted to know the impact of playing puzzle educative game for creative thinking level in preschool 5-6 years old of this study was using one group pre post test design. Subject of the study selected 26 respondents, were taken a samples by total sampling technique. Data collection method used was Torrance Test of Creative Thinking observation sheet. Data analysis of this study using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks, the result showed was obtained (p = 0.000 < 0.05). This result indicate the significant correlation of puzzle educative games on children creative thinking level. Meanwhile, the difference between posttest results obtained in the study were 29 respondents (73%) had creative thinking good behavior analyzed using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test obtained a significance level of (p = 0.000 <0.05). Conclusion, there was a difference in outcome for intervention and it shows correlation of puzzle educative games and children creative thinking level. It is expected that nursing institutions can educate teachers for planning activities of learning in schools by using puzzle educative games to maximize the development of children's ability in creative thinking.
