Abstract

Short story reading skills of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Poto Tano are still low. This is because students find it difficult to retell the contents of short stories and find intrinsic elements in short stories. This is due to the use of approaches and learning media that are less interesting and boring. In addition, the teacher has not been intensive to guide students in learning to read short stories. Based on the results of this action research shows that using the P2R method and thinking-pair-sharing models in reading short stories in class IX students with 100% completeness, thus reading short stories with the P2R method and thinking-pair-sharing models in class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Poto Tano is good.

Abstract

Development of Online-Based Learning Evaluation Models in Islamic Religious Education Subjects in Sekongkang 3 Elementary School, this study aims to find out the improvement in the quality and motivation of student learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects in class V of Sekongkang 3 Elementary School in odd semester 2019 / 2020. Based on the results of the study found that 1). There is an increase in the quality of student learning, the improvement can be seen in increasing the value obtained by students in grade V after the use of an online-based assessment system (Repeat) in Islamic Religious Education Subjects; 2). The use of online-based questions and assessment applications on Islamic religious education subjects also increases student motivation in activities during the learning process, in addition, the use of this application is also able to reduce student time in working on questions during the assessment process.

Abstract

This supervisory action research (PTKp) aims to find out the extent of supervisors' guidance to improve the ability of teachers to apply cooperative learning models of mathematics learning for VI-grade elementary school in Sekongkang District. In the supervisory action research (PTKp) is carried out in 3 cycles, the results of the actions taken are proven to be able to improve teacher performance by achieving ideal standards. From 58.89% in the first cycle, it can increase to 69.33% in the second cycle, and the third cycle 77.89%. The results of this action research show that supervisors can improve teacher performance in developing cooperative learning of elementary school sixth- grade mathematics learning with completeness reaching 100%.

Abstract

Geometry is one of the material that is quite difficult in learning mathematics, evidenced by the low learning outcomes and student interest in this material. Based on the data on pre-cycle activities, the results of students' spatial abilities are low. One contributing factor is the teacher's learning methods that are less optimal in the use of visual media so students tend to only memorize formulas. Therefore the researcher applies the spatial reasoning activity on the learning framework of the ELPSA as an alternative solution to improve students' ability to solve the problem of combined flat area. This research is a class action research. The research subjects are class VIIIA. The research instrument used was pre-test / post-test and learning observation sheet. The study was conducted in 3 cycles conducted in 5 meetings. The collected data were analyzed descriptively and concluded. The results showed that learning through spatial reasoning activities in the learning framework of the ELPSA in SMPN 4 Taliwang was in accordance with the expected target seen from an increase in achievement in learning activities based on observations. Whereas the ability to solve students' problems based on the pre-test and post-test results in cycle I gained a significant increase (gain) from 0.71 which means that this score is included in the high category. Cycle II gains 0.34. This score is in the medium category. While the results of the pretest and the study gained 0.72. This means that this increase is included in the high category. The number of students who completed in the first cycle, the gain reached 0.92. high category. Cycle II gain reached 0.69 in the medium category. While the completeness of the study based on the results of the pre-test and post-test obtained a gain of 0.72. And this increase is included in the high category. Based on the results obtained it can be concluded that this study was declared successful

Abstract

This study aims to determine; 1). How parents' participation in improving the quality of Education in MI Assa'adah Labuapi, West Lombok Regency 2019-2020 Academic Year, 2). Want to know what obstacles are faced in improving the quality of Education in MI Assa'adah Labuapi, West Lombok Regency, Academic Year 2019-2020. Data collection methods that the authors use in this study are, the Observation Method (observation), Interview Method (Interview), and the Documentation Method. MI Assa'adah Labuapi, West Lombok, is considered quite successful in making people aware of the importance of participating in carrying out the education of their children, from the research results obtained 1). Parental participation such as helping to improve madrasas, whether in the form of assistance with energy, money or other building materials, besides that parents also help children learn at home by meeting the needs of their children and guiding learning, 2). The obstacle faced by MI Assa'adah Labuapi West Lombok is the number of teachers that are not balanced with the number of students because there is only one teacher from the country besides honorary teachers, inadequate facilities and infrastructure such as benches, some is slightly damaged and the condition of the room has not been well organized. and the hall is still joined by other institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of constructivist learning with a learning cycle model of student activities in English subjects for class XI students of ATPH SMK Negeri 1 Woja in the academic year 2018/2019. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were students of class XI ATPH SMK Negeri 1 Woja in the 2018/2019 school year. Data used are the results of test results, and interviews. The results showed that the brainstorming activity could improve students' skills in using acceptable spoken English specifically to express descriptive monologues. Evidence from quantitative data analysis shows that the value of student learning outcomes, in general, is above the English Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) of 70.

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1). What is the completeness of the administration of teachers in learning Civics students of class VIII MTs. Al-Kautsar Ranggo Village 2019-2020 Academic Year, 2). How is the completeness of the administration of the teacher in class VIII student learning MTs. Al-Kautsar Ranggo Village 2019-2020 Academic Year. The research method used is field research, namely research that studies intensively about a person's background, social interaction, individuals, groups, institutions, and society. In this study, data collection was carried out using the method: Observation Method (Observation), Interview Method (Interview), and Documentation Method. Based on the results of the study obtained as follows 1). Teachers in teaching Citizenship Education class VIII MTs. Al-Kautsar Ranggo Village, Pajo Subdistrict, Dompu Regency has prepared teaching (administration) tools so that it is possible to fight in the teaching and learning process, 2). The role of teacher completeness in teaching MTs Citizenship Education. Al-Kautsar, Ranggo Village, Pajo Subdistrict, Dompu Regency really has an important role for teachers and students, so that output is better.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of cognitive abilities in recognizing the shapes and colors of objects in Group B TK Negeri 1 Jereweh, and varied games are rarely applied to the cognitive development of children. The formulation of the problem in this study is: "How to improve cognitive abilities in introducing shapes and colors of objects with the varied play of children of Group B in Jereweh State Kindergarten 2018/2019 learning year?" objects with Group B children's varied games in Jereweh State Kindergarten 1 2018/2019 learning year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), with 4 stages of action namely: planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The number of subjects in this study was 3 people. Data collection methods used are the method of observation and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis. Through Academic Supervision the principal can be concluded that: 1). In the components of the formulation of learning objectives indicators, seen an increase from 40% in the initial ability, to 60% in cycle 1 and increased to 70% at the end of the activity. 2). In the Determination Component of learning materials and materials, there is an increase in ability from 65% to 70% after cycle 1 and is stronger to 80%. 3). In the Component Selection Strategy and learning method, which includes learning steps and determining the allocation of time used, seen a significant increase from the original only 40% to 60% in cycle 1 and increased again to 75% after cycle 2. 4 ). Although there was no noticeable increase, in the selection component of the media and learning tools there was also an increase from 60% at the beginning of the activity and after cycle 1, to 80% after cycle 2

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (a) Improvement of English learning achievement after the implementation of the collaborative teaching model. (b) The effect of motivation to learn English after applying the collaborative teaching model. This research uses action research as much as two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is VII A grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Taliwang. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching, and learning activities. The results of the analyst found that student achievement has increased from cycle I to cycle II namely, cycle I (58.33%) and cycle II (83.33%). The conclusion of this research is the collaborative teaching model can positively influence the achievement, interest, attention, and participation, learning motivation of Grade VII A students of SMP Negeri 4 Taliwang, and this learning model can be used as alternative learning of English.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this Classroom Action Research are to determine the effectiveness of the Index Card Match learning strategy in increasing student motivation towards social studies subjects. This Classroom Action Research was conducted at Taliwang 5 Public Middle School on 21st-grade students. Data collection is done by observation, interview questionnaire, documentation, and field notes. Data analysis in this study was carried out by qualitative analysis. The results of the analysis showed an increase in student motivation by using the Index Card Match strategy can be seen in the first cycle only 60%, while in the second cycle to 89%. The planning of learning by the teacher increased by 75% in the first cycle, the second cycle became 95% as well as the implementation of learning increased from 70% in the first cycle to 90% in the second cycle. The attitude of students towards learning by using the Index Card Match strategy received a positive response. This can be seen in the two cycles of the statement of attitude in the first cycle 50% and 92% cycle
