Abstract

PT. Vivo communication Indonesia has a problem with its existence. In determining the marketing strategy to become the top three smartphone companies in Indonesia, of course, to be the best the company must also be good in marketing lines in every region in Indonesia, one of which is in the Garut area. This study aims to analyze the marketing that can be done by PT. Vivo communication Indonesia Garut Area based on the STP strategy, Marketing Mix, SWOT analysis and BCG matrix. SWOT analysis is done by analyzing external and internal factors while the BCG matrix is carried out based on the sales report of PT. Vivo communication Indonesia Garut Area 2015-2016 which is compared to the sales report of competitors, namely the Oppo Garut Area to determine the level of market growth and market share. The results of the research from the BCG matrix analysis show that the Vivo Area Garut market growth rate is 11.78% and its market share is 0.95 against its competitors, the Oppo Garut Area, so that it is in the question mark quadrant, a strategy that can be carried out by expanding the market and working with more stores. existing in Garut Regency so the opportunity to reach the market is higher. Then increase the number of advertisements in the field to form an understanding to the wider community about Vivo smartphones. From the SWOT analysis, it is known that the SO strategy that can be used is to build brand awareness and increase consumer knowledge of Vivo about its strengths. WO strategies that can be used are establishing service center facilities and working with vendors to help branding and increase further sales. The ST strategy that can be used is to continuously improve quality. Increase the ease of warranty and improve after-sales service WT strategies that can be used are recruiting competent promoters and changing the image of new products with promotions and events.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of brand image on brand trust and its implications for brand loyalty. This study uses a sample of the number of customers at PT Herlinah Cipta Pratama by using a purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to company customers with predetermined criteria. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis with mediating variables. The results showed that brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, and it is concluded that brand image can have a significant effect on brand loyalty through brand trust.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the progress of the implementation of the Inpower-CARE Program of PT. Indonesia Power UPJ Kamojang towards increasing added value for independent business groups in the area around the company. The purpose of this program is to determine the company's performance on program implementation which is a measure of the success in implementing the CSR program of the company concerned. The research method used is a qualitative method by prioritizing 2 approaches, namely a documentation study conducted with a field survey and a literature study, with the intention of comparing field data with theoretical views. The results showed that the implementation of the program Inpower-CARE PT. Indonesia Power UPJ Kamojang is said to be quite effective in providing added value for Business Actors around the Company. From this result, of course, it has its weaknesses because it is viewed from the point of view of the organization as a whole and it is necessary to carry out further research so as to produce in-depth conclusions about the effect of this.

Abstract

This research is based on the view that employee loyalty is one of the important factors that can determine a company to survive in any tough competition. High employee loyalty can be obtained, among others, if the company can meet employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze Y-generation employee loyalty which is influenced by job satisfaction. The method used is descriptive and verification, with a total sample of all Y-generation employees who work at Higher Education in Garut Regency with 132 respondents. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample approach or a census. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and surveys. The data analysis used was the statistical approach of path analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The results showed that job satisfaction on employee loyalty was not significant. This means that even though job satisfaction is obtained, it does not mean that Y-generation employees will be loyal to their current company.

Abstract

One important indicator of the development of the capital market can be seen from the value of the composite stock price index. The composite price index reflects the performance of all stocks listed in a particular country. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the stock exchanges of countries in Asia which consist of the stock exchanges of Indonesia, Malaysia and South Korea because these three countries are the oldest emerging markets in Asia, but these three countries have had a significant impact on the financial crisis. 1997 and 2008. The data used is the period January 1995 to December 2015 with two research formulas, namely the first is to test whether the stock exchanges of Indonesia, Malaysia, and South Korea are integrated and the second is to test which stock exchange is the most dominant among them. these three countries. The results of this study show that there is a long-term relationship between the capital markets of Indonesia, Malaysia and South Korea which is stated in the results of the cointegration test.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of capital aspects, asset quality, management aspects, efficiency, liquidity and risk sensitivity of banks on financial performance. Capital aspects are measured by capital adequacy ratio, asset quality is measured by net performing loans, management aspects are measured by net profit margin, efficiency is measured by net interest margin, liquidity is measured by loan-to-deposit ratio, sensitivity to bank risk is measured by market risk, while performance finance is measured by return on assets. This study uses a sample of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016. The data used is cross section data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the capital aspect had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, asset quality had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, management had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, efficiency had a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance, liquidity had a negative and significant effect on financial performance. financial performance and sensitivity to risk have a negative and significant effect on financial performance.
