Abstract

Abstract - Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are business activities that support economic growth and enhance Indonesia's economy. Garut Regency is one of the areas known for culinary, handicraft, tourism and household processed products in the District of Samarang, there are traditional food processing products. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors are driving the performance of SMEs in the wajit industry in Samarang district. The method used is descriptive analysis and exploratory factor analysis. Data collection techniques used were library studies and field studies. The sampling method used in this study is a nonprobability sampling technique that is saturated samples of 45 respondents. Factors that drive the performance of SMEs 24 factors that are examined by the reduction process there are only 10 factors that can be used as new factors, after extraction and rotation, which have a correlation value of only three components that are formed correctly. Wajit industry players should be able to implement the factors that drive these performance in order to survive and thrive in improving the economy and introduce Sundanese traditional food, one of which is wajit. Abstrak– Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah kegitan usaha yang menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi dan meningkatkan perekonomiaan Indonesia. Kabupaten Garut merupakan salah satu daerah yang dikenal karena kuliner, kerajinan, parawisata dan produk olahan rumah tangga di Kecamatan Samarang terdapat produk olahanan makanan tradisonal. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui fakto-faktor apa yang mendorong kinerja UKM pada industri wajit di kecamatan Samarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis faktor eksploratori. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 45 responden. Faktor-faktor yang mendorong kinerja UKM 24 faktor yang diteliti dengan proses reduksi maka hanya terdapat 10 faktor yang dapat dijadikan faktor baru, setelah melakukan proses extraction dan rotation, yang memiliki nilai korelasi hanya terdapat tiga component yang terbentuk dengan tepat. Para pelaku industry wajit sebaiknya dapat mengimplementasikan faktor-faktor yang mendorong kinerja tersebut agar bertahan dan berkembang dalam meningkatkan perekonomian dan memperkenalkan makan tradisional khas sunda yaitu salah satunya wajit.

Abstract

Abstrak Manajemen rantai pasok telah menjadi konsep penting dalam dunia bisnis, sehingga rantai pasok itu sendiri menempati posisi penting dalam keputusan yang harus diambil oleh perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen rantai pasok kentang yang ada di Kabupaten Garut dengan menawarkan skenario pendistribusian barang menggunakan metode transportasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan berdasarkan waktunya adalah cross sectional. Data diambil melalui data sekunder, dan wawancara pada tiga direktur perusahan dagang terbesar di daerah Garut Selatan. Terdapat tiga tujuan distribusi produk kentang yang berasal dari Garut yaitu pasar yang ada di Kota Jakarta, Kota Tangerang dan Kota Bogor. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model manajemen produksi dan metode transportasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode least cost memiliki nilai yang paling rendah dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa biaya terendah adalah distribusi kentang dari perusahaan dagang 1 ke daerah Bogor.Kata kunci: manajemen rantai pasok, biaya distribusi, metode transportasiAbstract Supply chain management has become an essential concept in the business world. Thus, the supply chain itself occupies an essential position in companies' decisions. This study aimed to determine the supply chain management of potatoes in Garut Regency by offering a scenario for the distribution of goods using the transportation method. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method, based on time; it is cross-sectional. The data were taken through secondary data and interviews with the directors of the three most significant trading companies in the South Garut area. There are three distribution destinations for potato products originating from Garut, namely markets in Jakarta, the city of Tangerang, and Bogor. Data analysis techniques used are production management models and transportation methods. The results showed that the least cost method had the lowest value compared to other methods. The results show that the lowest cost is the distribution of potatoes from trading company 1 to the Bogor area.Keywords: supply chain management, distribution cost, transportation method

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Workplace Spirituality dan Employee Engagement, yang diduga mempengaruhi Employee Performance pada PT. Karya Lestari Mandiri Garut, Dalam penelitian ini variabel Workplace Spirituality diukur melalui dimensi perasaan kasih sayang, perasaan terhubung, kesadaran, kebermaknaan pekerjaan, dan transendensi, sedangkan variabel Employee Engagement diukur melalui dimensi vigor, dedication, dan absorption, sedangkan variabel Employee Performance diukur melalui dimensi kuantitas, kualitas, ketepatan waktu, kehadiran dan kerjasama. Penelitian ini  menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam riset ini merupakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel Workplace Spirituality serta Employee Engagement secara simultan serta parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Performance. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa ada pengaruh Workplace Spirituality serta Employee Engagement terhadap Employee Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Value Co-Creation terhadap Word Of Mouth melalui Customer Satisfaction Produk Kerajinan Kulit Sukaregang Garut. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Metode analisis data penelitian untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Model dengan alat bantu SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan value co-creation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, value co-creation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap word of mouth, customer satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap word of mouth, serta customer satisfaction dapat memediasi service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of causal compensation on labor productivity. The data used are primary data and secondary data, using a questionnaire. The population of this study were all employees of the Company Dodol Jaya Rasa, Ilawu District, Garut Regency. The number of samples studied was 90 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is a test of validity, reliability and simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that compensation simultaneously affects labor productivity.

Abstract

This research is based on the view that employee loyalty is one of the important factors that can determine a company to survive in any tough competition. High employee loyalty can be obtained, among others, if the company can meet employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze Y-generation employee loyalty which is influenced by job satisfaction. The method used is descriptive and verification, with a total sample of all Y-generation employees who work at Higher Education in Garut Regency with 132 respondents. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample approach or a census. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and surveys. The data analysis used was the statistical approach of path analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The results showed that job satisfaction on employee loyalty was not significant. This means that even though job satisfaction is obtained, it does not mean that Y-generation employees will be loyal to their current company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically about the effect of work experience and training on career development at PT. BPRS PNM Mentari Garut. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data in the form of questionnaire results distributed to 34 respondents at PT. BPRS PNM Mentari Garut. Secondary data is in the form of company profile data, training conducted in the company, employee tenure, etc. The independent variables used in this study are Work Experience and Education and Training, while the dependent variable in this study is Career Development. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and verification with the tools of the SPSS 20.0 program. Hypothesis testing uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant direct influence between Work Experience and Career Development variables. (2) there is a significant direct influence between the variables of Education and Training on Career Development. (3) there is a significant direct influence between Work Experience and Training and Education variables on Career Development.

Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi risiko dan persepsi kemudahan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion secara online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat umum berusia 18 sampai 30 tahun yang pernah atau sering melakukan pembelian produk fashion secara online. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling, dimana populasi yang diambil sebagai subjek sampel tidak diketahui dengan cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi risiko dan persepsi kenyamanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 33,8% variabel keputusan pembelian dijelaskan oleh variabel persepsi risiko dan 28,5% variabel keputusan pembelian dijelaskan oleh persepsi kemudahan, sedangkan sisanya 37,7% dijelaskan. dijelaskan oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Background research is to determine the effect of Service Quality (X) on Satisfaction (Y) and its impact on Loyalty (Z) on Style Leather Collections in Sukaregang Garut. In this study using descriptive and associative analysis methods. The respondents in this study were 96 respondents using purposive sampling method with a sample criteria that had made purchases more than once. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test and path analysis. The results of the study state that there is a positive and significant influence of Service Quality Variables on customer satisfaction, meaning that the company is able to improve work discipline by increasing the quality of service provided by the company through employees, there is a positive and significant influence. increasing the quality of service provided by the company through its employees and there is a positive and significant influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, meaning that the company is able to increase customer loyalty by increasing customer satisfaction provided by employees.
