Abstract

Various research on the reconstruction of historical buildings has been carried out by researchers from various countries. To find out about its progress, it is necessary to use bibliometric analysis to map studies related to the reconstruction of historical buildings. The aim of this study is to highlight high-impact research related to the reconstruction of historical buildings published in international journals. Based on these results, research opportunities related to this topic in the future can be seen. Bibliometric analysis was performed using the VOSviewer application. Data retrieval for articles related to the reconstruction of historical buildings was carried out on the Scopus database and filtered according to the research and language fields which meant that 137 documents were obtained. The results of the study indicate that the number of articles that discuss this topic have exhibited a significant development. The citation of publications related to this topic are from journals rather than conference papers. Furthermore, the country that contributed the most articles was Italy. Finally, research related to this topic can be grouped into four categories with the current trends in research being towards urban planning, office building, masonry materials, history, virtual reconstruction, and sustainable development. The results of this bibliometric study are expected to provide an overview for future researchers to investigate matters that have still not been much discussed in research on the reconstruction of historical buildings.

Abstract

Koperasi is one of the main pillars in supporting the Indonesian economy. Koperasi is based on the principle of kinship. Capital from the koperasi business is obtained from all its members. Koperasi XYZ has 1341 members. The koperasi XYZ savings and loan unit uses an information system to manage data. The application of this information provides a gap in the security of member information. In order to maintain the trust of members, the koperasi XYZ must take steps to secure the information held. Information Security Management System (ISMS) is a policy that can be taken to solve information security problems. ISO / IEC 27001 is an international standard in the application of ISMS. The Ministry of Communication and Informatics released the KAMI index evaluation alt which is SNI ISO / IEC 27001. The ISMS audit on the koperasi XYZ shows that the importance of electronic systems in the koperasi XYZ is included in the high category. And the US index results show that the koperasi XYZ is not yet feasible / meets ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 standards

Abstract

The development of information technology that has developed in government is very helpful in the process of managing government infrastructure. Included in the Gianyar Regency Development Section which has implemented or applied a system, namely the TEPRA System. The TEPRA system is a system used to carry out the process of monitoring the realization of the budget given to each OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization) in Gianyar Regency to find out any problems or obstacles that might occur when realizing the work program of each related OPD. The frequent mistakes made by Tepra Operators in completing data information about the work program of the relevant OPDs are the reason that it is necessary to carry out the process of developing a tepra information system application. In the development process, the Rapid Application Development model is used to get the design that is expected based on the results of the audit which are used for reference in the tepra information system development process.

Abstract

This study examines the factors that building owners do not apply for a building permit (IMB) in Gianyar Regency. The sample in this study were building owners who did not take care of IMB in Gianyar Regency with a total population of 285 people with a random sample of 25 samples of requests for information on spatial planning that could potentially take care of building IMB. This research was conducted by collecting data by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires with the Delphi method as an analysis technique. The results show that there are 5 factors that influence building owners not taking care of building permits in Gianyar Regency, namely not knowing the IMB rules, no fees to take care of the IMB, processing the old IMB and difficult procedures, insufficient administrative requirements and no time to take care of the IMB. The factor that most influences building owners is that there is no fee to arrange a building permit. Obstacles in managing the IMB are 1) The community does not understand the procedure, 2) The community is not prepared to pay IMB levies, 3) The community is deliberate to violate the applicable rules 4) complaints of no cost, 5) expensive IMB 6) There is no timeliness 7) lack of socialization and lack of supervisors in the field so that new buildings are still found without permits

Abstract

Abstract Building projects have the complexity and massive frequency of procurement that can trigger work accidents. Although different efforts have been made, there are still work injuries, one of which is caused by employees who are uncomfortable with the control measures being taken. The aim of this analysis is to find alternatives or solutions in controlling OHS regulation. In order to assess the degree of risk, risk analysis was performed by multiplying the probability value with the concequence. Risk management was performed by referring to the hierarchy of OHS risk control based on OHSAS 18001. Questionnaires were administered using the method of purposeful sampling to assess the choice of field workers and OHS officers for OHS risk management. 168 hazards were described in this study, 24 hazards (14.2%) were classified as low risk, 94 hazards (55.95%) as moderate risk, 49 hazards (29.17%) as high risk, and 1 hazard (0.6%) as very high risk. From the point of view of the OHS officer, the preference for OHS risk control in the very high-risk category was the administrative method, the personal protective equipment (PPE) method in the high-risk category, and the engineering controls were liable for the moderate and low risks. In the meanwhile, from the point of view of the field workers, the control preference in the very high risk category was by administrative method, by the personal protective equipment (PPE) method in the high and moderate risks, and by the engineering controls in the low risk category.

Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is an important part of the government. ASN performance measurement needs to be done, because besides ASN being the provider in terms of community service, performance measurement is also used as a reference in providing additional employee income. Karangasem regency government developed a system to measure the performance of the existing 6,449 ASNs. The system is applied to measure performance and as a system that provides additional employee income. However, the pandemic situation resulted in the Karangasem district government having to press the budget for developing this system. The researcher proposes the Extreme Programming (XP) approach in system development. XP, which has the value of Communication, Simplicity, Feedback and Courage, is the right choice in developing a system with a small budget and time. Feedback that is quickly handled also greatly influences the speed and cost of development

Abstract

The definition of green materials is building materials that are environmentally friendly, do not have a negative impact on building users, and are sustainable. Green Material is one of the criteria in the green building assessment parameters that will support energy efficiency goals. Understanding green materials and their availability for their demands in Bali is important to align the growth of green buildings in Bali with the potential and problems of material supply. This paper aimed at conducting an initial preliminary study of the limitation and opportunities for the use of sustainable building materials according to the green building principle approach in Bali. The method used is descriptive method that is reinforced by literature review techniques related to the context of the discussion . Buildings in Bali, when viewed from the use of building materials, carry very distinctive design and appearance characteristics. The selection of green materials in Bali will be influenced by the demands of the requirements for implementing Balinese architecture in buildings, restrictions on material procurement due to location, material legality references and ecolabel certification documents and opportunities for using smart and advanced materials without losing the character of Balinese building architecture.
