Abstract

Daun Pelawan Merah dikenal masyarakat sebagai tumbuhan yang dimanfaatkan untuk obat tradisional diare. Diduga kandungan fitokimianya berpotensi sebagai bahan alami antibiotik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat potensi daun Pelawan Merah sebagai antibakteri. Ekstrak dibuat dengan 3 pelarut, yaitu etanol, etil asetat dan n-heksana. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode difusi cakram terhadap 3 bakteri yaitu Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, dan Bacillus subtilis. Aktivitas antibakteri diketahui melalui pengukuran diameter zona hambat yang terbentuk pada media bakteri setelah diberi perlakuan dan diinkubasi selama 24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekstrak n-Heksana memiliki daya hambat lemah terhadap S.aureus dan B.subtilis. Ekstrak etanol menunjukkan daya hambat lemah hingga sedang terhadap S.aureus, sedangkan pada E.coli dan B.subtilis tampak adanya daya hambat sedang. Ekstrak etil asetat menunjukkan daya hambat sedang terhadap E.coli, dan daya hambat lemah hingga kuat terhadap B.subtilis dan S.aureus.

Abstract

One of the teen reproduce problem especially teen girl is reproduction care. The results of Riskesdas 2013 states that teen’s knowledge about the reproduction health is still low. Some efforts that medical staff could do to resolve the teen reproduction health problem through health education. This research’s aim is to acknowledge the influence of health education with a same age group against teen reproduction health knowledge approach in Pesantren Hidayatussalikin and Nurul Falah. The research plan that use is quantitative analysis with design quasi eksperimen non randomized one group pretest posttest control design to 25 given treatment respondent and 25 control respondent. The result of the research shows mean value of respondent’s knowledge when pretest was 10,34 and post test was 16,02 with p value 0,000. Therefore there is an influence of the health education with a same age group against teen reproduction health knowledge approach. This research’s result may be created as resource material on determining strategy and policy in effort to increase the teen’s knowledge about reproduction health.

Abstract

Insomnia menyebabkan pemulihan pasien stroke tidak optimal pada masa pemulihan dan rehabilitasi. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan suatu upaya untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang mempengaruhi derajat insomnia pada pasien stroke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh usia, jenis stroke dan riwayat insomnia sebelum sakit terhadap derajat insomnia pada pasien stroke di RSUD Pangkalpinang dan Sungailiat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional without control dengan melibatkan 38 orang responden. Pemilihan responden penelitian dengan teknik consequtive sampling. Hasil analisis jenis stroke terhadap derajat insomnia pasien stroke didapatkan bahwa ada perbedaan proporsi kejadian derajat insomnia antara pasien stroke iskemik dan perdarahan (p= 0,000 dan α=5%) dan hasil analisis rerata usia menurut derajat insomnia didapatkan adanya perbedaan rerata usia pada derajat insomnia (p=0,003 dan α=5%).

Abstract

Cryptococcus neoformans adalah jamur patogen oportunistik penyebab kriptokokosis, yaitu mikosis yang berpotensi mematikan pada manusia. Jamur ini banyak terdapat pada lingkungan yang tercemar kotoran burung seperti pasar burung. Salah satu pasar burung yang keadaan lingkungannya mendukung untuk pertumbuhan Cryptococcus neoformans adalah pasar burung Lingkungan Sindu, namun belum pernah diteliti tentang adanya jamur Cryptococcus neoformans di lingkungan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui studi jamur Cryptococcus neoformans penyebab kriptokokosis pada kotoran burung, tanah, dan udara di pasar burung Lingkungan Sindu dengan media Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional deskriptif dengan total 12 sampel yang diambil dari 4 area di pasar burung Lingkungan Sindu. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa hasil identifikasi makroskopis dan mikroskopis koloni yang tumbuh pada media PDA. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa Cryptococcus neoformans terdapat pada 2 sampel dari 4 sampel kotoran burung, 1 sampel dari 4 sampel udara, dan tidak terdapat pada sampel tanah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jamur Cryptococcus neoformans ditemukan paling banyak pada sampel kotoran burung yaitu 50%, kemudian pada sampel udara yaitu 25%, sementara pada sampel tanah tidak ditemukan jamur Cryptococcus neoformans (0%).

Abstract

Balanced Scorecard was developed as a performance management system that sees the company's overall performance through four perspectives: financial; the customer; internal business processes; learning and growth. Cooperation with the Government to serve the patients of the national health coverage needs to be accompanied by good performance especially of human capital, informational capital, and the organizational capital in order to improve the quality of service. This research aims to determine the performance of Pharmacy Installation of X Hospital Pangkalpinang on learning and growth perspective with the Balanced Scorecard approach. This research is a descriptive research. The subjects of the research are head of pharmacy, employee pharmacy, personnel data, employee training data in accordance with the indicators contained in the learning and growth perspective. The results show that there is 100% of employee retention, employee training showed improvement, and management information systems capabilities have been available. Indicators that need to be improved is adequacy of pharmacists, the satisfaction of employees, organizational culture, organizational climate, leadership, team work, and alignment.
