This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan PT. Pelat Timah Nusantara Tbk (NIKL) selama tahun 2020-2021. Dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif pada Laporan Keuangan Desember 2020 dan 2021, penelitian ini menggunakan rasio likuiditas, aktivitas, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas untuk penilaian. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas dan profitabilitas pada tahun 2020-2021 berada di bawah standar industri, menunjukkan kondisi yang kurang baik. Selain itu, rasio utang, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), LTDtER, Time Interest Earned Ratio, dan Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio melebihi standar industri, sehingga menunjukkan kondisi solvabilitas yang memprihatinkan. Sebaliknya, LTDtER, Time Interest Earned Ratio, dan Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio tetap memuaskan di bawah rata-rata standar industri. Meskipun rasio perputaran persediaan dan perputaran aset total berada di bawah rata-rata industri, rasio perputaran modal kerja dan perputaran aset tetap melampaui rata-rata tersebut. Kata Kunci : Laporan keuangan, Analisis rasio, Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Rasio Aktivitas, Rasio Profitabilitas. This study evaluates the financial performance of PT. Pelat Timah Nusantara Tbk (NIKL) during 2020-2021. Utilizing descriptive statistical analysis on their Financial Statements from December 2020 and 2021, the research employs liquidity, activity, solvency, and profitability ratios for assessment. The analysis reveals that liquidity and profitability ratios for 2020-2021 fall below industry standards, indicating an unfavorable state. Additionally, debt ratios, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), LTDtER, Time Interest Earned Ratio, and Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio exceed industry standards, suggesting a concerning solvency condition. Conversely, LTDtER, Time Interest Earned Ratio, and Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio remain satisfactory below average industry standards. While inventory turnover and total asset turnover ratios fall below industry averages, the working capital turnover and fixed asset turnover ratios surpass them. Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether profitability mediates the influence of corporate social responsibility on stock prices in ESG Leading firms in Indonesia. The sample for this study is 14 companies listed in IDXESGL during 2020–2022. In this quantitative study, path analysis of data panels using Eviews 12. The study's findings suggest that CSR and ROA have a significant influence on stock prices. However, ROA is not influenced by CSR, and ROA cannot act as a mediator for CSR in influencing stock prices. The study's findings provide businesses and stakeholders with insight that CSR is a long-term initiative that will eventually help both businesses and society. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis apakah profitabilitas menjadi mediator dalam pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan ESG Leaders di Indonesia. Sampel terdiri dari 14 perusahaan yang terdaftar di IDXESGL selama 2020–2022. Dalam studi kuantitatif, analisis jalur data panel menggunakan Eviews 12. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa CSR dan ROA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Namun, CSR tidak mempengaruhi ROA, dan CSR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham melalui ROA. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan kepada bisnis dan pemangku kepentingan bahwa CSR merupakan inisiatif jangka panjang yang akan memberikan manfaat bagi bisnis maupun masyarakat.

Abstract

The rapid growth of internet users has a major impact, especially in providing opportunities for producers and consumers to conduct business transactions online. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the marketplace can be said to be one of the businesses that has not experienced a decline like other conventional businesses. How to choose a marketplace that sells products at the cheapest price, product quality and the best online customer reviews is an interesting study to research. Research conducted on 5 marketplaces. The analytical tool used in this study uses the Weighted Product (WP) method. Tokopedia is the best marketplace that consumers can choose to shop. The marketplace with the cheapest price is owned by Blibli.com and the best online customer review is owned by Lazada.

Abstract

Research objectives so that the quality of decisions made by leaders in the organization can be measured using valid and reliable measurement tools measured by using valid and reliable measuring instruments. Method literature review, questionnaire formulation, validity & reliability test validity & reliability of the questionnaire. Results The questionnaire is valid and reliable to be used as a measuring tool for Decision Quality. Contribution this study aims to provide a research instrument that is to measure Decision Quality. The quality of the decision is the quality that results from the results of the decision that has been applied or tested to the maximum and the results are seen to the maximum and assessed to the maximum as well. From the results of data processing using SPSS, it produces a Scale Statistics Mean of 46.8829, Variance 41.133, Std Deviation 6.41352, Validity respondent 205, Crochbach Alpa 0.888. Product Moment Correlation coefficient or rcount > 0.3, so it can be said that all statement items on the questionnaire have good validity. Meanwhile, the entire Cronbach's Alpha coefficient value obtained for all items is > 0.872 so it can be stated that all statement items on the questionnaire have good reliability (> 0.6).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of work performance assessment and leadership style on employee loyalty with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (Case study at PT. XYZ West Java Regional Head Office Bandung). This research is a quantitative study with 53 employees as a population and uses non-probability sampling techniques, so the sample size uses the entire population. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, then processed with the help of SPSS 26.0 for windows. The results showed that there was a significant influence of 78,4% of the work performance assessment variable and leadership style on job satisfaction. And also this study shows a significant influence of 93,4% of the job satisfaction variable in mediating work performance assessment and leadership style on employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work from home, digital platforms and digital literacy on work productivity at PT XYZ Cirebon Regency partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 35 employees and uses non-probability sampling techniques, so that the sample size uses the entire population. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data processed with the help of SPSS 26.0 for windows. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the partial test results, work from home and digital platforms have a positive and significant effect, while digital literacy has a positive but insignificant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT XYZ Cirebon Regency. In simultaneous testing work from home, digital platform and digital literacy together have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. XYZ Cirebon Regency. The coefficient of determination shows that work from home, digital platform and digital literacy are able to explain the contribution of work from home, digital platform and digital literacy to the work productivity of employees of PT. XYZ Cirebon Regency, which is 98.1%, while the remaining 1.9% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how financial distress is affected by liquidity, activity, profitability, and leverage in real estate and property companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2022. This study is inspired by the recent financial distress of major industry participants such as FORZ, COWL, MYRX, and ARMY. The approach in this study is quantitative, and the data was gathered using a documentation technique with a sample of 33 companies. This study is conducted with panel data regression using Eviews 12. The results of this study reveal that liquidity, activity, profitability, and leverage simultaneously have a significant impact on financial distress. Liquidity and profitability partially exhibit negative and significant effects on financial distress, while leverage has a positive and significant impact on financial distress. However, activity alone does not significantly affect financial distress. In addition, the findings affirm that the risk of financial distress can be influenced by financial factors such as liquidity, activity, profitability, and leverage.

Abstract

At In this era, museum paradigm is having a growth from traditional museum paradigm to paradigm of new museology. New museology offers active role and also participation of visitor in the Museum but new museology concept is not much implemented in Indonesian museums. By always improving service quality will improve the satisfaction of visitors which will impact on visitor’s interest or visitor’s participation towards museum. This research is intended to analyze visitor’s satisfaction towards service quality given by museum. This research is done by using non-probability sampling which is purposive sampling. Integration of Importance Performance Analysis and Kano Model is used in this research so it can analyze the satisfaction of museum visitors with 30 testing indicators. The results of this research shows that there is indicators that was not proper with visitor’s demands which is the ability of officers to explain collections and promotion that had been done. Even though those indicators influences satisfaction of museum visitors, therefore museum must do more evaluation towards its service and to follow the state of technology nowadays.

Abstract

The high interest of the community in pursuing higher education in Islamic institutions certainly needs to be supported by effective educational management. This is to ensure that Islamic Higher Education institutions in the Jambi Province can compete and produce quality graduates. This research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style, interpersonal communication, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of lecturers, both partially and simultaneously, as well as directly and indirectly. This quantitative research employed a survey method conducted at the Islamic College (STAI) in the Jambi Province, with a population of 144 lecturers. The analysis tool used Path Analysis followed by Determination Analysis (R Square), Hypothesis Testing with t-tests and F-tests, and a significance level of alpha 5 percent. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Transformational leadership style has an effect on job satisfaction with a t-value of 3.261; 2) Interpersonal communication affects job satisfaction with a t-value of 3.958. 3) Transformational leadership style and interpersonal communication simultaneously affect job satisfaction with an F-value of 67.198; 4) Transformational leadership style influences organizational commitment with a t-value of 5.035; 5) Interpersonal communication affects organizational commitment with a t-value of 4.088; 6) Transformational leadership style and interpersonal communication simultaneously influence organizational commitment with an F-value of 107.340; 7) Job satisfaction influences organizational commitment with a t-value of 11.213; 8) Transformational leadership style, interpersonal communication, and job satisfaction simultaneously influence organizational commitment with an F-value of 83.408; 9) Transformational leadership style through job satisfaction affects organizational commitment; and 10) Interpersonal communication through job satisfaction affects organizational commitment. Based on these findings, the better the Transformational Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication, and Job Satisfaction of lecturers, the higher the Organizational Commitment of lecturers will be.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline, leadership, and compensation in Jakarta. The research design adopts a quantitative approach. The sample selection method involves professionals working in the Jakarta area, utilizing purposive sampling technique with 100 respondents, to be analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The research topic has been aligned with RIP UMB 2021-2024, and the current study refers to several previous research findings, incorporating relevant topics and literature. The research implementation begins with the measurement of the Technology Readiness Level, which is at level 3 with the criteria of proof-of-concept, demonstrating the analytical functionality and/or essential characteristics. The significance of conducting this research is grounded in various relevant references, indicating that the performance level across all sectors, both public and private, especially in the business sector, experiences fluctuations. Therefore, the researcher proposes factors that are considered crucial for employees in terms of performance. These factors are indicated to be work discipline, leadership, and compensation.
