Abstract

The study is titled "The Effect of Weight Training on Speed Pitching Ball At Athlete SoftballAceh Year 2015". This study aims to determine the Effect of Load Training on Speed Pitching Ball At Athlete Soatball Aceh Year 2015. Samples in this study are athletes Softball Aceh special pitcher which amounted to 8 people. The sampling technique is done by totalsampling, ie the sample is taken entirely. Data collection techniques used in this study are as follows: (1) pitching ball throwing test is done by doing Pitching test. Data is processed by using statistical formula in the form of calculation of mean value, standard deviation, and test of two mean (ttes). The result of this research is that there is Influence of Load Exercise on Speed of Pitching Ball at AtletSoftballAceh Year 2015 with average of 9,2357, with t-test of 0,357 and t-table equal to 0,131, so it is clear that t-test is bigger rather than t-tables, it can be concluded that weight training (X) on increasing the speed of the pitching ball (Y) is significant. Hence the hypothesis stating that there is Effect of Load Training on Speed Pitching ball pitch at Athlete Softball Aceh Year 2015 acceptable truth. Suggestion from this research is if exercise done in accordance with its understanding and concept there will be improvement of physical quality, technique and mental in athlete.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Pemberian Penguatan (reinforcement) oleh Guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa di Kelas IV SDN Unggul Lampeuneurut  Aceh Besar ”.Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya  pengaruh  yang signifikan  antara  pemberian penguatan (reinforcement) oleh guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di kelas IV SD Nunggul Lampeuneurut sebanyak 84 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 28 siswa dipilih secara random.Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variable penguatan dan motivasi belajar siswa. Pengumpulandata menggunakan angket. Uji validitas menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dengan uji One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test dan uji linieritas menggunakan SPSS 17,0. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian penguatan (reinforcement) oleh guru  terhadap motivasi belajar  siswa di kelas IV SDN Unggul Lampenerut Aceh Besar. Terbukti hasil uji regresi sederhanan diperoleh 41,223+0,628X  dengan uji  kevalidan  persamaan  regresi  menggunakan  uji-t perbandingan 11,489.

Abstract

Science Process Skills (SPS) are all scientific skills used to acquire, develop, and apply scientific concepts and theories. SPS mastery is not only useful in science learning but also for the daily life of the students. Therefore very important mastery of the ability of the process of science since elementary school age.This study aims to obtain an overview of the students' science process skill profile. The research method used is survey method with research subject that is as much as 16 elementary school in Sumedang regency. Data collection techniques used are test techniques. The data have been obtained and then analyzed by simple statistical analysis.Based on the results of research that has been done can be seen that the ability of SPS in elementary school students in Sumedang regency as a whole is still low that has an average value of 9.8, as well as for every aspect of SPS it is still low with a percentage of 49.7%. There is no gender effect on the difference of students' SPS capability because both male and female students have the same low ability of SPS which is 48.7% and 49.1% respectively.

Abstract

Salah satu problem mendasar yang dihadapi bangsa Indonesia selama ini adalah lemahnya moralitas kolektif sebagai refleksi kegagalan pendidikan nasional. Hal ini -antara lain- sebagai dampak sistemik pendidikan yang abai terhadap dimensi karakter (watak) sebagai modal vital daya saing SDM di kancah global. Karena itu agenda reformasi pendidikan yang komprehensif-integratif merupakan keniscayaan atas kegagalan pendidikan dalam menghasilkan SDM yang berkualitas dan bermartabat. Permasalahannya adalah apakah Pelayanan Pendidikan Yang Berkualitas Dapat Mengembangkan Potensi Peserta Didik Secara Maksimal ? Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui Pelayanan Pendidikan Yang Berkualitas dalam Mengembangkan Potensi Peserta Didik Secara Maksimal . Karya ilmiah ini menggunaakan metode library recearch dengan pendekatan deskriptif Pendidikan karakter dalam konteks ini adalah suatu system penanaman nilai-nilai karakte (watak) kepada warga sekolah yangmeliputi komponen pengetahuan, kesadaran atau kemauan, dan tindakan untuk melaksanakan nilai-nilai tersebut, baik terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, diri sendiri, sesama, lingkungan, maupun kebangsaan sehingga menjadi manusia insan kamil. Untuk itu, semua kompone(stakeholders) harus dilibatkan dalam ‘proyek bersama’ ini secara sinergis sehingga pendidikan karakter ini akan membawa peserta didik ke arah pengenalan nilai-nilai unggul, tidak saja secara kognisi, tetap  juga penghayatan sekaligus pengamalan nilai-nilai tersebut secara nyata menuju terciptanya generasi bermartabat. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan watak (karakter), Pembangunan SDM, Era global, Indonesia bermartabat Bangsa Indonesia dewasa ini sedang mengalami patologi sosial yang kronis. Sebagian masyarakatnya tercerabut dari peradaban ketimuran yang terkenal dengan wataknya yang santun, toleran, bermoral, dan beragama (Dimyati dkk.., 2008). Oleh karenanya, pengembangan SDM dan peningkatan kualitas SDM khususnya dalam bidang mental, moral, dan spiritual harus dilaksanakan secara sinergis dan optimal.  Salah satu pengembangan mental dan moral adalah dengan memberikan pendidikan karakter atau pendidikan watak. Pendidikan karakter (character building) juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas moral SDM sehingga tercapai keseimbangan.

Abstract

Theaim of thisresearch wasto investigatedthe contributionof togetherly teacher's commitmen to interpersonal task and communication to ward state elementary school teachers collaborations ceneat Jaya Baru sub-district, city of Banda Aceh. There were 26 respondent sofel ementary steacherat Jaya Baru sub-districtmilieu, city of Banda Aceh. There sult sof this research showed that: (1) thereisrelationship between commitment (X1) and Y which significant to correlation value 0.635. It showed that commit ment have good relation ship with collaboration of teacher, (2) the correlationship between interpersonal communication (X2) and Y were significant with correlation value 0 .535. It showed that interpersonal communication hav enormal relationship with teacher's collaboration, and (3) Relationship togetherly between interpersonal commitment and communication with teacher's collaboration sceneasbigas 0.728. In other words, the relationship between the irorganization and capability 100% have not metyet requisite of being professionally teacher and to create the collaboration sphere which it should be. It alsomean that their collaboration scene isnot completeyet so that it need to bemore in creased infuturein order to getbetter quality for elementary schools at Meuraxa sub-district, city of Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Adapun latar belakang masalah dari penelitian ini adalah masih banyak guru yang kurang profesional dibidangnya, seperti adanya guru yang terlambat masuk mengajar, tidak mempunyai perangkat pembelajaran yang lengkap, kurangnya koordinasi antar kepala sekolah dan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profesionalisme guru melalui implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh berjumlah 10 orang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purpossive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Data hasil penelitian diolah dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan Hasil  penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah melakukan diskusi untuk pengambilan kebijakan yang akan diterapkan oleh sekolah, kepala sekolah melakukan evaluasi dengan memeriksa perangkat pembelajaran, kehadiran guru, prestasi belajar siswa dan keaktifan pada UKG yang dilakukan di gugus. Kelulusan siswa setiap tahunnya mencapai 100% lulus. Ini membuktikan prestasi sekolah yang diperoleh melalui keberhasilan siswa, guru-guru memanfaatkan waktu dengan sebaik-baiknya pada peroses belajar mengajar, guru menggunakan berbagai media pembelajaran. Siswa memiliki peningkatan pada hasil belajar dan dengan demikian terlihat peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah.

Abstract

One of the villages located in the Jaya Baru District of Banda Aceh City is the village of Punge Blang Cut which has five hamlets. Two of them are Tuan Dikandang and Tuan Dipakeh. Dusun Tuan Dikandang has 1 faqir community and 28 poor people. This faqir / poor community education is: no school 5 people, elementary school: 7 people, junior high school: 9 people, and high school: 8 people. Their jobs are housewives: 14 people, entrepreneurs: 3 people, not / haven't worked: 7 people, tire patchers: 1 person, 3 builders, and becak drivers: 1 person. Hamlet Tuan Dipakeh faqir community 3 people and 44 people poor. Their education is not in school: 1 person, elementary school: 2 people, junior high school: 14 people, high school: 25 people, D III: 2 people, and S1: 3 people. Their work is tricycles: 3 people, IRT: 6 people, entrepreneurs: 16 people, selling stalls: 4 people, making cakes: 3 people, unskilled laborers: 6 people, drivers: 3 people, not working: 3 people, and each - 1 person cut grass, sells fruit and a docker. Aloe Vera is one of the ten types of best-selling plants in the world that have the potential to be developed as medicinal plants and industrial raw materials that can be used both in the world of beauty and food that has many benefits. The purpose of this Community Service is to make training and cultivation of Aloe Vera and process it into healthy, nutritious food and many benefits, as well as business opportunities in order to improve the economy of the people in the two hamlets. The method of conducting training in processing Aloe Vera is an explanation by demonstration / practice of discussion and question and answer as well as how to cultivate Aloe Vera. All participants were distributed modules, tools and materials needed. The training activities are guided by resource persons who are competent in their bidag. The target to be achieved is 30 mothers / fathers who are skilled in cultivating Aloe Vera, and 30 mothers / fathers who are skilled in processing Aloe Vera into delicious, nutritious and rich food.

Abstract

To be able to learn something well, we need to hear, see, ask questions about it, and discuss it with others. Not only that, students need to "do it", which is describing something in their own way, showing examples, trying to practice skills and doing tasks that demand the knowledge they have gained. This research addressed the question: Is the Team Assisted Individualization model able to improve students’ learning outcomes in mathematics? While the purpose of this study was to find out how far the implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization model can improve Mathematics in the topic of Flat Surfaces learning outcomes in class IV B. This research uses two rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The target of this study is class IV B. The data obtained are in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis it was found that student learning outcomes experienced an increase from the first cycle to the second cycle, namely, the first cycle (80.64) and the second cycle (87.09%) The conclusion of this study is that the Team Assisted Individualization model can have a positive effect on the learning outcomes of Jambi City Elementary School 47 students, and this learning model can be used as an alternative in mathematics learning.

Abstract

The importance of the existence of a college is inseparable from the quality of the college. To achieve good quality, there are at least three components that must be possessed by a university, the first individual is both the lecturer and the education personnel, the two are the managers such as the head of the study program, the dean to the rector, and the third is the system within the institution itself. This study is motivated by the importance of the quality of lecturers, especially the professional competence they have for the achievement of good quality from UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. The purpose of this study is to describe the state of professional competence lecturers Faculty of Tarbiyah and teacher UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. This study is a descriptive analysis conducted through survey method by spreading a questionnaire to collect research data. Population in this research is all lecturer of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Suska Riau, As for the number of population studied are as many as 189 people, consisting of 160 permanent civil servants and 29 lecturers non civil servants. While the sample taken in the study amounted to 65 people. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that the professional competence of lecturer by using subvariabel duty and lecturer's responsibility based on seven indicators, they are: conducting education, conducting study, implementing community service, increasing and developing academic qualification, objective acting, And maintain and nurture the unity and unity of the nation shows that of 65 lecturers, there are 58 lecturers or 89.23% who have professional competence in the good category. This is also indicated by the average score for the professional competence of this lecturer is 83.74 or is in the good category.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify students’ learning styles in learning Mathematics. This research is a qualitative research. The research participants were fifth grade students of public elementary schools 03 Cibelok Pemalang which consisted of 5 people. The methods of data collection used were questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the study on class V students public elementary schools 03 Cibelok Pemalang regency showed that achievement students 'learning styles in learning Mathematics dominant learning style of the students are visual with the distribution of values that is 846.
