Abstract

Problema pendidikan timbul akibat dari pesatnya kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (iptek) moderen yang semakin banyak mempengaruhi sistem pendidikan di negara berkembang dan sedang berkembang. Problematika pendidikan yang menyangkut proses pendidikan meliputi 5 W dan 1 H (who, why, where, when, what, dan how). Selain itu problema pendidikan di Indonesia yang sampai saat ini masih butuh pemecahan adalah masalah pemerataan dalam pendidikan; relevansi antara pendidikan dan dunia kerja; selera pemuda-pemudi dan orang tua; serta kurang menariknya profesi guru.

Abstract

Munawir Sjadzali adalah tokoh Ulama yang pernah lahir di Indonesia.Gagasan cerdas yang pernah dilontarkan adalah bahwa hukum Islam harus selalu berkembang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.Tidak seyogiyanya Umat Islam hanya berpatokan pada kitab-kitab hasil Ijtihad Ulama masa lalu. Sebab Hukum dimana umat mas lalu hidup jauh berbeda dengn Umat Islam saat ini. Umat Islam yang hidup pada masa sekarang harus menghasilkan Ijtihad tersendiri sesuai dengan kehidupan yag dihadapinya, apalagi pintu Ijtihad memang selalu terbuka sepanjang masa.Buku Ijtihad kemanusiaan yang penulis bedah ini meskipun sangat kontroversi akan tetapi akan membuka wawasan betapa pentingnya Ijtihad yang dikompilasikan dengan kehidupan saat ini baik secara individu maupun kehidupan dalam berbangsa dan bernegara

Abstract

Konsep kepemimpinan transformatif diperkenalkan Burns tahun 1978 yang menyatakan bahwa pemimpin transformasional meningkatkan kebutuhan dan motivasi bawahan dan mempromosikan perubahan dramatis dalam individual, grup, dan organisasi. Kategori kepemimpinan transformatif, yakni: a) pengaruh Idealized Influence, b) Inspirational Motivation, c) Individualized Consideration, d) Intelectual Stimulation. Kategori kepemimpinan transformatif perspektif Islam,yaitu: a) Memerankan perilaku yang tinggi dan visioner b) Inspirational Motivation, c) Memiliki kepedulian terhadap anggota (harisun alaihi), d) Intelectual Stimulation (Fathanah)), e) integritas integrity, f) inovation, g) Perhatian dan menghargai kesuksesan bawahan, h) Mengidentifikasi dirinya sebagai alat perubahan (al-Mughayyiru), i) Pemberani (as-Saja’ah), j) Kepercayaan terhadap apa yang diperjuangkan (tsiqah), k) Mempercayai orang lain, l) Mereka motor penggerak nilai (al-Muharriku ‘ala al-Khoir), m) Toleransi (at-Tasammuh), n) Moderat (at-Tawassuth), dan o) Pembelajar sepanjang masa (al-Muta’allim fi Kulli Hayatihi).

Abstract

Madrasah sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam proses pengembangan kurikulum harus didasarkan pada landasan pengembangan kurikulum yang ada. Penting untuk diperhatikan dalam melihat berbagai percakapan, kurikulum di Madrasah dianggap memiliki peran yang sangat besar karena di dalamnya terdapat muatan moral agama yang menjadikan manusia / peserta didik berakhlaqul karimah dan dididik sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Karena pada dasarnya perubahan kurikulum mengarah pada pengembangan kurikulum untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan karena berbagai pengaruh positif yang datang dari luar atau dari dalam dirinya sendiri, dengan harapan bahwa peserta didik dapat menghadapi masa depan mereka dengan baik. Jadi esensi pengembangan kurikulum itu sendiri adalah proses identifikasi, analisis, sintesis, evaluasi, pengambilan keputusan dan penciptaan elemen kurikulum. Agar proses pengembangan kurikulum dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien, pengembang kurikulum harus bekerja pada prinsip pengembangan kurikulum.

Abstract

Manusia merupakan makhluk yang istimewa serta memiliki kedudukan tertinggi di antara makhluk lainnya. Al-Qur’an menegaskan bahwa manusia merupakan makhluk yang bertanggung jawab, dan harus menebarkan serta memberikan kebaikan kepada sesama manusia. Manusia diciptakan oleh Allah sebagai penerima dan pelaksana ajaran Islam sehingga ia ditempatkan pada kedudukan yang mulia. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia mengacu pada apa yang dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW didasarkan pada konsep Islam mengenai manusia itu sendiri. Konsep Pertama bahwa manusia diciptakan untuk beribadah kepada Allah. Oleh karena itu segala kegiatan manusia harus merupakan bentuk ibadah. Sedangkan konsep kedua bahwa manusia adalah khalifatullah fil ardhli untuk itu manusia mempunyai tanggungjawab untuk memimpin dimuka bumi ini.

Abstract

The offer of Shari'ah Islamic thoughts and ideologies became the fourth bridge or path from the integrity of the ideology of the pre-revolutionary opposition movement, namely secular nationalism, Communist Marxism and Islamic fundamentalism. In Shariati's revolutionary Islamic ideology various groups of sects and ideologies united as a mass force against the shah of the Shah. Technically Shari'ati ideology was socialized through speeches, sermons and public lectures which were always attended by thousands of supporters. Shariati's ideology paved the way for the acceptance of Imam Khomeini as a revolutionary leader. All contradictions such as atheist Marxism versus politically impotent Islam, foreign modernity versus debilitating nativism or religious meditations against secular meditations have been removed by Shariati as unnecessary misunderstandings. The true pattern of Shi'ite religions, namely the Shia Alawi, as promoted by Ali Shariati, is able to unite Iranians in the struggle for liberation.

Abstract

A culture in it always contains the teachings of how life should be lived and leads people to life in accordance with the will of God as the owner and the ruler of nature. One of them is the tradition of nyewu selamatan ceremony. The meaning of the ceremony in this theme leads to the chronologization of the nyewu salvation ritual. Selamatan comes from the word congratulations, the Javanese people use it as a medium to offer prayers for the salvation of the dead and the left. From result of data analysis known that; (1) The history and background of Nyewu tradition implementation in Randegan Kutorejo Mojokerto is the belief that the soul of the dead still roam around his residence, so it needs to be salvation. (2) The values ​​contained in nyewu salvation in Randegan Kutorejo Mojokerto are among others moral values ​​against the deceased, the value of faith, sodaqoh values, the values ​​of ukhuwah Islamiyah and solidarity and the value of help. (3) The influence of Islamic values ​​contained in the Nyewu tradition against religious behavior, does not occur comprehensively in the Randegan community but affects certain circles who have a strong religious soul and awareness.

Abstract

He has taken the time to think about Islamic values, nationality, local culture, and play an important role in the development of Islam, the Indonesian nation. He maintains religious traditions, ethnicity, including cross-groups, and politics. Gus Dur is a thinker who often gets about from other people. One of his remarks as the implementation of the idea of ​​"indigenous Indigenous Islam" which once contained controversy, namely "Assalamu'alaikum" which was equated by Gus Dur with "Ahlan wa Sahlan and the idea of" Pribumi Islam "made a commotion among the NU itself. According to him Islam does not come into conflict with culture, but both of them enrich each other, even though there are differences. Islam is peaceful and anti-violence, therefore Muslims need not act violently in defending Islam with any action, let alone in the name of Islam.. Islam itself is anti-violence, Islam is peaceful and secure. Islam should protect people who are weak and protect from arbitrary acts outside the law that are often carried out by organizations that act arbitrarily and willingly. Islam sided with the oppressed minority. According to him the relationship between Islam and the State with two offers, namely making Islam as a social ethic in the life of the state and the introduction of Islam. Abdurrahman saw the Indonesian nation at that time there was a product of the intense struggle of primary concern: revitalizing the traditional Islamic treasures, gait of modernity, and seeking answers to concrete problems that were addressed by Muslims in Indonesia.

Abstract

Every curriculum that is carried out must have a negative and positive side that needs to be evaluated and improved to achieve better education goals. Basically the curriculum change is based on two ways, namely by replacing the overall components of the curriculum, or replacing just a few components. a curriculum includes elements of purpose, lecture material, learning process, evaluation, and government policies all of which are intended to develop the potential of students. These elements indicate the number of variables that affect the curriculum. Therefore, the Arabic language curriculum at PTA and PTU should accommodate a number of changes that occur in the community, the needs of the workforce, government policies in the world of education, and potential characteristics of students.
