Abstract

Manajemen pemasaran merupakan sebuah proses untuk menentukan tujuan pada analisa pemasaran sebuah organisasi. Saat ini pemasaran dapat dilakukan secara digital, disebabkan banyak usaha yang dijalankan dapat dilakukan secara online atau yang umumnya disebut sebagai bisnis online, yang mana dalam menjalankan bisnis online ini sangat membutuhkan adanya kegiatan pembelian. Hal tersebut dapat memberikan pengaruh bagi konsumen untuk dapat mengambil keputusan terhadap toko online mana yang akan digunakan sebagai salah satu tempat untuk berbelanja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Iklan, Kualitas Produk dan Kepercayaan Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada Toko Online di TikTok. Sampel yang diperlukan pada penelitian yang dilakukan sejumlah 100 orang. Pengambilan sampel mempergunakan teknik sampling purposive dengan skala likert. Untuk membantu melengkapi pengumpulan data, peneliti melakukan penyebaran kuesioner yang mencakup pernyataan mengenai variabel yang diteliti dan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan program statistik SPSS versi 26. Metode yang digunakan pada temuan ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil yang mampu ditemukan pada suatu penelitian yang dapat membuktikan bahwa pada analisis regresi linear berganda yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh serta nilai yang positif dari iklan, kualitas produk dan kepercayaan konsumen dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Serta nilai signifikansi variabel iklan senilai 0,000 dari uji T yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, nilai signifikansi variabel kualitas produk senilai 0,000 dari uji T yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, dan nilai signifikansi variabel kepercayaan konsumen senilai 0,000 dari uji T yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa iklan, kualitas produk dan kepercayaan konsumen berdampak positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada toko online di TikTok.

Di dalam lingkungan dunia bisnis sekarang, banyak perusahaan terjadi perubahan signifikan secara maju dan berkembang. Ini merupakan hal yang ditunggu perusahaan untuk mencapai kemajuan di dalam bisnisnya. Perkembangan kemajuan perusahaan tersebut terjadi karena adanya peningkatan potensi sumber daya manusia dari perusahaan, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa sumber daya manusia merupakan penentu kesuksesan ataupun kegagalan pada suatu perusahaan. Dalam Penelitian disini memiliki tujuan agar mengetahui pengaruh dalam disiplin, motivasi serta pelatihan kerja dalam kinerja karyawan. Peneliti melakukan penelitian di PT BPR Kepri Batam dengan metode penelitian berbasis kuantitatif dalam analisis linear berganda yang diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Quota Sampling. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dengan non probability sampling yang memiliki jumlah sampel sebanyak 116 orang dan menghasilkan hasil yang dapat dijelaskan bahwa disiplin, motivasi dan pelatihan kerja memberikan hasil yang signifikan dan positif pada kinerja karyawan di PT BPR Kepri Batam

In addition, Ramayana has its own identity in the form of a label that markets products that are offered at low prices without sacrificing quality. Despite this, there are still issues that have not been completely handled, and these issues are connected to the product variety, product quality, and advertising. As a result, in the study that may be utilized as an objective where product variety, product quality, and marketing can effect customer happiness at Ramayana Panbil in Batam City, the phrase can affect consumer satisfaction was chosen. In the study that was carried out, it is possible to consult primary data sources and secondary data sources as references. Analytical tools are utilized in the process of conducting data analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh adanya keganjalan pada kompetensi, beban kerja dan motivasi yang terjadi pada KOMINFO Batam. Sehingga, bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi, beban kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KOMINFO Batam. Pada populasi yang diambil ialah 105 pegawai sehingga sampel yang digunakan ialah sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 105 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pada hasil uji t didapat kompetensi 3,127 > 1,982, pada beban kerja didapat 2,670 > 1,982 dan motivasi 3,496 > 1,982 sehingga pada uji t dapat dihasilkan berpengaruh secara parsial. Pada uji F dihasilkan 28,791 > 3,07 maka hasilnya berpengaruh secara simultan.

Abstract

Today's retail business has proliferated in all places, which has resulted in intense competition that must be faced. customers by paying attention to product quality, attractiveness, and existing promotions. This research is a quantitative research with a population of buyers who make purchases at the Harapan Jaya Building Store, a sample of 204 samples with the results showing that Product Quality has a value of 4,141 greater than the value of t table of 1,972, attractiveness of Attractiveness of 3,009 greater than the t table value is 1,972, and the promotion is 5,196 greater than the t table value of 1,972 which concludes that the independent variables have a partial effect and the simultaneous test shows the results of 113,130 are greater than the F table value of 2.42 which concludes that the independent variables simultaneously influence the burden hopeful customers. The coefficient of determination test also shows that the size of the independent variable can explain the dependent variable by 62.4% with other factors of 37.6% and the rest is influenced by other variables

Abstract

The culinary business is a business that is growing rapidly and rapidly, as evidenced by culinary business actors emerging with the latest innovations aimed at attracting customer interest. Likewise with business actors in the Riau archipelago, especially in the city of Batam, the culinary business is experiencing quite good development. It can be seen that there are many culinary delights using concepts that are no less interesting to be the choice of consumers, such as: street food stalls, restaurants, coffee shops, and taverns. So that business actors must improve the quality of service so that consumer buying interest increases as well as customer satisfaction. Service quality is very closely related to customer satisfaction and is an important factor that must be considered by every business actor who aims to attract customers. Likewise with consumer buying interest in addition to good service quality, an ordering system that makes it easier for consumers is also able to attract customer buying interest. So that in this case customer satisfaction is very effective in retaining its customers in a long period of time. The purpose of this study was to determine whether service quality and purchase intention affect customer satisfaction in street food stalls in Batam. Methods of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 383 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative research with multiple regression analysis methods. The results showed that the variable of service quality on customer satisfaction, t value 13.738 > t table 1.966, and Sig 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the variable service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The variable of buying interest on customer satisfaction has a t count of 3.245 > t table of 1.966, and a significant 0.001 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the variable of buying interest has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. While simultaneously it can be obtained f count value of 193.790 > f table 3.02 and Sig 0.000 <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

This research can provide the objective of analyzing how product quality, product design and promotion can have a partial or simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions at PT Bentoro Adisandi Ivena. This type of research can use this type of research which is a quantitative research method, the population used is consumers in June 2022 with 155 respondents in this survey. Thus the sampling technique to be used is saturated sampling. Data sources can use primary data as well as secondary data. In the data analysis method, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), partial test and simultaneous test can be used. The results of the study can show that product quality has partially given a positive and significant relationship to purchasing decisions. Furthermore, product design has partially given a positive and significant relationship to purchasing decisions. Furthermore, promotion partially has given a positive and significant relationship to purchasing decisions. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of job descriptions, job specifications, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Goldwell Plastic Batam. The sample for this study used 110 respondents to employees at PT Goldwell Plastic Batam using the sampling technique. By using SPSS 25 software, data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis testing. Abstract

This research is intended to find out how perceptions of convenience, trust and innovation influence the satisfaction of Trans Batam bus passengers. In conducting this research, it can use a population which can total 73,739 passengers which can come from the number of passengers in November 2022. In carrying out data testing, several data analysis techniques can be used which can include validity tests and reliability tests as data quality tests, in the normality test, the multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests function as tests of classical assumptions, in multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) can function as tests of influence, the t test and f test can function as hypothesis testing. The findings of the study found that perceived convenience can have a partial, positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction with an effect size of 20.6%, trust can have a partial, positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction with an influence size of 28.7%, innovation can give a partial positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction with an influence size of 32.3%, perceived convenience, trust and innovation can have a simultaneous positive and significant influence on passenger satisfaction with an influence size of 75.8%.
