Abstract

The psychomotor ability of students is one of the important aspects of the learning process. To achieve optimal psychomotor abilities, effective and efficient learning methods must be applied. This literature review article discusses three learning methods that affect students' psychomotor abilities: Project-Based Learning, Inquiry-Based Method, and Demonstration Method. Previous studies have shown that these three learning methods can help improve students' psychomotor abilities. Project-Based Learning can enhance the creativity and cooperation skills of students in a structured learning environment. The inquiry-Based Method can help students improve problem-solving and critical thinking skills through their experiments and discoveries. The Demonstration Method helps students acquire physical skills through observation and direct practice. Although these three learning methods have been proven effective, the selection of the appropriate learning method should be tailored to the characteristics of the students and the learning context.

Abstract

Indonesia's ocean area is 6.4 million kmĀ². With these wide waters, Indonesia is a maritime country and has great fishery potential to optimize its utilization. To optimize the potential of fishery resources, the central government through the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) launched an electronic/online capture fishery business licensing service policy called the Quick Services Information System (SILAT). There are 10 regulations related to and supporting the SILAT policy, which consist of Laws, Government Regulations, Presidential Regulations, and Regulations of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. The Indonesian government's regulations regarding the policy for the use of SILAT emphasize on the operational mechanism by making various methods, patterns, and procedures in the implementation of electronic licensing policies, especially SILAT. This finding suggests that the operational mechanism aspect is given higher priority in the implementation of SILAT so that the policy is expected to be successful and that the potential of fisheries resources is utilized to its fullest extent

The purpose of this literature review is to explore the influence of parenting patterns on character formation towards the discipline of cadets. The parenting pattern applied plays a crucial role in the formation of cadet discipline. Strong discipline is one of the key factors in a cadet's success in facing tasks and challenges. Scientific articles from various sources were accessed and analyzed to identify the parenting patterns that influence cadet discipline. The research results show that a democratic parenting pattern has a positive influence if applied in the family environment. In the context of transportation vocational schools, the application of a democratic parenting pattern can be applied to help cadets build confidence, and develop leadership skills, and independence. Meanwhile, the application of an authoritarian parenting pattern can be done by providing clear rules and firm actions to shape discipline and responsibility.

Abstract

Pasar Baru Bangko is a traditional market whose buildings are partly owned by the Merangin district government and partly owned by the community (private sector). Even though there are two ownerships, they still have to be managed properly by both parties. Lately there has been a kind of change in pattern where people usually sell during the day, some have sold at night. Residents who sell things at night that seem disorganized or chaotic will cause problems such as disruption to pedestrians and motorists, disruption of environmental sanitation which can impact environmental health, disruption to shop owners, and so on. In connection with changes in market patterns that can have a negative impact even though there is a slight positive impact, it is necessary to do research. The research was conducted using a case study qualitative approach with the main data collection technique being observation supported by interviews and documentation and so on. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that cause changes in the pattern of the new Bangko market so that it can become input for market managers, other related parties and for further researchers. The results of the study can be concluded that (1) Most of the traders in Pasar Baru Bangko have moved to selling at night due to the lack of buyers during the day; (2) It seems that the parties related to the management and control of the market are not carrying out their duties optimally due to several factors such as the lack of budget for law enforcement, especially for POL PP, UPTD Markets and so on; (3) There is no cross-sectoral cooperation, such as between POL PP, UPTD, the Department of Transportation, LH and so on, so that it seems that traders are allowing traders to sell their wares.
