Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh ELP Requirement Terhadap Minat Berbahasa Inggris Taruna LLU di Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah taruna LLU angkatan 21 ABCD. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ELP requirement mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap minat berbahasa inggris taruna LLU sebesar 80,8%, sedangkan sisanya 19,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Untuk meningkatkan minat berbahasa inggris taruna, disarankan agar diadakannya pelatihan ELP dari awal memasuki pelatihan operasional di laboratorium dan ELP test sebelum taruna LLU melakukan OJT, sehingga taruna dapat mengukur kemampuannya dan termotivasi untuk bisa mencapai target dan menumbuhkan minat taruna untuk berbahasa inggris

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan akan tidak tersedianya VFR Corridor untuk penerbangan VFR terhadap pelayanan ATC di Perum LPPNPI Kantor Cabang Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan level satu dengan pendekatan secara kualitatif dan pemaparan secara deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi leiteratur, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Sedangkan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan, diketahui bahwa penerbangan VFR belum memiliki rute pasti sehingga membuat soerang ATC sulit mengetahui posisi dari penerbangan VFR dikarenakan rute yang dilewati berbeda setiap pesawatnya dengan mengikuti Dessision Pilot. Maka dari itu, membuat rancangan VFR merupakan solusi permasalahan.

Abstract

The public sector has a primary purpose for public services and is not profit-oriented, and has flexibility in financial management. One of them is a public sector organization telecommunication and Information Accessibility Agency (BAKTI) Kominfo. BAKTI Komimfo is responsible for expanding internet access and strengthening digital infrastructure for all parts of Indonesia. This study analyzes the effect of good governance, Government Internal Control systems, and Public Accountability on the performance of BAKTI Kominfo. This study used a population of 196 BAKTI Kominfo employees using the solving method with an error rate of 5%, a sample of 140 people was obtained. The results of the study that good governance directly affect the performance of BAKTI Kominfo and also through increased accountability and SPIP affect performance through accountability.

Abstract

Currently, Lion is in big trouble. This research aims to analyze the application competitive strategy of Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) taken by Lion in the business competition of scheduled commercial air transport services in Indonesia. Through measurement of market concentration: Concentration Ratio (CR), Index (HHI), and several equal sellers Lion have won the competition as the largest market shareholder since 2007 until now. Its success is because Lion can successfully cope with five competitive forces (Porter) : (1) buyer, (2) suppliers, (3) substitution, (4) newcomers, (5) rivalries, with LCC strategy. LCC can last long but not forever. The evolution of the value industry of the LCC strategy of excellence declined, pushing a heavy burden for Lion. Urgent need of strategy or another new business model, with strategic partners (domestic and foreign) to maintain and even improve company performance in the framework of Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA).

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of whether there is an influence between the movement of wide-body aircraft both departure and arrival on flight delays as a measure of the smooth flow of flight traffic at the Makassar Air Traffic Service Center. The research concludes that there is a positive relationship between the operation of wide-body aircraft and flight delays of 0.870. The positive correlation indicates that the more wide-body aircraft operations, the flight delay will increase, which if there is an increase in flight delays, the smooth flow of flight traffic will decrease. The coefficient of determination is 75%, which means that the effect of the operation of wide-body aircraft on flight delays is 75% and the rest is determined by other factors not included in the research section. The equation obtained from the regression test is Y = -5,679 + 1,872 X. So, if the operation of wide-body aircraft increases by 1, the flight delay will increase by 1,872 at a constant of -5,679.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC) starting from March 2020 to July 2020 using the quantitative associative correlation method. The research population was all departing aircraft at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport using various runways and taxiways and aprons. The samples used were all aircraft departing from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and navigation services were provided by the Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC) in three, namely from November 2019 to January 2020 and using cluster (area) sampling techniques. The data collection technique used is a documentation study containing data on the fulfillment of Target Take Off Time (TTOT) and data on each aircraft movement required for research (such as aircraft identification, Estimate Off Block Time, taxitime, etc.). Furthermore, the data analysis technique use disparametric statistics in the form of data assumption tests followed by relationship analysis tests.

Abstract

Supadio International Airport is an airport that serves various types of aircraft (Boeing, Airbus, ATR, Hawk, CN259), and does not have a rapid exit taxiway, in its guidance, Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch Office enforces rules for Boeing and Airbus-type arrival traffic for backtrack at the end of the runway, but this rule does not apply to aircraft with other types such as ATR and Cessna. This of course creates a time difference to clear the runway for arrival traffic of the Airbus and Boeing types. This study aims to obtain a safe distance between arrival traffic and departure traffic at the Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch Office by applying the calculation of The Brazilian Air Navigation Management Center (CGNA) Runway Capacity Calculation by adjusting the current airport conditions. From the research results, it is found that the value of the safe distance between arrival traffic and departure traffic by considering the aircraft classification can produce a more optimal safe distance.

Abstract

Abstract – Batik is one of the arts and crafts products that are full of customs and culture of the people in Indonesia. The batik art of Kampoeng Batara UKM has existed and developed in the last two years. The limitations of technical facilities are an obstacle to batik production on a mass scale. Through this community service activity, technical support is provided in the form of production facilities for dyeing, boiling and washing media for batik cloth in the form of 10 drums with a capacity of 200 liters. Some of the drums are modified according to production needs with the capacity required by partners. The results of the activity show that the provision of technical support has given partners confidence to increase the capacity of batik products on a larger scale. Abstract

The purpose of this literature review is to explore the influence of parenting patterns on character formation towards the discipline of cadets. The parenting pattern applied plays a crucial role in the formation of cadet discipline. Strong discipline is one of the key factors in a cadet's success in facing tasks and challenges. Scientific articles from various sources were accessed and analyzed to identify the parenting patterns that influence cadet discipline. The research results show that a democratic parenting pattern has a positive influence if applied in the family environment. In the context of transportation vocational schools, the application of a democratic parenting pattern can be applied to help cadets build confidence, and develop leadership skills, and independence. Meanwhile, the application of an authoritarian parenting pattern can be done by providing clear rules and firm actions to shape discipline and responsibility.

Abstract

Employee performance plays an important role in determining the sustainability and success of the company. Some of the factors that affect employee performance include the work environment, salary satisfaction, and work stress levels. In this paper, we will review the results of studies that examine the influence of each of these factors on employee performance. Studies show that a good work environment has a positive influence on employee performance, while salary satisfaction levels and work stress levels have varying influences depending on their levels. From this analysis, it can be concluded that the company must pay attention to such factors to ensure optimal employee performance.
