Abstract

Pesticides are materials to kill pests and diseases in plants. Pesticides are chemicals that are commonly used in agriculture, to kill pests and diseases that exist in agricultural crops. Based on the problems that exist in the community, researchers are trying to help the community to be able to identify the right type of pesticide for the plants that are being planted. Artificial intelligence is transferring the intelligence possessed by humans into a computer machine so that it is able to behave which is considered as intelligent as human abilities. An expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence that transfers the expertise of an expert into a system so that it can imitate the way of thinking of an expert in solving a problem. This expert system application produces output in the form of the best value for selecting the right pesticide based on the criteria inputted by the user and produces conclusions in the form of the best pesticide decision results based on the results of system analysis. The method used in this expert system is the weighted product method which was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

Balinese dance is a type of dance originating from Bali that has existed for a long time and has been passed down from generation to generation by Balinese people. Balinese dance has 3 kinds of categories, namely Wali Dance (sacred), Bebali Dance and Balih-Balihan Dance (Profane). Balinese dances that are sacred are usually performed on certain days or during religious ceremonies, while profane dances are usually performed for entertainment. In Bali, many types of Balinese dances are contested, such as Barong Dance, Jauk Manis Dance, Jauk Keras Dance, Baris Dance and so on. In this study, the design and development of a Balinese dance competition assessment application was carried out which aims to facilitate the performance of the competition organizing committee and the judges during the assessment and recording of the participants' scores after the competition is held and can display the values transparently to the public. Tests show that when the application is run, it gets a value of 312.3999996185303 on the application and a value of 312.4 in the manual assessment process. The dance assessment application and manual assessment have almost the same value with a percentage accuracy of 99.9%.

Abstract

Black box testing is so important because the technique is able to identify errors in functions, interfaces, information models and access to outside information sources. In the implementation often arises the problem of testers not being sure whether the software being tested has actually passed the testing stage. This happens because there may still be some untested execution paths. Testers should create every possible combination of input information for the test. Choosing input information to find errors is a problem for testers because it has a high probability, so the test case design can automatically be a solution. In this implementation, the web that will be tested using black-box testing is a Library Information System. The SMC Library website will be tested using black-box testing where the test only aims to see if the program is in accordance with the desired function of the program. This method is done by looking at the inputs and outputs of each system flow. Testers in this test method do not have to understand the flow of system code, but must know the flow of system expectations. One of the techniques of the black box testing method is the state transition technique. The state transition technique is performed by looking at the suitability of the flow from one pipeline to the next

Abstract

Expert system is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts, and reasoning techniques that adapts the methods of an expert in a particular field to solve complex problems using a computer as an aid and a certain programming language. This expert system is built to assist Suzuki motorcycle users and technicians in resolving problems, especially with the Smash Titan 115 cc motorcycle. Problems with the Smash Titan 115 cc motorcycle require expert knowledge to find a solution. The expert system is built using the Forward Chaining method, where the system makes forward-based reasoning based on existing symptoms, then diagnoses the damage of each symptom of a problem and the system will draw conclusions from these symptoms. After this expert system is designed and implemented using the CodeIgniter framework and using the MySQL database, the process of searching for problems can be done quickly and accurately. In using the software that is built, the menus are designed very simply so that users can easily use it. Abstract

Geographic information systems (GIS) have the ability to connect various data at certain points on earth, combine, analyze, and finally map the results. Data will be processed in GIS spatial data which is geographically and location oriented data that has a certain coordinate system, as a basic reference. So the GIS application can answer several questions such as; location, conditions, trends, patterns and modeling. This capability distinguishes GIS from other information systems. By building a geographical information system it is hoped that it can help the public to find out where the location of veterinarians in the city of Padang is based on Android. So that people can more easily find the location of veterinarians in the city of Padang quickly and accurately that can be accessed via cell phones (Smartphones). In this geographic information system making additional application programs used are MapInfo, Android Studio, and other supporting applications.

Abstract

Information technology functions significantly in improving the quality of an institution, not only as a process of automation of data access, technology also produces the accuracy and speed of an integrated system, so that the management process will be more efficient. Raport is a report on the results of student evaluation based on the period and subjects accompanied by an evaluation of character, behavior and attitude. MTs Daruth Tholibiin is one of the learning institutions that uses technology as a support for learning activities, but the processing of grade information is still manual and stored in separate archives so that it has a bad impact, namely inaccurate information and loss of information. From the explanation above, it is needed to design a website-based e-raport data system that is expected to help in managing student evaluation information. This system design uses the Waterfall model, using MySQL for database and PHP as the programming language. The outcome on this research is an e-raport information system can be facilitate educational institutions in managing student learning outcomes. Sourced from the results of Black Box method testing, it shows that this information system is in accordance with its usefulness.

Abstract

Tomuan Holbung Village is a village in North Sumatra. As a village, there is still information that has not been accessed by many other people through public communication, namely the internet. Where there is a Posyandu currently has a meaningful role to support public health services. The role of the Posyandu is accompanied by the increasingly visible role of the community after the emergence of the Posyandu as a form of community-based health effort. Apart from that, Posyandu activities have been running smoothly so far because of the Posyandu Information System (SIP) book as an implementation guide. Technology contributes to structuring management systems and work processes in government and private agencies. One of the applications of Information Technology in village life is the use of a web-based Mother and Child Posyandu Information System. In this design, the web-based Posyandu information system is analysis, design, coding and testing as well as entity relationship diagrams in designing the database. The Posyandu information system is equipped with a web-based display so that users can adjust the contents in the system as a means of information in designing a web-based Mother and Child Posyandu Information System in Tomuan Holbung Village.

Abstract

Low Cost Green Car (LCGC) is a new breakthrough made by the government in the automotive world, especially in Indonesia. With the support of environmentally friendly concepts this type of LCGC car has become an alternative for consumers who want a car especially in Indonesia. To estimate LCGC cars according to needs, you can use a decision support system with a simple additive weighting (SAW) method. Data obtained from observations and interviews conducted through sales and car mechanics or experts who are more knowledgeable about market conditions and community needs. The results achieved are designing a decision support system application that predicts LCGC cars that fit consumers' desires based on price, engine capacity, safety features, fuel economy, cabin accommodation. By determining the preference value of each alternative, ranking is made so that from the alternatives there is the best alternative.

Abstract

From a comprehensive review of facial mask detection techniques, there are several algorithms based on deep learning, namely You Only Look Once (YOLO), Single Shot Detector (SSD), RetinaFace, and (Faster Recurrent Convolutional Neural Network) Faster R-CNN. Previous studies focused on the detection accuracy of face masks using a two-stage detection model (ie, Faster R-CNN), while single-stage detectors (ie, YOLO) achieved fast inference times but lower accuracy. The training results in this study show that the Precision value is consistent at 0.4 – 0.8. While the maximum recall value is 0.6. Future research will focus on using YOLOv7 for other object detection.

Abstract

Internal libraries are usually for example bookstores, where books, research results and journals are neatly stored. So that people who read it have to go to the library and look for the desired book. Many sources of scientific information, books, documents, library facilities, can be disseminated according to certain systems. . Methodology is doing something to achieve a goal. The framework describes the stages of conducting research. Because it helps researchers to explain the work steps that will be carried out in solving the problem. Based on the waterfall model, a discussion of each can be described, such as Analysis. Author's Design, Testing, Support or maintenance After Realizing the system design At this stage, the author implements the design results obtained previously. before the system is actually used properly by the user, the system requires a test phase first to ensure there are no problems in using the PHP programming language and the MySQL database is used as a programming language. The design of this barcode-based library information system is used to make it easier for librarians and members to borrow library books in managing library data. Based on the discussion and conclusions presented, a development proposal for further research.
