Abstract

The Department of Transportation, as a regional apparatus organization taskedwith providing services in the field of transportation especially in ensuring thefeasibility and safety of transportation, plays an important role in increasing thestandardization of the feasibility of transport vehicles on the road. Humanresources, in this case the state civil apparatus, are required to be able to provideservices that meet the principles of transparency, accountability, andtrustworthiness in line with the law number 22 of 2009 article 48 concerningTraffic and Road Transportation. The objective of this research is to describe andanalyze the quality of motor vehicle testing services in the Department ofTransportation of Sukoharjo Regency. In this research, the researcher used threeservice indicators, namely: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance,and Empathy. The type of this research was descriptive qualitative. The researchwas conducted at the Department of Transportation of Sukoharjo Regency. Thedata used were primary and secondary data. Data collection was done byconducting interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniquesused were the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. In testing the validity ofthe data, the esearcher used the triangulation technique.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, (1) Apakah strategi pembelajaran the power of two dapat memberikan hasil belajar yang lebih baik pada materi kuliah menulis pantun, (2) Apakah strategi pembelajaran konvensional dapat memberikan hasil belajar yang lebih baik pada materi kuliah menulis pantun, (3) Manakah diantara strategi pembelajaran the power of two dan konvensional yang lebih baik ditinjau dari hasil belajar mahasiswa pada materi menulis pantun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Mahasiswa Semester VI Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia FKIP UMSU. Sampeldalampenelitianiniadalah mahasiswa semester VI kelas BpagisebagaikelaseksperimendankelasB soresebagai kelas kontrol.Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes esai. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran konvensional dalam menulis pantun lebih rendah dari pada rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran the power of two dalam menulis pantun yakni 91,15. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar mahasiswa menggunakan strategi the power of two lebih baik dibandingkan dengan menggnakan strategi pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to know the differences and effectiveness of learning model Make a Match, TPS and STAD in social study. The method of this research is quasi experiment approach. Data collected is by using posttest. Hypothesis testing measured by analysis formula variant one way and t-Dunnet test. Based on the research, it is gotten (1) There is a differences of learning result average in social study which is taught by using learning model Make a Match, TPS and STAD; (2) The result of learning social study by using Make a Match model is higher than using TPS model; (3) The result of learning social study by using TPS model is higher than using STAD model; and (4) The result of learning IPS study by using TPS model is higher than using STAD model.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dan efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran Make a match, TPS dan STAD dalam mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu. Teknik pengambilan data yaitu dengan tes. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus analisis varians satu arah dan uji t-Dunnet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan (1) Ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa yang diberi pembelajaran, Make a Match, TPS dan STAD; (2) Hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa menggunakan model Make a Match lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan TPS; (3) Hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa menggunakan model TPS lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan STAD; (4) Hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa menggunakan model TPS lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan STAD.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, make match, stad, tps.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of chemistry teachers to make based on the 2013 curriculum at Landak District Senior High School. The research method used is the descriptive method. The subjects of this study were teachers at SMAN 1 Sengah Temila, SMAN 4 Sengah Temila, and SMAN 1 Menyuke. The data test tool used was to submit the results and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the teacher's ability to make questions based on the 2013 curriculum is in the sufficient category because the teacher has difficulty in making HOTS questions and the differences in the cognitive level of the questions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of audiovisual learning media to the ability to write fairy tales by fifth semester students of the Indonesian Language Education study program at FKIP UMSU for the 2019-2020 academic year. The sample in this study was set randomly so that the chosen class V A morning as the experimental class and class V B morning as the control class. The sample consisted of 46 students consisting of 30 people in the experimental class and 16 people in the control class. The research location is in the Indonesian Language Education Study Program FKIP UMSU on Jalan Mukhtar Basri No. 3 Medan. The results in this study are that there is a significant influence of audiovisual learning media on the ability to write fairy tales by fifth semester students of the Indonesian Language Study Program FKIP UMSU in the academic year 2019-2020. The method used in this study is an experimental method, while the instrument used is an essay test in the form of writing a fairy tale.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai dalam sebuah perusahaan dapat dilihat dari pencatatan kehadiran atau presensi pegawai setiap harinya. Selama ini para pegawai melakukan presensi kehadiran setiap harinya dengan menggunakan mesin presensi berupa fingerprint. Namun dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 maka memunculkan permasalahan baru yaitu resiko penularan yang semakin besar menggingat mesin tersebut menggunakan sentuhan telunjuk tangan dalam melakukan pendeteksiannya. Selain itu juga selama pandemi perusahaan mewajibkan untuk bekerja dari rumah (Work From Home) sehingga sebagian besar pegawai tidak dapat masuk kerja untuk melakukan presensi. Dengan masalah tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan solusi dimana pegawai dapat melakukan presensi tanpa harus bersentuhan dengan alat presensi serta aktifitas presensi dapat dilakukan dari rumah tanpa ada unsur kecurangan karena titip absen. Disisi lain perkembangan smartphone dirasa sangat pesat dibandingkan teknologi yang lainnya. Salah satu teknologi dalam smartphone yang sedang berkembang saat ini yaitu pemanfaatan kamera smartphone untuk scan QR Code. Dalam penggunaannya user cukup mengarahkan kamera smartphone nya ke arah tampilan QR Code yang ada pada layar situs WEB PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri. Dengan menggabungkan platform QR Code dan WEB, diharapkan mampu mengatasi salah satu masalah presensi yang dialami oleh perusahaan PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri Semarang. Kedua platform ini dibangun dengan bahasa permrogaman PHP dan penyimpanan data menggunakan MySql serta program tools MIT App Inventor. Hasil dari sistem ini yaitu presensi kehadiran pegawai menggunakan QR Code berbasis WEB yang dapat dilakukan di rumah dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi penularan dan penyebaran Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: 1) analyze the implementation of transitional registration of rights to land and or building with the Sale and Purchase Agreements in the Land Office Samarinda. 2) Analyze the obstacles in the implementation of transitional registration of rights to land and or building with the Sale and Purchase Agreements in the Land Office Samarinda. 3) Know and analyze the solutions to overcome obstacles in the implementation of transitional registration of rights to land and or building with the Sale and Purchase Agreements in the Land Office SamarindaThis research is normative juridical approach, with specification of descriptive analysis. The collection of primary and secondary data obtained by interview and literature.The research results are: 1) Each transition of ownership of the land by way of sale and purchase, subsequent to the transfer of rights by PPAT local as evidenced by the deed of sale, then PPAT concerned within 7 business days from the signing of the deed shall register the transfer of property rights on the ground at the local land Office Samarinda especially by bringing in heaps of applicants required. 2) Barriers that occurs in the transition process of land rights through sale and purchase of the Land Office of Samarinda is because people are reluctant to take care of their land rights switchover due to their cost, according them high enough and only seize their working time. Abstract

Formal educational institutions have an important task to prepare quality Indonesian human resources (HR) in the future. In this school education environment, professional teachers hold the main key for improving the quality of future human resources (HR) and teachers are professionals who carry out the main tasks and functions of improving the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of students as Indonesian human assets for the future. In the process of quality education, it is an obligation and obligation that is required for every school, to have certified teachers so that education can increase and can affect student achievement. Decision-making system as a set of model-based procedures for data processing and assessment. to assist schools in determining teachers who are eligible to receive certification with criteria namely pedagogic, personality, social, professional. The purpose of this research is to help decision makers in the selection process easily and quickly. The simple additive weighing (SAW) method to provide decisions on the selection process for submitting teacher certification. The system developer method uses the waterfall method. An educator certificate is a requirement for proof that teachers meet educational professional standards.

Abstract

The research purposes to (1) produce atomic model tactual props and material guidance of atomic model for blind student on eight grade, (2) know quality of atomic model tactual props and material guidance of atomic model for blind student on eight grade, (3) know student response toward atomic model tactual props and material guidance of atomic model for blind student on eight grade.This is a developmental research based on a procedural model. The development procedure is based on the development research procedure by Puslitjaknov Team that is adapted from Borg and Gallresearch procedure with development steps such as (1) doing product analysis that will be developed, (2) developing preliminary product, (3) experts validation and revision, (4) small scale field test and product revision, and (5) large scale field and final product. Collecting data technique by a non test research instruments are developed by such as validation sheet, appraisal sheet and student response. The analyzing data technique is done by changing the quantitative data into qualitative data.This research produced an atomic model tactual props and material guidance for blind student on eight grade. Based on the appraisal of media expert, material expert, teacher, atomic and students this prop has a very good quality.
