Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, South Aceh Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive. The research population is all civil servants and non-civil servants who work in the service, totaling 50 people. Questionnaires were distributed to all respondents with 33 respondents who returned the questionnaire which were then used as research samples. The results showed that partially work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, South Aceh Regency. Simultaneously, the variables of work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, South Aceh Regency. Overall, work discipline and work environment variables can only explain employee performance variables as much as 33%, while 77% percent are explained by other factors not mentioned in the study.     Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Work Environment, Motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of endorser credibility on brand equity. How to mediate brand credibility also supports this role. This study uses a qualitative approach by using secondary data in the form of literature and literature study. The results of this study show that brand credibility has actually become a mediation that can be used on endorser credibility and brand equity. This study states that an endorser must be someone who has been declared competent and credible, has attractiveness, ability or skill, and trust. The credibility of the endorser is believed to be able to develop the credibility of the brand.. Keywords: Brand Equity, Endorser, Brand Credibility, Celebrity

Abstract

Sustainability shows that the organization has the attitude to be able to contribute in maintaining and developing sustainable development. In its development, sustainable living can be applied through the concept of effective and efficient work, for example by applying the supply value with a sustainable concept. IKEA has become a company that has approved the ten principles of sustainable development by the UN Global Compact, making it one of the most successful companies in adopting the concept of sustainability. This study aims to find out how to implement the sustainability principle, which has 4 supporting aspects, namely risk management, transparency, strategy and culture of IKEA company through sustainable Supply Chain Management to realize Good Corporate Governance. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection using library research and literature study to produce descriptive data. In this article, the authors find the fact that there has been alignment between IKEA's commitment to the 10 principles of sustainable development with their sustainable living report in 2021. The results show that IKEA has successfully implemented the sustainability principle which consists of 4 supporting aspects that are considered to be able to generate competitive advantage. IKEA's success in implementing sustainability principles can make it a role model for the organization towards positive change.

Abstract

Pengesahan qanun lembaga keuangan syariah di Provinsi Aceh telah berdampak terhadap kondisi layanan perbankan. Regulasi tersebut hanya mengizinkan perbankan syariah untuk beroperasi di Aceh. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan pilihan masyarakat Aceh terhadap layanan perbankan menjadi terbatas. Pilihan terhadap layanan perbankan yang terbatas menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi para Generasi Z. Mereka membutuhkan layanan mobile banking untuk berbagai kegiatan transaksi secara digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi yang aktual tentang kualitas layanan mobile banking yang dirasakan oleh Generasi Z pasca pemberlakuan regulasi lembaga keuangan syariah di Aceh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey pada sebanyak 168 responden yang berdomisili di berbagai kabupaten/kota di Aceh. Pendekatan Importance Performance Analysis digunakan sebagai metode dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat satu indikator kualitas layanan yang berada pada kuadran pertama, empat indikator masing-masing pada kuadran kedua dan ketiga dan satu indikator pada kuadran keempat. Hasil penelitian memberikan rekomendasi yang relevan bagi upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan mobile banking di masa mendatang.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, mobile banking dan Importance Performance Analysis

Abstract

Pencapaian target kinerja pegawai merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam organisasi. Ketika pegawai mencapai target kinerja yang telah ditetapkan maka mengindikasikan bahwa kemampuan dan kompetensi pegawai sebanding dengan target yang telah ditetapkan. Digitalisasi teknologi adalah salah satu tantangan dalam pelaksaan pekerjaan, pada satu sisi akan mempermudah pencapaian target kinerja, pada sisi yang lain membutuhkan kemampuan adaptasi pegawai. Penelitian ini menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruh intensifikasi kerja digital dan spesifikasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimoderasi oleh efikasi diri. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melibatkan sampel penelitian yang bekerja pada organisasi yang mengalami dinamika dalam perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan instrumen kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intensifikasi kerja digital berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, penelitian ini telah membuktikan bahwa spesifikasi kerja memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan kinerja pegawai. Efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh yang esensial untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, sehingga dengan adanya efikasi diri maka intensifikasi kerja digital dan spesifikasi kerja memiliki pengaruh lebih besar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji kelayakan non finansial dan finansial dari home industry kue kala di Kecamatan Kawai XVI Provinsi Aceh Barat. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 5 pengusaha home industry kue karah di Kecamatan Kaway XVI Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis non finansial meliputi aspek teknis, SDM, lingkungan, hukum, pasar dan ekonomi dan sosial, dan analisis finansial membuktikan nilai Net present value (NPV) positif, nilai Internal Rate of Return (IRR) > discount faktor (14%), PBP > 1, nilai BEP produksi dan BEP harga < jumlah produksi kue karah dan harga kue karah serta nilai Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) >1 usaha, maka menyimpulkan home industry kue karah di Kecamatan Kaway XVI Kabupaten Aceh Barat layak untuk dikembangkan. Temuan tersebut dapat dijadikan acuan untuk merumuskan kebijakan dan memperkuat home industry kue karah sebagai kuliner warisan indatu.

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan tekhnologi dan informasi, konsep komunikasi informal seperti diskusi online telah berkembang hingga munculnya istilah E-WOM (electronic word of mouth). Selain itu, Untuk membuat seorang konsumen menentukan dalam membeli produk pada suatu merek maka suatu merek diharapkan memiliki kelebihan atau kekuatan. Pada penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh E-WOM (electronic word of mouth) dan Citra Merek terhadap keputusan pembelian masker wajah sariayu pada Mahasiswi UPN Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif. Metode non probability sampling pada penelitian ini dipakai sebagai proses pengambilan sampel melalui teknik sampling purposive dengan responden sebanyak 50. SmartPLS menjadi alat uji pada penelitian ini. Hasil yang didapat yaitu Electronic Word of Mouth dan Citra Merek berkontribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The highest amount of village funds in Lueng Baro Village is in 2021 at Rp. 1,006,174,231,- where the funds are used for other fields such as the village government of Rp. 424,174,226, - the area of gampong development is Rp. 443,220,000, - in the field of community development, amounting to Rp. 39,550,000, - in the field of community empowerment of Rp. 111.900.000,- and the field of disaster management is Rp. 47.330.000,-. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by the local government to optimize village funds in the agricultural sector. This type of research is qualitative using interview guidelines. The number of samples or informants in this study were 8 people. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is obtained that the Efforts made by the Regional Government for Optimizing Village Funds in the Agriculture Sector to realize an independent village is that the village government supports it is to help make proposals for farmer groups and letters needed by farmers to get assistance from other parties such as the local government agency. agriculture for agricultural assistance. Provide village fund assistance for agriculture. Furthermore, the village independence of the farming community is good, although it is not fully independent. However, they no longer depend entirely on government assistance to run their agriculture, they work on their own to meet their agricultural needs and work together to build agricultural roads.

Abstract

AbstractThe commitment of investors to invest their funds in Islamic stock instruments is influenced by various rational considerations because the decision to invest in stocks is closely related to risk and return. This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge and investment motivation on purchasing decisions of sharia stock by society in the city of Bukittinggi. This type of research is a field research with a quantitative approach. This research picks up Bukittinggi as a sampling area with a sample of 100 Sharia stock investors, which were selected purposively. The results of the study prove that there is a significant positive influence of knowledge and investment motivation on sharia share purchase decisions with a contribution of 63.8%, while the remaining 36.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model. The higher the level of knowledge and investment motivation, the greater the decision to purchase sharia stock. This finding convinces potential investors and policy makers of the importance of stock knowledge and investment motivation in order to avoid risk. This study can be an important reference regarding the need for appropriate socialization and marketing strategies based on consumer behavior in developing market share of Islamic stocks in the secondary market.Keywords: Investment Knowledge, Investment Motivation, Sharia Stock Purchase Decision

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari CR, GPM, DAR, dan Jaminan aset terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia pada tahun 2016-2019. Sampel  dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang terdiri dari perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa  secara parsial CR berpengaruh negatif atau tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, sedangkan GPM, DAR dan Jaminan Aset  berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia di tahun 2016-2019.Kata Kunci : CR, GPM, DAR dan Jaminan Aset , Kebijakan Dividen
