Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor  tingkat keterikatan dan kepuasan dosen dan tenaga kepandidikan pada Perguruan Tinggi Baru (PTN-B). Tingkat keterikatan dilihat dari indikator Focused Work, Interpersonal Support dan Individual Value. Data dari penelitian ini didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner pada PTN-B.  Dari hasil analisis penilitian ini, diketahui bahwa terdapat tingkat keterikatan dan kepuasan yang tinggi di PTN-B secara keseluruhan. Kemudian, dosen dengan jabatan lektor kepala memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan dosen dengan jabatan fungsional di bawahnya. Selanjutnya, hasil yang cukup menarik juga dapat kita lihat dari segi status kepegawaian, bahwa dosen dan tendik yang berstatus PNS cenderung memiliki keterikatan dan kepuasan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dosen dan tendik dengan status kepegawaian lainnya, meskipun masih dikategorikan pada indeks yang masih tinggi, begitu pula jika dilihat dari faktor umur dan masa kerja.

Abstract

AbstractThe rapid development of internet technology makes online media very feasible to be used as a means to spread various types of advertisements for products that people need. Online advertising can be found on social media such as Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Websites, and others that are accessed using the internet. It is interesting to see how useful the impact of advertising in online media is. The theory used in this study is the advertising theory of Kotler and Keller, while the method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The results of this study indicate the impact of the usefulness of advertising in online media including; The cost is relatively cheap, can reach a wide market, estimate the time required, introduce products and companies to the wider community, and so on. Based on these results, of course, advertising promotion in online media has a fairly effective and beneficial impact on the promotion of a company's products.Keywords: Advertising, Online Media, Impact of Advertising, Benefits of Online Advertising

Abstract

Setiap aktivitas Rumah Sakit untuk mencapai kualitas pelayanan tegantung kepada kinerja perawat. Manajemen rumah sakit harus mengevaluasi kinerja perawat dalam menciptakan persaingan di rumah sakit. Kinerja perawat merupakan salah satu cara rumah sakit dalam mencapai tujuan dan membantu masyarakat dengan menyediakan pelayanan yang mumpuni. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat secara langsung adalah kompensasi dan stress kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kompensasi dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja perawat pada Rumah Sakit Wulan Windy. Populasi penelitian pada Rumah Sakit Wulan Windy adalah 43 perawat dan keseluruhan populasi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode saturation sampling. Data penelitian didapatkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, studi dokumenter, dan wawancara. Analisis linear berganda digunakan dalam menganalisa data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi secara passial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Stress kerja secara pasial memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Kompensasi dan stress kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Perawat,

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan waktu, teknologi berkembang semakin pesat yang ditandai dengan adanya pemanfaatan internet dan juga media digital. Teknologi dan media digital menjadi salah satu komponen penting bagi para pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan produknya secara online. Pemasaran online (Internet Marketing/E-Marketing) dinilai lebih menguntungkan dikarenakan dapat menjangkau calon konsumen/pelanggan potensial dalam cakupan yang luas tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu dengan biaya pemasaran yang lebih murah dibandingkan dengan pemasaran secara offline. Terlebih lagi di situasi COVID-19 yang sedang melanda dunia tak terkecuali Indonesia, pemasaran online dianggap sebagai salah satu cara bagi para pelaku usaha agar dapat mempertahankan usaha ataupun jasa yang mereka pasarkan. Abstract

Abstract  Teachers’ performance determines the quality of educational system. Education will be qualified when teachers are referred to the organized vision, mission, purpose, and goal in order to respond to various changes by generating all potential resources in educational institution. Teachers’ work satisfaction is one of the important aspects which have to be heeded by management in order to increase teachers’ quality of performance. When work satisfaction is fulfilled, teachers will tend to have high morale in doing their job. The objective of this research was to find out and to analyze the influence of certification allowance, work satisfaction and its effect on teachers’ performance at public junior high schools in Meureubo Subdistrict, West Aceh Regency. Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi yang ditandai dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi sangat berpengaruh di hampir semua bidang kehidupan, terutama bidang ekonomi. Pelaku bisnis harus mampu menghadapi tantangan tersebut dengan cara memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memasarkan produk mereka demi mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaannya. Pemasaran Online dinilai lebih memungkinkan, sebab mampu menjangkau konsumen dalam cakupan yang lebih luas. Meskipun demikian, hal ini tentu saja akan efektif ketika didukung dengan promosi produk. Pemanfataan pemasaran online menggunakan media sosial Facebook merupakan salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan. Adapun dampak promosi produk pada pemasaran online Facebook  terdiri dari; pengehematan biaya, sebab biaya yang dibutuhkan tidak terlalu besar. Selanjutnya sasaran atau target pasar yang hendak di tuju tepat sasaran. Abstract

ABSTRACT Teachers’ performance determines the quality of educational system. Education will be qualified when teachers are referred to the organized vision, mission, purpose, and goal in order to respond to various changes by generating all potential resources in educational institution. Teachers’ work satisfaction is one of the important aspects which have to be heeded by management in order to increase teachers’ quality of performance. When work satisfaction is fulfilled, teachers will tend to have high morale in doing their job. The research used descriptive explanatory quantitative method which was aimed to measure the correlation between two or more variables. The data were gathered by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study. The population was 39 teachers as the government employees at all public junior high schools in Meureubo Subdistrict who had received certification allowance, and all of them were used as the samples, taken by using census sampling technique. The gathered data were analyzed by using interval scale, and multiple regression. The result of the research showed that certification allowance had positive and significant influence on teachers’ performance. Keywords: Certification Allowance, Teachers’ Performance

Abstract

Indomaret Minimarket is a supermarket in the city of Banda Aceh. The presence of a minimarket can provide convenience for the public to get the goods offered. Goods offered by minimarkets to consumers in general are daily necessities. Many consumers prefer to shop at Indomaret not only because of its convenient location and affordable price, but because the community is satisfied with the services of Indomaret employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of retail marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions on the Lueng Bata Indomaret Banda Aceh Minimarket. This research was conducted at IndomaretLueng Bata Minimarket in Banda Aceh and the object of this study is the relationship between consumer purchasing decisions related to the retail marketing mix including products, prices, atmosphere of store outlets, location and promotion of Minimarket. Sampling was carried out using 50 accidental sampling techniques. The measuring instrument used is using multiple linear regression. The results of the study produced the following equation: Y = 2.031 + 0.294X1 + 0.450X2 + 0.237X3 + 0.249X4 + 0.237X5. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.684 or 68.4% illustrates that the retail marketing mix includes product, price, store atmosphere, location and promotion are closely related to the level of Banda Aceh's IndomaretLueng Bata Consumer Purchase Decision Banda Aceh. 0.583 or 58.3% indicates the level of Consumer Purchase Decision of IndomaretLueng Bata Banda Aceh because of the retail marketing mix including products, prices, store atmosphere, location, and promotions. It means that 41.7% of the level of Consumer Purchase Decision of Indomaret Minimarket Lueng Bata Banda Aceh is explained by other variables not examined

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to analyse the impact of customer perceived value on customer brand preference and future purchase intention on customer of 7-eleven convenience store in Indonesia. The population are all previous customer of 7-eleven in Indonesia. Sample are acquired by using non-probability sampling method. Questionnaire are used to draw the samples out of population. Multiple regression analysis is used to analyse the relationship among variables. The finding shows that customer perceived value and customer brand preference has positive significant value toward future purchase intention. Customer brand preference has bigger impact toward future purchase intention than customer perceived value. The finding also reveals that 7-eleven still maintain positive perceived value and brand preference however, it is advised that the company should reconsider its brand positioning. Key words: Customer Behaviour, Customer brand preference, Customer  perceived value, Future purchase intention

Abstract

This research is a case study that aims to trace market reactions caused by an event in the form of non-economic circumstances which is Covid-19.  The data used in this study is the closing price of each sectoral index from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data are taken cover the period of 5 days before and after the determination of covid-19 as a global pandemic. In this study hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test. , there is a significant difference in the stock price index on the Indonesian stock exchange before and after the determination of Covid-19 as a global pandemic.
