Abstract

Protection in the placement of Indonesian Workers (TKI) to enable them to obtain employment services quickly and easily while maintaining safety the physical, morals and dignity. In the implementation of the protection of Indonesia workers has been implemented but not optimal, the existing problems such as external communications executive agency is not going well, this is due to the lack of communication between BBLK and PPTKIS. Communications are not yet well established is also seen in the defense of the fulfillment of the rights of Indonesia workers  because the insurance consortium has not been able to realize the obligation to pay compensation claims no later than seven (7) working days in accordance with applicable regulations. Social conditions that do not support the activities of pre placement protection of Indonesia workers, this is due to re-entry Indonesia workers objected to the payment of insurance premiums are charged at the time of manufacture KTKLN.The results showed that the implementation Protection of Indonesian Workers Abroad pre placement has been implemented, but not optimal. Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze about soft-autoritharian model of Singapore system politics. We show that even modern state like Singapore, using market economy system doesn’t effect to democratize in government politics. Although middle class growing so fast, but didn’t make them to push government adopting democracy system politics. In consequence more educated people in Singapore, didn’t lead to democratization in politics. We then check this because confucianism become the prior of the political culture in Singapore. Confucianism became the soul of government politics of Singapore. We also show that people of Singapore didn’t care about democracy in politics because of the government provides public facility and entertainment really outstanding.       Keyword : Democracy, Singapore, Soft-Autoritharian.

Abstract

This study examines focus to TNI assistance to local authorities as Military Operations Other Than War (MOOTW). One of the main points that must be seen in the improvement of the defense sector is the assistance of TNI to local authorities. At the central level TNI considered could not political anymore, but doesnt mean that the military has no longer political interests. The starting point of this study was the question at a point in the task of Military Operations Other Than War (MOOTW) carried out according to TNI Law No.34/2004. Abstract

The focus of this study is the evaluation of the service area of post-market 16 Ilir Palembang city planning discipline policy. There are several permasalhan the background of these researchers are still many of them street vendors, illegal parking, public transportation buildup waiting for passengers at sembanrang place, extortion, high rates of kriminalisme and lack of presence of public toilets as a means of support available. The purpose of this study is the formulation of the problem of how the evaluation region 16 Ilir market order and governance policies after the city of Palembang. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative data collection techniques done is through a literature review, interviews with select competent informants and questionnaires to 100 respondents to get the data properly. Data were obtained and then analyzed quantitatively. From the research shows that exercising pelayang in 16 Ilir market area will be undertaken after the planning policy has not undergone a change that can be felt by the community as much as possible. It is seen from wawancar and results of questionnaires that indicate that indeed there has been no changes that are so significant to the arrangement in kawasana 16 Ilir market in Palembang. Abstract

The research focus is on the evaluation of public services in the district kemuning Palembang. There are some problems that the background for researchers in conducting this study include the absence of changes or improvements in public services performed after the division of the districts, education facilities and health is minimal, quality and performance of personnel resources that have not been reflected as personnel resources that have integrity in doing his job. The purpose of this study was to answer the problem formulation on how the evaluation of public services in the district after the division of the city of Palembang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques is done through a literature review and interviews with select informants deemed technically competent da knowing the problems that occur in the field, the data obtained is then analyzed qualitatively. From the results of the study illustrate that public service delivery is done after splitting dilakukannnya districts has not undergone significant changes. It is seen from the analysis of the results of interviews and observations indicate that indeed there has been no change so significantly to pubic services in the district kemuning Palembang.Keywords : Evaluation, Public Service, Kemuning.

Abstract

Implementation of democracy in Indonesia is done directly and not indirectly do langsung.Pelaksanaan democracy through democratic election mechanism umum.Sedangkan implementation indirectly through representative institutions rakyat.Dengan Parliament thus undertaking the public trust, especially those of people who had voted at the time Pemilu.Tak can difungkiri that in performing duties as a board member does not cover the possibility of violations including violations of etika.Untuk the enforcement of the code of conduct for board members to have a reciprocal relationship to strengthening the representative institutions. The better the performance of the members of the board with sticking to a code of conduct that has been agreed will have an impact on the support of the community for the better.
