Abstract

Learning activities at Polytechnics are mostly carried out with practice to be able to create graduates who meet the qualifications according to industry needs. Practical activities, especially in engineering study programs so that the safety system in carrying out practices needs to be managed so as to minimize the potential risk of accidents. In this study, researchers wanted to know the level of application of SMK3 in workshops and laboratories at polytechnic colleges. The research method used is a quantitative method by providing an assessment of 166 criteria contained in the K3 audit PP No. 50 of 2012, data collection is carried out by filling out questionnaires, interviews and collecting OHS records to respondents then assessing the achievement of implementation (less, good or satisfactory). . The results of the study indicate that the average implementation of SMK3 in the workshop and laboratory at Polytechnic X is 23%, which means the level of application assessment is less. The highest score in the skill and capability development element is 53%, most of the laboratory assistants and technicians have been included in basic K3 and first aid training, this shows that the leadership is aware of the importance of occupational safety and health in their environment but also needs to be given training that is in accordance with the competencies to support her job. The lowest value is found in elements of document control, data collection and use and inspection of SMK3 at 0%, this happens because there are no standard rules to regulate how the SMK3 reporting system in workshops and laboratories.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The number of construction accidents and construction building failures in Indonesia is quite high, from 2017 to 2020 there were 40 construction accidents, and there were 9 construction building failures. Construction accidents and building failures are generally caused by factors not fulfilling the construction engineering standards which have an impact on labor accidents, equipment, materials, environment and public. This study aims to find out the new pradikma of construction safety and its application in accordance with regulations with data collection and analysis methods in literature studies and observations, data comes from journals, books or the results of discussions Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Construction Safety, laws and regulations as a basis for thinking, The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing as asupervisor for construction service providers in Indonesia, has tried to minimize or eliminate the problem of constructin accidents and buiding failures, through the National Movement for Construction Safety Program implemented by the Construction Safety Committee and the Construction Building Safety Commission, through Construction Safety actions with monitoring and evaluation activities related to compliance with safety standards, safety, health and sustainability standards (Standard K4), which includes material quality standards, equipment quality standards, standard K3, standard procedures for the implementation of Construction Services, quality standards for the implementation of Construction Services, operation and maintenance standards, standard guidelines for social protection for workers in the implementation of Construction Services, environmental management standard, and management using collaborative construction resources, comprehensive and integrated construction work objects with a new paradigm of construction safety then there will be a safety first and zero accident development work environment..

Abstract

Palima Pasang Teneng Road is a segment that connects Serang Regency and Cilegon City. As a connecting road, this road segment certainly opens up the isolation of the areas it traverses and also opens up opportunities for economic improvement in both regions, apart from that it is traversed by many workers and students. With road conditions that have several horizontal alignments and vertical alignments, the chance of an accident is very likely, so to minimize the occurrence of an accident, a geometric design analysis is carried out on the existing conditions of STA 30+000 to STA 34+000 referring to the 1997 Highways Guidelines on Procedures Intercity Road Geometric Planning No. 038/ TBM/ 1997. Palima-Pasang Teneng road is included in the classification of primary collector road class IIA roads, pavement width 2x3.75 m with rigid pavement. With a design speed of 60 km/h, geometric analysis was carried out on IP-1 (Spiral-Circle-Spiral) bends, IP-6 (Full Circle) bends, and IP-7 (Spiral-Spiral) bends.

Abstract

Meningkatnya pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk serta keinginan untuk memiliki kendaraan pribadi membawa permasalahan lalu lintas berupa kemacetan di Kota Jakarta. Solusi kemacetan yang digemari oleh mayoritas pekerja di Kota Jakarta yaitu memanfaatkan transportasi publik. Salah satu moda transportasi publik yang dominan adalah kereta api. Namun, hal ini lantas membuat permasalahan baru di tempat pengadaan moda kereta api yaitu stasiun. Lahan yang terbatas dan tingginya pengguna kereta api menyebabkan kapasitas ruang parkir yang ada tidak dapat menampung seluruh kebutuhan parkir, sehingga mengharuskan pengunjung untuk memarkirkan kendaraannya di luar stasiun Palmerah. Penelitian ini akan membahas bagaimana karakteristik parkir di stasiun Palmerah, lalu apakah kebutuhan parkir sudah terpenuhi, dan bagaimana redesign parkir agar lahan yang ada menjadi lebih efisien. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa indeks parkir di stasiun Palmerah mencapai angka 220%. Hal ini mengartikan bahwa fasilitas parkir di stasiun Palmerah bermasalah. Adapun jumlah kebutuhan ruang parkir yang didapatkan setelah penelitian berbanding jauh dengan lahan yang ada. Lahan yang ada hanya menampung 70 SRP sedangkan kebutuhan parkir adaah 143 SRP. Me-redesign fasilitas ruang parkir menjadi bangunan bertingkat menggunakan sistem APS adalah solusi yang baik untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Lahan parkir akan di-redesign menjadi bangunan bertingkat empat dengan kapasitas maksimum 152 SRP dari total kebutuhan 143 SRP. Dengan me-redesign lahan parkir dengan bangunan bertingkat bersistem APS, stasiun Palmerah akan mampu menampung kendaraan dengan jumlah melebihi akumulasi dan volume parkir maksimum.

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan kebutuhan dan ketahanan pangan khususnya di daerah kabupaten serang, melalui Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bidang Sumber Daya Air mempunyai program untuk meningkatkan dan merehabilitasi Jaringan Irigasi diwilayah kabupaten serang yang berlokasi di Cikuray Kecamatan Cinangka Kabupaten Serang dengan kondisi sudah mengalami kerusakan, sehingga mengakibatkan kurangnya pasokan air untuk daerah irigasi tersebut. Oleh sebab itu program Rehabilitasi ini sangat diperlukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan kedepannya. Dalam program ini bertujuan untuk menstabilkan ketahan pangan nasional khususnya diwilayah banten. Konsultan sebagai pengawas di lapangan disamping ada pengawas dari Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (DPU) Kabupaten Serang. Beberapa banguanan inti yang perlu diperbaiki antara lain mulai dari saluran pembagi, Bangunan Bagi sampai penambahan saluran baru. Proyek ini mempunyai luasan area 264,7 Ha, dengan Panjang salurannya 1612 m. Dari proyek ini penulis menganalisis pekerjaan bagunan bagi dan sadap. Tahapan analisis ini dengan menghitung data curah hujan rencana dengan menggunakan metode Normal,Log Normal,Gumbel dan Log Pearson type III di uji dengan metode smirnov-kolmogorov dan chi quadrat lalu menganalisis debit banjir rencana dengan metode HSS Nakayasu. Lalu menentukan dimensi dan jumlah bangunan bagi sekunder yang terdapat pada jaringan irigasi cikuray. Dari hasil penelitian ini kita dapat merencanakan suatu bangunan bagi sekunder yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

The large number of people's interest in using the KRL has caused the demand for KRL travel needs to continue to increase. The Jakarta Kota-Bogor route is quite a busy KRL line because this route is included in the busiest route category with a maximum journey of 15 minutes per day. The large number of people's interest in using the KRL has caused the demand for KRL travel needs to also continue to increase. So that a study is needed related to optimizing the calculation of the number of trips needed based on passenger demand by taking into account the available traffic capacity and headway. The ARIMA method is applied to find out the number of passengers in the next 5 years whether it goes up or down. Furthermore, the calculation of the headway and traffic capacity is used as a consideration in determining the number of trips needed. From the calculation results, there is an increase in the number of passengers from 2022 to 2026 of 0.83% with the availability of 134 trips and a headway of 2-4 minutes. The number of trips required during 2022 is 134 trips, 140 trips in 2023, 144 trips in 2024, 145 trips in 2025 and 2026 with a total of 146 trips. An additional 30 trips are needed in 2022, an additional 36 trips are needed in 2023, an additional 40 trips are needed in 2024, an additional 41 trips are needed in 2025, and an additional 42 trips are needed in 2026. With the number of formations for each series of 12 trainsets and a total transport capacity of 1,800 people.

Abstract

The research on the use of sea sand as a fine aggregate in the manufacture of concrete is motivated by the beach sand of Muara Lapao Pao. to meet material needs in the estuary area of ​​Lapao Pao and its surroundings. This study aims to determine how much compressive strength the concrete produces when using sand from Muara Lapo Pao beach. The compressive strength of concrete is planned f'c 18 MPa. Cylindrical concrete samples totaled 18 pieces. The results of this study indicate that the compressive strength of concrete produced using Muara Lapao Pao beach sand without treatment is higher than Muara Lapao Pao beach sand with washing treatment. The compressive strength of concrete using Muara Lapao-pao beach sand without treatment with a curing age of 7, 14 and 28 days with a design quality of 18 MPa, namely 13.04 Mpa, 16.56 Mpa and 21.23 Mpa. Compared to the Lapao-pao Muara sand with washing treatment with a treatment age of 7, 14, and 28 days with a design quality of 18 MPa, namely 15.29 MPa, 16.65 MPa, and 16.84 MPa. With a percentage increase in concrete compressive strength of 24.38% of the design compressive strength for unwashed beach sand conditions.

Abstract

Sistem drainase adalah serangkaian sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan untuk mengurangi atau membuang kelebihan air pada suatu wilayah atau lahan, sehingga lahan dapat difungsikan secara optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui debit rencana dan dimensi yang sesuai dengan kala ulang 2, 5, dan 10 tahun. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah saluran drainase di Jalan Pramuka Kecamatan Rajabasa Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua jenis analisis, yaitu analisis hidrologi dan analisis hidraulika. Analisis hidraulika menggunakan program Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) untuk mempermudah proses evaluasi, selanjutnya menghitung debit rencana saluran dan menentukan dimensi saluran yang sesuai. Hasil perhitungan parameter statistik diperoleh distribusi Log Pearson III dan diperoleh debit rencana untuk kala ulang 2 tahun sebesar 13,5487 m3/detik, kala ulang 5 tahun sebesar 18,4453 m3/detik, dan kala ulang 10 tahun sebesar 21,8985 m3/detik. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dimensi saluran kondisi eksisting, saluran drainase di Jalan Pramuka perlu didesain ulang terutama pada zona 5 sampai zona 10. Disarankan dengan dimensi rata-rata pada kala ulang 2 tahun yaitu b = 0,75 m x h = 1,15 m, kala ulang 5 tahun yaitu b = 0,85 m x h = 1 m, dan kala ulang 10 tahun yaitu b = 0,85 m x h = 1,35 m sehingga saluran drainase mampu menampung debit banjir.
