Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has an impact on all lines of life, including the medical and health fields. The Ministry of Health has planned a digital transformation strategy in its blueprint planning document until 2024. One of the transformation strategies is about the health quality of clean water, because it is an important part in forming a healthy society. Sanitation health and clean water quality standards that have been set by the ministry of health in the process of being implemented by internal monitoring agencies, namely district/city health laboratories are generally still not digital-based. Health laboratories in general still carry out the registration service for the examination of clean water samples to the delivery of the results of labor examinations using paper records. It is prone to recording errors and is prone to loss. The process of digitizing the Clean Water Quality Inspection Information System was developed with a web-based application platform. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research which was developed using the Process Flowchart Methodology or waterfalls. The flow of steps carried out is to analyze and build a design system and produce a system that becomes a recommendation in the process of transforming Information Technology-based services in the health sector for public services. So that this research can be used as a reference in the development of a digital transformation system

Abstract

Water is needed by households or businesses. The amount of water used has an impact on the costs incurred. These costs are getting out of control if the use is not controlled. Users only know after the payment period is due. This cost can be controlled if the amount of water used can be controlled. Even though the water supply company already has a system with a usage meter, users still find it difficult to read the device and the amount of usage costs at that time. So this research was carried out with the aim of building a water use control system for Internet of Things (IoT) based water supply service customers. This system is connected to the user's mobile device via an internet connection so that it can control water use in real time. This system uses the ESP826 microcontroller device. The results of this study can monitor and control in real time the use of water properly. So that this system becomes a reference in reducing the cost of water usage which is controlled in real time

Abstract

The COBIT 5 framework can be implemented in all organizations or enterprises. This study analyzes and finds the maturity level of IT governance in the XYZ Library. Libraries have a role in encouraging the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning process. The IT governance element in COBIT 5 aims to get results from evaluating stakeholders' needs, conditions and choices. Survey and in-person interviews are methods of obtaining data and information from the IT governance process at the XYZ Library. The COBIT 5 domains used are evaluated, direct, and monitored (EDM) and align, plan and organize (APO) domains. The results of the evaluation that have been carried out show the findings of gaps in the process domain EDM01 with a value of 2.34 and EDM04 with a gap of 2.25. While in the process domain, APO01 with a gap of 2.13, and APO07 with a gap of 2.34. With the average value of the entire gap at the level of 2.26, the findings of the XYZ Library with the process domains EDM01, EDM04, APO01, and APO07 show that the process is managed and the results are determined, controlled, and maintained (Managed). For further research, we can add more process domains both in the Governance and Management areas so that the audit process with the COBIT 5 framework can be carried out comprehensively.

Abstract

Most existing research concerning e-commerce in developed countries that have adopted information technology earlier than developing countries, such as Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to know the critical components of e-commerce service quality that can affect the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty in developing countries such as Indonesia using dimensions that researchers have tested in developed countries. The Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0) revealed a positive relationship among service quality, confirmation, satisfaction, and repurchase intention. A positive and significant correlation was also found between website design, information usefulness, privacy & security towards service quality. On the other hand, fulfillment and ease of ordering produced an insignificant relationship with service quality. Practical suggestions for promoting e-commerce in developing countries are provided.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the development of Information Technology is growing very rapidly and making the internet a very important requirement to explore various information needed. Everyone can access or obtain data that is available together through an interconnected network on the Internet. Data and information are also very much needed in the need for information for public services in the village. Lesung Batu Village is one of the government institutions of Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province that requires public services. Currently, Lesung Batu Village still uses a manual system in service, and conveys information to the public so that the speed and accuracy of information still needs to be improved. This study aims to improve community public services in the village to improve public services. This village information system facilitates the delivery of information and provides services that are easier and faster. The village information system was built using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with MySQL, Bootstrap and Laravel databases. The system development method used is web engineering, which is a software engineering model used for developing web-based applications. The stages in web engineering are Communication, Planning, Modeling Construction, and Deployment. This research resulted in a mobile web-based village information system that can make it easier for people to find the information needed so that they can improve services, it is proven that the services provided by the Lesung Batu village government are effective, fast and precise.

Abstract

Plagiarism is an issue that often develops and always occurs, especially in universities. STKIP Rokania already has a scientific article recording system called E-Jurnal which is always used by lecturers to publish journals and search for relevant topics and literature. In making scientific articles, plagiarism is often not detected in scientific articles submitted by lecturers. This fraud is carried out by combining the available abstracts to form one abstract resulting from the merger. This means that the abstract is not the result made by the researcher himself. The biggest problem is when this fraudulent act is not detected, which is due to manual checking of documents. This of course can result in lowering the reputation of the accredited E-Journal. Of course, this problem must be immediately given the right solution to identify the level of similarity in scientific articles that already exist. Identification of the level of similarity in scientific articles is made through a structured development stage using the Jaro Winkler algorithm which is chosen to detect the similarity of abstract documents of scientific articles with abstracts that have been stored in the E-Jurnal database. The system will display the percentage level of similarity of the abstract of the scientific article so that the journal admin makes the right decision when accepting the scientific article or rejecting it. Through this research, lecturers can do an initial check of abstracts from prospective scientific articles to minimize plagiarism. Thus, it can minimize the actions of lecturers' fraud in making scientific articles and produce high-quality journals of higher value.

Abstract

25 Coffee has increased sales every day. This situation causes service to consumers to be disrupted because raw materials often run out. Some consumers do not get good service and some even wait too long but do not get the desired item. This situation will cause consumers to be reduced because they move to another seller's place. So this research is carried out to predict sales in maintaining the availability of raw materials so that services are guaranteed and improved. The method used in this study is Monte Carlo by processing sales data in 2019, 2020, and 2021. The results of this study are able to predict the number of beverage sales in the following years with an average accuracy rate of 91%, in 2020 , and 89% in 2021. So this prediction becomes a reference material for 25 COFFE parties to make decisions and improve services.

Abstract

Logbook is an information system that is used for recording the activities of FMIPA Riau University employees and also as a media for attendance of FMIPA Riau University employees which is managed by the Personnel and IT department of the Riau University FMIPA. This study aims to test and evaluate the application of Information System Technology referring to quantitative descriptive analysis based on the HOT Fit Model's, namely Users (HR), Organizations based on the Personnel perspective of FMIPA Riau University because there are still user complaints, there has never been an evaluation of the application of the Riau University logbook using the HOT method. -FIT. This study uses 9 variables, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, system development, system use, user satisfaction, organizational structure, organizational environment and net benefits. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to 60 people consisting of 53 assistants and 7 leaders. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the variable using the system has the highest value, which is 0.709 or 70.9%, which means that the variable using this system is the variable that has the greatest influence on the application of the FMIPA Riau University logbook information system. Abstract

The Indonesian Minister of Education has stipulated 12 years of compulsory education, but only at high school (SMA) students can only determine the major they are interested in. In every new academic year the PPDB (New Student Admissions) committee has difficulty in determining majors because the determination of majors is still done manually so that there is a mismatch with the interests and talents of students caused by human error. So it is necessary to conduct a study with the aim of assisting the PPDB committee in determining the majors accurately and effectively so that the interests and talents of students can be channeled appropriately. Therefore, the C4.5 algorithm method is used which is one of the data mining algorithms that produces a decision tree that is suitable for classifying large amounts of data. The data used in this study were taken from the grade IX student report cards in 2022 as many as 44 report cards which have 11 subject value variables, namely Science, Social Sciences, Indonesian Language, PKN, Islamic Religious Education, MTK, English, BAM Arts and Culture, ICT and Physical Education. The results of this study obtained a decision tree (decision tree) with 17 rules (knowledge) that has been matched with real data with a very high level of accuracy. So that this research can help and become a benchmark for the PPDB committee in determining the majors of new students every time a new teaching begins at SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang

Abstract

The use of technology in various fields increases mobility, one of which is the creation of websites to share and manage information. Information system security that cannot interfere with the infrastructure of an organization or company. Many system vulnerabilities or system problems occur on the internet. These problems can be in the form of Malware attacks, Exploits and Injection databases. This problem can be minimized by implementing security from hackers' interference or attacks by means of penetration testing (Pentest), which is testing carried out on the web legally by imitating the form of hackers. To detect web security, an analysis of the vulnerabilities of a web is required in accordance with the security standardization of the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) using security tools. Web-based vulnerability analysis with the OWASP method using security tools is able to determine the security level of an application, based on the results of tests that have been carried out where the results of the research provide some suggestions or recommendations about website vulnerabilities, which can be used by the website development team to improve website security.
