Abstract

The competency standard of expert / skilled personnel implementing construction services is used as a reference for everyone who intends to obtain a certificate, where relevant competence will be recognized in the field of engineering in accordance with their expertise and skills. Feasibility standards are a guideline for the Association of Indonesian Technical Personnel (ASTTI) Aceh Province in the order to the certification process for its members. Problems in this study can be formulated on how to present the Expertise Certificate (SKA) Filing System and Skills Certificate (SKT) at the Indonesian Association of Technical Personnel (ASTTI) in Aceh Province and design a web-based application. The purpose of the study was to design a Skill Certificate (SKA) and Skills Certificate (SKT) Archiving System at the Indonesian Association of Technical Personnel (ASTTI) in Aceh Province to make it faster and more accurate. The method used in the Design of Archiving System Certificate of Skills (SKA) and Skills Certificate (SKT) at the Indonesian Association of Technical Personnel (ASTTI) in the Province of Aceh is based on the waterfall method or called the waterfall method. Based on observations and authors can draw a conclusion that the Archiving System Certificate of Skills (SKA) and Skills Certificate (SKT) at the Indonesian Association of Technical Personnel (ASTTI) Province of Aceh Using Web-based is designed with the aim to replace the recording of SKA, SKT archive data and registration certification is manually computerized to minimize the level of error in recording and managing SKA, SKT archive data and certification registration data. Where this application can simplify and accelerate the time to process SKA archive data, SKT, and certification registration in terms of socialization of SKA archive data, SKT, and ASTTI certification registration. Abstract

Coordination report complete information system of the council is one of the supporting tools in reporting the council's activities to the Riau Islands Province DPRD. Every matter concerning official organizational activities is always realized in the form of a coordinating report on the completeness of the board. The Office of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of the Riau Islands Province also faces obstacles in the coordinating report on the completeness of the board, where the coordinating report on the completeness of the council requires physical evidence and is recorded in a structured manner. This research builds a management information system for coordinating reports on the completeness of the DPRD Kepri council that can be accessed through an internet connection and is built using a web-based computer programming language. This research was conducted in 2016, the research design used was applied research. From the results of the achievement of research conducted that the complete co-ordination information system of the board can be used as an alternative to the management of archiving letter data involving many types and functions of a letter. Ease of access and operations that can be used on various devices is a priority and functionality of an application by using a web-based application. The application of information technology and the demands of work efficiency in agencies requires the ideas and creativity of users at a government agency to innovate in handling performance issues, especially the management and management of letters. Abstract

At the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Alue Bilie Unit, the teller cash system experiences difficulties and errors in the teller's cash collection and receipt system and there is an error in the procedure for collecting evidence of cash management (in the form of cash), based on the purpose of the problem referred to the writer conducting research on the Details Website-Based Cash Teller at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Alue Bilie. The design of the system used by the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, a software development process model classified as incremental (multilevel) techniques. RAD emphasizes short, short, and fast development cycles, and data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are web-based fangame using the programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and MySQL as DBMS. Abstract

The use of computer technology has been proven to help humans in various fields and aspects of life, including its use in the field of data management. The compilation of a computer technology-based asset data collection system application program design is expected to be able to help in the accuracy and speed of recording the utilization of data collection assets to see the wide coverage area under the supervision of the UPT. The exploitation of Aceh's Assets PT. Indonesian Railways (PERSERO). The general objective of this research is to design and build a more accurate asset database using the asset application system using Visual BASIC.NET and be able to know the usage of the asset application system that has been created and can present the asset application system that has been built at the UPT. The exploitation of Aceh's Assets so that the data collection system is more effective and efficient. Abstract

Car and motorcycle vehicles are vital needs in this modern era to help someone to a certain place. Inevitably the increasing number of cars and motorbikes with fewer roads to accommodate these vehicles results in congestion or long queues that are so crowded. So the government also conducted several methods to unravel congestion, including traffic engineering. This method can be said to be successful if congestion in an area can decrease from usual. However, not every successful traffic engineering, even congestion is getting worse. Therefore we need to test the results of traffic engineering. One of them is using the M/M/1 queuing model with Poisson distribution and then simulated by SimEvents in Matlab. As researchers, we can also provide solutions to unravel these bottlenecks. Abstract

Online media is a liaison, intermediary, and target as well as a communication tool channel to convey messages to the general public with planning and systematic and hopes to get a response from the recipient of the message, and of course, it requires a good response or response from the target audience. Therefore, it is necessary to design a media outreach that makes it easy for the public to get it or media that are easily accessible to the community, the form of an information media must be effective, easy to reach and in accordance with the habits and activities of the target audience, then the schedule for the distribution of the campaign media must be on time in accordance with needs. The purpose of this study was to design a Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Center (BSUIA) based on PHP and MySQL. The method used in the Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Hall (BSUIA) is to use the waterfall method or called the waterfall method. Data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Adobe Dreamweaver and use web-based programming languages such as; PHP, MySQL, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, JQuery as applications in interface design, and MySQL as DBMS. Abstract

At the Syar'iyah Court of Banda Aceh City, the archiving information system within the agency could be said to be inefficient because there were still many conventional filing information systems applied, namely storing in filing cabinets, and recording to books so that accuracy could still be said to be unfavorable. When viewed in terms of space, it requires an inventory of places for equipment such as filing cabinets, maps, shelves, and others. While in terms of time, the search for the arrangement of documents that are not neat. In terms of cost, the need for care and maintenance of archive storage. The formulation of the problems in this study can be formulated; Designing the Document Filing Information System at the Banda Aceh Syar'iyah Court, Is the Banda Aceh City Syar'iyah Court Filing Information System the information used will be faster and more accurate, and How to present the Syar'iyah Court Document Filing Information System. The method used in designing the NET Document Filing Information System at the Banda Aceh Syar'iyah Court is to use the waterfall method or the waterfall method. Data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Microsoft Visual Basic .NET as an application in interface design and Microsoft Office Access as a DBMS.
