Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design and create a member (company) data processing system at the Bireuen Branch Aceh Contractors Association Office (AKA) so that information about member data becomes more directed and easily obtained and documented. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is used as an application development model. The company's data collection system at the Aceh Contractors Association Office (AKA) follows procedures and uses a computer with the Visual Basic programming language and Microsoft Access database, inputting data in this design is input for business entities, inputting data on deed, inputting data on management, inputting data on labor, inputting on data, work equipment data and input work experience data. The resulting design can explain data based on business entity data reports, work experience reports, business entity management reports, work equipment reports, employment reports and membership card reports.Keywords:System, Data Collection, Membership, Office of the Aceh Contractors Association (AKA).

Abstract

The design of the Information Systems Application System for Employee Work Target Compilation (SKP) is based on the method of evaluating civil servant work performance systematically combining the Civil Service Employee Work Target assessment with work behavior assessment. Performance appraisal consists of two elements, namely SKP and Work Behavior, with an assessment weighting of SKP elements at 60% and work behavior at 40%. From the depiction of the service mechanism at the KEMKUMHAM Aceh, an integrated information system is needed to assemble the existing subsystems into a mutually supportive unit given the still not optimal role of the computerized system in the existing service mechanism. The purpose of this study was to design an Information System for Employee Job Target Compilation (SKP) Application at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Ham Aceh using Visual BASIC.NET. The design of the system used by the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, a software development process model classified as incremental (multilevel) techniques. RAD emphasizes short, short, and fast development cycles, and data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Microsoft Visual Basic .NET as an application in interface design and Microsoft Office Access as a DBMS. The test results of this application are the systems that are built already meet the needs, the input data process has met the needs and the resulting report has met the needs.Keywords:Information Systems, SKP, Visual Basic .NET.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an application system that is able to record the Work Skills Certificate (SKTK) in LPJK Aceh Province so that it can improve performance in database processing activities at a better level of effectiveness and efficiency. System design used using the waterfall model can support the design of database information Work Skills Certificate (SKTK) in LPJKD Aceh based on the web with additional steps in documenting the software development process, as well as data collection techniques using research methods with observation, interviews, and studies literature. In developing applications that are used in various web programming languages and MySQL is used as a database media. The results of the study succeeded in building a database of Work Skills Certificate (SKTK) and have been implemented to users to get feedback about the prototype developed.Keywords:Job Skills Certificate System, LPJK, Web

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to; 1) Generating a customer information system on Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh, 2) To find out the application of the information system that has been built, and 3) Apply the system that was built using Visual Basic. This research was conducted at Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh and conducted for 9 (nine) months of 2015-2016. The method used for system development, researchers use the methodology Rapid application development (RAD) and Data Flow Diagrams (DAD). This research has succeeded and completed the design of information systems for recording customer data at Telkomsel Grapari Banda Aceh, the application was built using the stages of the Rapid application development (RAD) model. The application was built using Visual BASIC and as a database using Microsoft Office Access. The application of the information system that has been built is still in the prototype and there is still a need for study and development of current technologies such as the use of mobile and cloud databases involving interconnection to make it easier for GraPARI units to connect.Keywords:Information Systems, Customer Data, Telkomsel

Abstract

The design of the land certificate filing system was built to facilitate the work process in managing land certificate records, especially in the field of archives at the Aceh Besar National Land Agency, which is intended to streamline computerized data processing to support technical implementation in carrying out more accurate land certificate data processing, effective and efficient. A land certificate is a tool or means to convey statements or information in writing from one party to another party. Such information can be in the form of notifications, statements, requests, reports, objections, thoughts, questions, and so on. The design of the system used by the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, a software development process model classified as incremental (multilevel) techniques. Applications used for making applications are Microsoft Visual Basic .NET as interface design and Microsoft Office Access as a DBMS. Abstract

Dampak perkembangan teknologi yang signifikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dimulai dari kegiatan yang sederhana hingga kegiatan yang membutuhkan tingkat ketelitian yang tinggi. Perkembangan tekhnologi informasi juga turut serta mendorong dalam penyebaran berita. Di Indonesia teknologi informasi ikut berkembang pesat dimana pengguna internet saat ini berjumlah 132,7 juta atau 52% dari jumlah penduduk Indonesia. Pertukaran informasi antar sesama merupakan hal yang positif, namun  penyebarannya melalui media sosial  yang isinya tidak semua fakta.  Dalam beberapa macam kasus yang telah terjadi misalkan penyebaran berita yang bukan  fakta sering disebut hoax. Teknologi terkini yang bisa membantu mengatasi hal tersebut, salah satunya adalah teknologi yang dikenal dengan nama Text Mining (Penambangan Teks). Hal ini dimanfaatkan untuk memecahkan masalah yang di hadapi oleh pengguna internet terhadap informasi palsu (hoax).Kata Kunci:Hoax, Artikel, Cosine Similarity, Text Mining.

Abstract

Tracer studies are a method used by tertiary institutions to track, monitor, and supervise graduates that have been produced by tertiary institutions. These activities can make a performance measurement related to the implementation of education so far. Currently, the tracer study has been developed to become a system that can provide decisions and measure graduates using an intelligent agent (AI). In this study, the authors used a descriptive research method, namely developing an information system based on existing data and developed using PHP software, and the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) is a system development method. Researchers have implemented an AI integration framework in a web-based tracer study architecture. System evaluation is used as the next research iteration of the proposed decision support system, this study also aims to monitor graduates. With the existence of an intelligent system-based e-tracer study, it has become an evolution in studying artificial intelligence to support monitoring and as a tool in increasing graduates in Higher Education.Keywords:Systems Framework, Tracer study, Intelligent Systems, Web

Abstract

Herpes Zoster is a skin disease that is very difficult to treat and everyone can certainly experience it, the characteristics of this disease are characterized by unilateral vesicles in groups with pain characterized by radicular around the dermatome. This study aims to establish a Web-based Certainty factor method as a tool to diagnose skin diseases. With this application, it doesn’t need long time to find out what type of herpes zoster is suffering. To use this application  is that the patient answers the questions which are provided by the system, then the system will process all the patient answers using the certainty factor method, after that, the system will produce output as the results of the diagnosis of the type of shingles. The system built can help patients to know the type of disease that is being suffered by the patients and in accordance with expert analysis of skin diseases.Keywords:Certainty factor, Herpes zoster, web.

Abstract

At this time, information and communication technology is growing rapidly. One example of technological developments is Augmented Reality (AR). Augmented Reality in theory is to present virtual effects in the real world. This AR technology has been applied in several fields. One of them is in the field of education. In this study, an AR application was made as an educational medium for the history of the heritage buildings of the Ottoman Empire, especially for Madrasah students in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI). This research will discuss the history of heritage buildings of the Ottoman Empire such as; Hagia Sophia Monument, Yeni Valide Mosque, and Blue Mosque. The Ottoman Empire was one of the world's Islamic empires that played a major role in the spread of Islamic teachings. This AR application uses the Marker Based Tracking method and the Fast Corner Detection algorithm. The tools used are Android Studio, Unity 3D, Sketchup, Figma, and Vuforia. The results of this study resulted in the application having succeeded in displaying a 3D Object from the Ottoman Sultanate heritage building, along with a description next to the 3D Object. Abstract

Various cases occur related to certificate falsification and some people and educational institutions have to deal with the law, this problem is not impossible to abuse along with advances and technological innovation with various tools that can be used by anyone. Identifying the diploma document must be of particular concern to tertiary institutions to minimize the associated fake diplomas and the diploma legalization process. In legalizing the diploma for STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh students, checking the authenticity of the certificate is only by bringing the original certificate and photocopy of the certificate or by contacting the academic party who issued the certificate, this process is sometimes missed by officers when the queue is crowded. The specific objectives of the research include implementing a model and feature method of Gabor Wavelet and Gaussian Mixture Models Super Vector (GMM-SV) for document identification to speed up diploma identification. The flow of this research starts from the input in the form of a basic image as an image that a reference for the authenticity of the diploma. Then the test image input is an image that will be tested for authenticity. The results showed that using the Gabor Wavelet feature and the Gaussian Mixture Models Super Vector (GMM-SV) could identify fake diplomas with an accuracy rate of 92.8%.Keywords:Model, Identification, Certificate Falsification, Gabor Wavelet, Gaussian Mixture Models Super Vector (GMM-SV).
