Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of procedural justice and organizational commitment on voluntary behavior or Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Regional Revenue Agency of East Kalimantan Province. This research is quantitative research, and measured according to its level of exploitation is an associative study. Data obtained through questionnaires, observation, and documentation were analyzed by testing the hypothesis using product-moment correlation, simple linear regression analysis, and continued with the coefficient of determination or coefficient of determination. The results showed that procedural justice has a positive and significant relationship with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), organizational commitment has a positive and significant relationship with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Employees at the Regional Revenue Agency of East Kalimantan Province.Keywords: Procedural Justice, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of dynamic archives in the Personnel Education and Training Agency for employee document management in East Kutai Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation and analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The results showed that Dynamic Archive Management in the SIAK sector, especially in the Sub-Division of Employee Document Management in East Kutai Regency, has been carried out well in the creation of archives, but in terms of use, maintenance and shrinkage have not been fully implemented, this can be seen from the use of files that are not in accordance with SOP is determined, then in maintenance there is no special room that meets standards such as the absence of room temperature regulation, air ventilation, and the lack of filing cabinets. Furthermore, for the depreciation or destruction of the archive has never been done which causes the archive is not known to be due for its destruction (archive retention).Keywords: Records Management, Dynamic Archives, Archive Maintenance, Archive Shrinking

Abstract

Analysis of the implementation of waste management through “Sahabat Sampah” as an waste management innovation in Samboja district. Syaiful Fadly, Graduate Program at Mulawarman University. This study aims to empirical analyze the implementation of waste management “Sahabat Sampah” as an waste management innovation in Samboja district. This study use a qualitative approach with the intention of obtaining a description of the implementation of waste management through in Samboha district. The data obtained were carried out by observation, documentation and interview techniques, which were then analyzed using descriptive analysis models with coding techniques. The result showed that the implementation of waste management policies in Samboja district through the role of Sahabat Sampah has been effective. Based on the 4 (four) indicator approach developed by Edward III (communication, resources, bureaucratic structure and disposition), it can be seen that the overall implementation of waste management policies has well done. Although in some aspect it still needs to be developed so that implementation can run more optimally. Among other things, the aspect of funding sources is still limited, so that becomes an obstacle to expanding the waste handling area. Then education and outreach to the community as a whole, so that awareness in handling and management of waste can be massively carried out, and involve all levels of society. Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of the assessment of the implementation of the Healthy School Program at Elementary School Level in East Kutai Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using an interactive analysis model. The results show that the evaluation of the Healthy School Program shows that in general it has not been maximized where from various criteria, namely effectiveness related to goal achievement, efficiency related to the use of resources both money and human resources, equity related to benefits and financing that are distributed evenly, accuracy is related to the achievement of goals, responsiveness related to the school's response to the program, and adequacy related to the results achieved. Only one school, namely SD Negeri 010 Sangatta Utara, has been achieved while the other two schools are still unable to implement the whole thing, such as being constrained by budget, health teachers and infrastructure advice.Keywords: Evaluation, Healthy School Program.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of the assessment by Family Planning Village Program in Swarga Bara Village, Sangatta Utara District. The research focus is input, process, output, supporting and inhibiting factors of the program. This research include by qualitative research with interview, observation, and documentation techniques, and then analyzed using an interactive analysis model and after that validity data tests use triangulation source. The research results show that the evaluation of the implementation Family Planning Village Program show that in general it has not been going well where by the input and process indicators show that from the implementation of increasing capacity of family planning extension workers in the field, provision of supporting facilities and infrastructure, budget support, resilience building and family empowerment and also advocacy and communication, information and education to that programs so many can not implemented and run well due to the minimal budget given, the lack of socialization by that program and nothing clear cooperation agreements between stakeholders only to service activities of Family planning that can run well while output indicators consisting of participant achievements of active family planning, participate activity group and then family data collection still relatively low because many achievements have not met the target sets.Keywords: Village Family Planning Program, Input, Process, Output.
