Abstract

This research be held by the less of student ability to mind ctitically on a problem with supporting resource because of low mind ability critically each student. Based on the problem above of model cooperative type Whole Brain Teaching (WBT) is solution to the barrier. Generally this research has a purpose to monitor of improving mind ability critically for student especially about reproduction system matter by using model cooperative type Whole Brain Teaching (WBT) and what the impact to student. The research methode used quasi experiment where it is designed for nonequiavalent control. the instrument used is observation sheet, test and questionnaire.Data analistic of this research included are normality testing, homogenity testing, hypotheses testing, effect size testing and N-gain testing. Data gained of 10 describing question for pretest and posttest. Result of research at the class which used research model and unused are equal, each has medium criteria with different average of N-gain. Amount of average N-gain at class used model cooperative type Whole Brain Teaching (WBT) is 0.69 and average value N-gain of the class which didn't use cooperative type Whole Brain Teaching (WBT) is 0.63, based analistic result data obtained with value t hitung = 2.12 and t tabel = 1.49 to significant standard 5% so, t hitung > t tabel. Amount of impact this research model from effect size testing is 0.51 with medium category. The concluded above that there is significant impact regarding with increasing to student's mind ability critically in reproduction system by using model cooperative type Whole Brain Teaching (WBT).

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan merespon pelbagai fenomena yang terjadi belakangan terkait dengan model politik identitas yang ada di Indonesia, termasuk di dalamnya bagaimana jalan keluar yang ditawarkan Islam untuk mengatasi fenomena tersebut. Secara pendekatan tulisan ini akan didekati menggunakan paradigma antropologi structural, yang berarti, proses pengkajian berdasarkan pada laman symbol-simbol yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan eskalasi politik identitas tersebut. Pada kesimpulannya, tulisan ini menemukan model politik bernama politik kebijaksanaan. Sebuah politik yang dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad di dalam membangun sistem nilai dan kenegaraan yang ada di Kota Madinah waktu itu. Nabi Muhammad menggunakan piagam madinah sebagai simpul dan symbol persatuan dan kesatuan yang disepakati bersama. Sama halnya dengan negara Indonesia yang meyakini sistem ideology Pancasila sebagai nilai tak tergantikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Political personality is the result of moving a private area into a public domain. Political behavior is also determined by the interaction and struggle of the politician's personality. Studies through the perspective of political psychology help us in understanding one's political behavior. This paper examines the personality and political behavior with the vision of the late K.H.R. Ach. Fawaid As'ad, one of the local political figures Pandhalungan from Islamic Boarding School Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Situbondo. The study used a qualitative approach of ethnographic-hermeneutic type. Data comes from documents and field notes. Result: Personality Kiai Fawaid, which has the character of patience and sincerity (dimension of neurotism); socializing, energetic, and dominant (extraversion dimensions); artistic, open to new ideas, and uphold the values of Islamic Boarding School (dimension of openness to experience), forgiving and altruism (dimension of agreeableness); discipline; organizational, and obedient rules (conscientiousness dimension). Kiai Fawaid makes political decisions-political parties or candidates in the election because of political considerations as a means of NU's struggle and for the benefit of the ummah. As for its implementation, it goes to political parties to improve the system and organize the nation starting from the district level. Kiai Fawaid's political behavior is related to the character of his personality, especially the dimensions of openness to experience and agreeableness

Abstract

Wayang Santri di Kabupaten Tegal tidak saja sebagai entitas pertunjukan budaya yang menghibur. Ia juga berperan penting sebagai instrument moderasi agama. Wayang Santri kerap tampil dengan materi agama untuk merespon persoalan kekinian dengan sudut pandang yang khas pesantren dan berbahasa ngapak. Persoalan social, politik, dan keagamaan diteropong dengan sudut pandang local berbasis kajian santri yang berkarakter lunak. Para penonton yang penulis sebut sebagai ???komunitas santri??? adalah mereka yang oleh Ki Enthus Susmono diajak untuk terus menjaga kearifan local dalam beragama dan bermasyarakat dalam setiap pertunjukan wayang santri maupun pengajian yang dihadiri Ki Enthus. Karena bagi Ki Enthus Susmono santri bukanlah mereka yang belajar di Pesantren, tapi mereka yang mau terus belajar, mengintrospeksi diri, terus membenahi diri, membebaskan penderitaan orang lain dan bermanfaat bagi sesama. Di tengah maraknya arus radikalisme agama, Wayang Santri mampu menahan laju radikalisme melalui jalur pertahanan kultural, membuat masyarakat percaya diri untuk beragama dengan tetap menghidupkan kearifan local dalam beragama dan menghindari konflik horizontal atas nama agama.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic educational institutions. As a mode of Islamic education, there is educational process which involves various interrelated factors and supports the achievement of the objectives. It seems to be included as mentioned above for a long time and generally superficially understood. Therefore it is necessary to study, what is and how the essence of pesantren itself. Islamic boarding school is an Islamic education institution that recognized by society with a boarding system (campus) in which students receive religious education through a teaching system or madrasah. That is fully under the sovereignty of a leader or several Kyai with their charismatic characteristics. Kyai are often assumed to be a conservative, fanatical, puritanical and non-dialogical figure. However, it seems not all kyai have them. Even Kyai are the pioneers of renewal toward the concept of thought. They try to develop an education system in accordance with the demands of every era

Abstract

In the last decade, the rise of Islamic Philanthropic Foundation phenomenon in Indonesia is still has a spotlight in people glance. Islamic Philanthropy Foundation is a practice of generosity in the Islamic tradition through zakat, infaq, and wakf. In this paper, the author tries to map the contribution of Islamic philanthropic institutions to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The results of this research showed that the Islamic Philanthropy Fondation, in this study specializing in National Zakat Distributor Foundation (Laznas) Yatim Mandiri, had made a positive contribution to the achievement of the SDGs. Several programs have been carried out such as the ZISWAF fundraising for the independence of orphans and the underprivileged through economic empowerment, education, health and welfare in line with the main objectives of the SDGs. The achievements that have been achieved by Islamic Philanthropic Foundation need to be supported by all stakeholder so that the achievement of sustainable development goals in Indonesia becomes a necessity.

Abstract

Abstract: Differences in views about secularism and secularization in details, not principles, among Indonesian Muslim intellectuals is a complete academic discourse that will enrich insights and give some great intellectual contribution related to the relations or state and religion, which in the course of Indonesian nationalism continues to improve the process increasingly complex developments. In the case of Indonesia, discussing the relationship between religion and state is a crucial debate. However, the role of religion in relations with the state always determines an important position, if not decisive. Religious domination goes beyond this to the realm of the total constitution, except as a source of inspiration. Although the view is very clear, that secularism is one thing that we can’t deny as a logic consequence of modernity, now we wonder and wonder, asking who can easily label evil, depraved, cruel, or immoral, to people who are not religious (or do not show the symbol of their religion). Why do community groups or parties so seriously decide about education participation in Indonesia? Why is a group of people or several parties strongly opposed and doubtful about the election of religious ministers who are not of religious leaders? In fact what happens is that, in the realm of unconsciousness with these groups, they are buried in critical thoughts and feelings of inferiority because they fail to understand the teachings of their own religion. This failure is caused by immature people who respond to the flow of modernity - then the flow of secularization.

Abstract

This article was written as a result of research on the relationship between Christianity and Islam in the Christian community. The research process was carried out qualitatively using a phenomenological approach and resulted in the conclusion that although Muslims in Peniwen Village, Kromengan Subdistrict, Malang Regency are minorities in the Christian Community, the interaction between Muslims and Christians in the village was very friendly, mutual cooperation and unpretentious even though different nuances are still very pronounced. Even Muslim citizens are given the freedom to implement the teachings of Islam in full. This is evident from the permission of the Mujahidin Foundation based in Malang to buy land to be built by a church from the Pentecostal sect above, even though Christians know that the land they sell will be used to establish a Muslim orphanage with the name "Dar ar-Rahman lil Aitam ". The Christian community also did not try to prevent the construction of the Ar-Rahman Mosque in Peniwen village. This phenomenon shows that the relationship between Christianity and Islam within the Christian community can produce harmonious harmony in life and social interaction that is full of tolerance

Abstract

Nyabis tradition conducted not only caused of pragmatism motivation of public civil societies to succeed their effort but also conducted as the spiritual effort to have been accepted Barokah (blessing from God) this research strengthen tradition it’s self that nyabis is not only the matter of pragmatism but also the fact of ethics of care that has been done by Kyai as the utilitarianism that created cavil’s trust and obedient.

Abstract

This article is written to analyze the Islamic politics of economy, namely governmental policy in developing economy and determining state budget. Islam, as a rah}mah li al-‘a>lami>n, rules everything, including determining the policy of economy. The objective of Islamic economy is in accordance with the main objective of the existance of Islam itself, namely to present the welfare for all human being here and here after. To reach the objective, reconstruction shall be done towards strategic elements, specifically the existance of filter mechanism emphasized to moral filter, the human motivation to prioritized social interest, the existance of socio-economy restructuring, and active role government in economy. To realize all those, the policy which shall be executed by government is to raise up humanity factor, reduce wealth concentration, restructure economy, restructure finance, and realize strategic policy plan oriented to the welfare of all human being. In determining state budget, government shall consider maqa>s}id al-shari>’ah principle which fulfills five hierarchies of basic need which must be fulfilled and protected, namely religion (di>n), soul (nafs), mind (‘aql), descendant (nasl), dan treasure (ma>l) protection
