Abstract

This paper aims to determine the effectiveness in the management of Islamic boarding schools using balanced scorecard performance analysis, including using four perspectives, finance, customers, internal business processes and learning and growth in the Islamic boarding school Jam'iyyah Islamiyyah. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive model. Based on research that has been done, it is known that the management of the Islamic boarding school Jam'iyyah Islamiyyah with a balanced scorecard approach is categorized as good. Because the measurement in four perspectives is close to the expected target. After being measured by the balanced scorecard approach and then analyzed with the effectiveness indicators according to Danim, the results obtained by the management of the Jam'iyyah Islamiyyah Islamic boarding school can be said to be effective.

Abstract

ini memaparkan bahwa Wahbah Zuhaili adalah mufassir kontemporer  yang mengusung semangat al-Qur’an yang moderat (washatiyyah) dalam konteks kehidupan modern. Indikasi-indika- si dibuktikan dengan penafsirannya terhadap ayat-ayat yang terkait tentang relasi antar umat dan kebebasan beragama dalam menja- lankan  ajaran  agamanya masing-masing dengan  mengedepankan nilai-nilai hak dasar manusia dibandingkan aspek teologis-normatif dan menghindari segala bentuk polemik yang terkait dengan perbe- daan manusia. Pandangan itu pula, sejalan dengan prinsip kehidup- an konteks Indonesia modern di bawah asas Pancasila. Untuk mengkaji pemikiran demikian, penulis merujuk pada kitab tafsirnya sebagai sumber utama yaitu Tafsîr al-Munîr: Fî al-‘Aqîdah wa al-Sharî’ah wa al-Manhaj, dengan tiga karya lainnya yaitu, H{aq- qu al-H{urriyah fî al-‘Âlam, Tafsîr al-Wasît{ Athar al-H{arb Dirâsatan Fiqhiyyatan Muqâranatan dan buku-buku lainnya yang dapat men- dukung penjelasan makalah ini. Adapun langkah yang digunakan dengan menggunakan data-data kepustakaan (library research) yang bersifat deskriptif analitis, yaitu sebuah penelitian yang memberikan gambaran secara deskriptif de- ngan menggali secara mendalam yang terkait dengan pola penafsiran atau metode penafsiran yang digunakan oleh Wahbah Zuhaili. Pen- dekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan interpretasi (interpreta- tif aproach) dengan memahami pemikiran seorang tokoh/mufassir yang terdapat dalam karya-karyanya. Analisis ilmu tafsir dan kom- paratif juga tidak terlepas untuk memahami secara konprehensif pe- mikiran Wahbah Zuhaili.

Abstract

Conflicts that still often occur in multicultural communities such as in Indonesia is racial conflict. Racial conflicts in Indonesia have occurred between Batak ethnic groups and Flores on July 12, 1999 on Batam; between indigenous and ethnic Chinese on January 4, 2000 in Pekalongan, Central Java; and between the Madurese tribe and the Dayak tribe on February 18, 2001 in Sampit Borneo. According to Sayyid Qutb the Qur’an describes a solution in the form of preventive measures so that things that can cause potential conflicts, such as prohibiting insulting, prohibiting gossiping, and prejudice prohibitions. This paper tries to offer a preventive and persuasive solution to racial conflict in the perspective of the Qur’an

Abstract

The case of child neglect is one of the main problems that is a challenge for the Indonesian people. Many parents deliberately leave their children in public places or in hospitals. One of the reasons is because the economic, social, family, or child factors are born with disabilities. So the parents do not want to take care of the child. To overcome this problem, the Jakarta Sayap Ibu Foundation is not only available to accommodate, care for and nurture the children of the Foundation but also foster their character through religious activities and ethics education. With this coaching, they can be virtuous, polite, and responsible, and can be useful people. In carrying out coaching, the method used is through habituation, disciplinary methods and storytelling methods. Based on the results of research conducted shows that the Jakarta Wings Mother Foundation has succeeded in educating and building their character into humans with religious characters. Fostering children's character through religious values is considered more effective than without religious values. This research is a type of qualitative field research, using the method of description-inductive and philosophical-analysis. In collecting data, researchers used observation, documentation and interview techniques.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter penting diberikan kepada anak-anak sejak dini, mengingat banyak terjadi pelanggaran dand ekadensi moral. Masalah yang terjadi seperti pencurian, tawuran, penyalahgunaan narkoba  dan  seks bebas, ini terjadi  karena  rendahnya  perhatian orang tua dan lemahnya pendidikan karakter baik yang dilakukan keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat. Upaya yang dapat dibangun untuk memperbaiki  moral  adalah melalui pembiasaan  positif, tauladan dan komunikasi yang baik antar anak, orang tua dan pendidik. Al- Qur’an telah memberikan bimbingan pendidikan karakter melalui figur Lukmanul  Hakim  sebagai seorang  ayah yang memberikan pendidikan kepada putranya dengan pendidikan tauhid, ibadah, hubungan sosial dan tadzkiyatunnafs yang terkandung di dalamnya pendidikan karakter tentang ketaatan, kesetiaan, disiplin, istiqamah, menghargai, toleransi, mencintai. Selain itu dalam Al-Qur’an juga memberikan   uswatun  hasanah  melalui  Rasulullah  Muhammad SAW, yang mempunyai  sifat sidiq (benar),  amanah  (terpercaya), tablig (menyampaikan dengan baik), fathanah (cerdas), yang dapat menjadi karakter setiap individu. Dengan penanaman  pendidikan karakter sejak dini diharapkan  dapat menciptakan  soleh individu dan soleh secara sosial.

Abstract

the science is real communication has a strong scientific foundation, as derived from the Qur'an. Through Qur'an bersosial people are invited to live and communicate. In this case the Qur'an gives positive values yag should be developed and when talking about the concept of science communication in the Qur'an implies how the Qur'an describes the concepts of Islamic communication based content in it , This thesis also explains that the decline in the Qur'an as the word of God to men is according to man's knowledge of the communication. It follows that the Qur'an is indeed very appropriate and certainly fits the human ability. From these results it can be concluded with a dia-gram that explains the mutual communication between modern scien-ce with the explanation of the Qur'an.

Abstract

Hate speech or known as hatespeech has been known since the time of the Prophet Adam as and occurs in all the lives of all Prophets in the form of zur, slander, namimah, tajasus, ghibah, hasud, and so on. As a result of this form of negative communication the effects on the prophets and their people cannot be imagined. Hatespeech, which was launched by the infidels against Islam and Muslims or which led to the term 'Islamophobia', apparently also has existed since the time of the Prophet. In the early days of the preaching of the Prophet Muhammad, great hostility and attacks against Islam actually appeared in the midst of Arab society which incidentally was a compatriot of the Prophet himself namely in the Makkiyah period (610-622 AD) led by central figures of Quraish like Abu Jahal and Abu Lahab. This paper aims to analyze the case of hatespeech settlement using mau'dhui or thematic methods through the interpretation of Maslahah Najmuddin Al-Thufi as a product of the decline of Islam in particular, as well as Islamic law that demands reform efforts. The results of the study describe that the utterance of hatred in the ahkam at-Thuffi's interpretation method is considered to be devoid of problems, in contrast to mufasadat or harm. Because al-Thufi carries theories and concepts that are very fundamental in the dimension of human activity, in the context of this negative communication behavior namely the benefit of humans as the highest goal of Islamic shari'ah.

Abstract

In the practice of literary criticism, including Arabic literature, there are two approaches in evaluating literary works, namely the intrinsic approach and the extrinsic approach. The intrinsic approach bases itself on the objective value of literary works itself without connecting with other sciences, or approaches that seek to see literary works objectively with the propositions of linguistics and literary aesthetics. From this approach was born a flow of semiotic literary criticism and structural literary criticism. Meanwhile, the extrinsic approach uses certain scientific measures in evaluating literary works. The extrinsic approach to literary criticism seeks to see literary works from the viewpoint of disciplines outside of literature. This approach gave birth to sociological literary criticism, psychological literary criticism, archaeological literary criticism, moral literary criticism, philosophical literary criticism, and others.

Abstract

Supervisi pembelajaran adalah upaya pembinaan para guru untuk  melakukan perbaikan pembelajaran, menstimulasi pertum- buhan profesionalisme kerja dan perkembangan diri serta menye- leksi dan merevisi tujuan-tujuan pendidikan, bahan ajar dan metode mengajar serta evaluasi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa.
