Abstract

This study aims to explain the suitability between the implementation of maintain and maintain (repair) of the building K. H. Hasjim Asj'arie, Campus A, Jakarta State University in the field with Standar Operating Procedures (SOP) and Minister of Public Works Regulation Number: 24/PRT/M/2008. The research systematic used in this study is to use the Discrepancy Evaluation Model or the gap evaluation model developed by Provus. In this research, the data collection method used is by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that for the maintenance aspect, the percentage of conformity between the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number: 24/PRT/M/2008 and SOP (Standar Operating Procedure) was 78% for architectural components and 48% for mechanical and electrical components, field conditions according to the Minister of Public Works Regulation Number: 24/PRT/M/2008 of 35% for architectural components and 65% for mechanical and electrical components. As for the maintenance (repair) aspect, the percentage of conformity between the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number: 24/PRT/M/2008 and SOP (Standar Operating Procedure) is 42%, the percentage result of conformity between field conditions and the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number: 24/PRT/M/2008 at 75%.

Abstract

Implementation TOD in the development stage in order to aspects of benefit for community, such as implementation TOD for Pondok Cina Station with Mahata Margonda. Seeing that the condition is still in construction stage, it can changes to environment, this study aims to determine the community's assessment of the readiness to implement TOD. The research distributing questionnaires whose respondents were train users, the total population was 1500, using the Slovin formula, the total sample was 94. The method used is survey using a quantitative. Data analysis in this study uses percentage scale, determine category of assessment and for each assessment indicator. The preparation of the questionnaire is based on assessment indicators which the principles of TOD, 1. Diversity & Destination, Density, Distance&Design, Demand Management. Based on the 5 categories of assessment, the public acceptance of implementation TOD is in the "Good Enough" category with a percentage 62.77%, the dominant aspect gets poor rating, need for improvement of pedestrian paths and addition advanced transportation modes. The average total percentage for each assessment indicator is 69.07%. It can be concluded that the application of TOD has a great chance to success, good support from the community and readiness for assessment indicators.

Abstract

Based on statistics on the amount of waste in DKI Jakarta, until plastic is in the third rank after organic waste and paper. In this study, the dimensions, bulk weight, flexural strength and compressive strength of concrete bricks for wall pairs will be tested. The main materials for making concrete bricks are cement, fine aggregate and water. Styrofoam waste will be used as a substitute for fine aggregate with variations in the percentages used, namely 0%, 10%, 20% and 30%. Using the test object in the form of a beam with a length of 390 mm, a width of 90 mm and a thickness of 100 mm. Water cement factor 0.4. Testing the test object at the age of 28 days. Dimensional test results on all variations have met the requirements. The average compressive strength of concrete bricks with variations of 0%, 10%, 20% and 30% styrofoam mixture at the age of 28 days, respectively, is 74,87 kg/cm2, 42,28 kg/cm2, 44,28 kg/ cm2 and 35,45 kg/cm2. The average flexural strength of concrete bricks with variations of 0%, 10%, 20% and 30% styrofoam mixtures at the age of 28 days, respectively, is 1,204 N/mm2, 0,473 N/mm2, 0,705 N/mm2 and 0,962 N/mm2.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the compressive strength of concrete using bamboo leaf ash as a partial replacement of cement with a target compressive strength of 25 MPa at the age of 28 days with the use of water cement factor (FAS) 0,5 and variation percentage levels of bamboo leaf ash that be used are 0%, 5%, 7%, 9%, and 11% of the total weight of cement. The The amboo leaf ash used comes from Andong bamboo species. In this study use the experimental method with cylindrical specimens with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm as many as 3 samples in each percentage level of bamboo leaf ash. Concrete mix design refers to SNI 03-2834-2000. The results obtained indicate that bamboo leaf ash can increase the compressive strength of concrete when compared to the control concrete in this study even though the increase is not too large. The compressive strength of concrete at the age of 28 days at 0%, 5%, 7%, 9%, and 11% percentages levels of bamboo leaf ash were 16,448 MPa ; 18,768 MPa ; 18,297 MPa ; 14,958 MPa ; dan 12,827 MPa.

Abstract

The need for housing continues to increase along with the increase in population. Housing development as an effort to meet the community's needs for housing. However, the limited land and competition from housing developers who offer housing in a higher segment and at a lower price, it can be concluded that there is a waste of costs in this housing development. Therefore we need a way to overcome this problem, namely by applying Value Engineering. This study aims to analyze the optimization of the calculation of the budget plan without reducing the quality and function of the building using the Value Engineering method. The analysis technique in Value Engineering in this study uses the comparative method with cost analysis. This method compares the advantages of the landcape design before the redesign and after the redesign by changing the house plan, appearance and number of house compositions on the site plan so that maximum benefits are obtained. Based on the results of the Value Engineering analysis on the Pesona Griya Asri housing project in Kudus Regency, the most profitable alternative design using Design C. The large increase in profits generated after Value Engineering was originally Rp. 407,938,977 to Rp. 847,970,184.
