Abstract

The growing needs of stakeholders make companies have to present and state financial and non-financial data comprehensively and related to conditions that occur in an integrated manner to assist stakeholders in knowing the condition of an entity properly and correctly. In Indonesia, there are still not many companies that implement integrated reporting. The purpose of this research is to collect empirical evidence about the impact of various factors on integrated reporting. These factors include green innovation, green human capital, green structural capital, green relational capital, green organizational culture as well as green supply chain management. This research consists of a quantitative descriptive aspect. The list of companies on IDX for 2020-2021 is the population in this research. The sampling technique for this research, the researcher applied purposive sampling based on the analytical method, namely multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, and multiple hypothesis testing using the Statistical Program for Social Science version 22 feature in testing the hypotheses in this research. Green innovation, green organizational culture and green supply chain management are all factors that have no impact on integrated reporting, in contrast to green human capital, green structural capital and green relational capital which have an impact on integrated reporting.

This research used 100 samples obtained from the Pelita Bangsa University student population, management study program class of 2019, with the sample determination method, namely non-probability sampling and a purposive sampling approach. This research is a type of quantitative research in which the data is obtained primarily from questionnaires and secondarily through literature studies. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) through testing the outer model and inner model coefficients with the help of SmartPLS software. The research findings show that financial literacy, self-efficacy, and locus of control have a significant effect partially or simultaneously on the financial behavior of Pelita Bangsa University students.

Abstract

When it comes to a country's economic development and stability, banking, the beating heart of the global economy, plays a crucial role. Therefore, many existing and potential investors are attracted to invest in this industry. But before jumping into the capital market, investors need to pay attention to several factors, including a thorough examination of the company's financial statements. This study will examine the relationship between profitability, solvency, and market ratios seen in banking businesses' financial statements and stock prices. Purposive sampling was utilized to acquire data from 47 of the financial institutions included in the IDX for the years 2018-2021. The hypotheses were evaluated by a battery of tests employing linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing reveals that profitability, solvency, and market ratios all have an impact on the stock prices of Indonesia Stock Exchange-listed banking businesses from 2018 to 2021. (simultaneously). Then, throughout the 2018-2021 time, the market ratio to stock prices of IDX-listed banking firms has a positive and substantial influence on stock prices, while the profitability and solvency of IDX-listed banking companies have a negative and large effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic prevention policy in Indonesia has had an influence on economic activity nationally on the performance of the banking sector. The Financial Services Authority issued a policy regarding Credit Restructuring regulations to encourage optimization of banking performance, especially the intermediation function in credit placement in the business sector. The credit risk factor as measured by Non-Performing Loans (NPL) which arose because of policies during the pandemic became a benchmark for banking ability to carry out operational operations. This study aims to see the effect of the indicators of Credit Distribution and Credit Restructuring on NPL Performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The samples used in this study were four state-owned banks that are members of the Association of State-Owned Banks. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach using time series data for the 2020-2022 period and using the multiple linear regression analysis method to review the effect of Credit Distribution and Credit Restructuring on NPL performance at the Association of State-Owned Banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study are that Credit Distribution has a significant negative effect on NPL and Restructured Credit has no significant positive effect on NPL during the Covid-19 pandemic.
