Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa dan menguji pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Rezeki Mandiri Sentosa Medan (perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kontraktor alat berat). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif, dan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksplanatory. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Populasi berjumlah 164 pelanggan sampel sebanyak 116 pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan secara parsial harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Rezeki Mandiri Sentosa Medan (perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kontraktor alat berat).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of service quality variables and promotion on customer loyalty. Decrease in customer loyalty can be seen from the number of customers who stopped due to the quality of service that has not been satisfactory and the promotion has declined. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, this type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The method of data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The population is 147 customers, a sample of 107 customers of PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Medan Ahmad Yani Branch. The results showed that simultaneously and partially service quality and promotion had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Medan Ahmad Yani Branch (Deposit Products). The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 25.5% of the variable customer loyalty which can be explained by service quality and promotion variables while the rest is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

One of the victims of Covid-19 is micro industry. The research team attempts to find the community of original palm sugar (sugar from sugar palm tree) industry which will be process to become gula semut (crystalline sugar). The location where the research and the public service are done is Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatera. It seems that the farmers of palm sugar industry are decreasing in number in Deli Serdang so that the research team is interested in increasing the community of palm sugar farmers and industry in developing their micro business. Another objective of the research is to increase the welfare of the palm sugar farmers in Deli Serdang, North Sumatera, with good and qualified crystalline sugar so that its sales price increases and it can enter domestic and international markets. The research employs descriptive qualitative method. The data are gathered by conducting interviews and using Focus Group Discussion with stakeholders. Specifically, the sugar palm trees are used for hand-handle sap tapping which yields water that flows from the stem of sugar palm tree. The water is called palm water (juice of the sugar palm which when fermented turns into toddy and vinegar). It has numerous kinds of palm sugar and one of them is crystalline sugar processing. In this research, crystalline sugar is used as the innovation from palm sugar processing in the form of slabs because its sales value is very promising. The concept of marketing strategy applied in this research is the online and offline marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of working system, working procedures, job desk for employees on the productivity of employees in PT. Infinite Global Oto Cabang Medan of partial and simultaneous. Employee productivity decline marked by not reaching its sales target set by the working system caused by inadequate and procedures of work and job desk employee. Population is 70 employees and in the study were included in the study were 70 employees. The methodology use multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study working system and procedure of a work as a partial did not affect productivity employees in PT Infinite Global Oto Cabang Medan. Job desk in partial influence employee productivity in PT. Infinite Global Oto Cabang Medan. Working system, working procedures and job desk job simultaneously influences employee productivity.

Abstract

This research aim is to test and analyze the effect of job training, job motivation and job supervision on employee performance at PT. Star Auto Multilink Medan. Employee performance degradation caused by lack of job training, motivation and supervision of work. The research method uses quantitative. The population is amounted to 196 employees and the sample amounted to 62 employees of the sampling. Hypothesis testing in a partial job training, job motivation and job supervision has positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Star Auto Multilink Medan and simultaneously job training, job motivation and job supervision has positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Star Auto Multilink Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of apprenticeship programs and life skills training partially or simultaneously influences the growth of new entrepreneurs. This research was carried out in the city of Medan with a total sample of 100 community members who had been nurtured through apprenticeship programs and life skills training organized by the North Sumatra UMKM Center. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with MPDEL multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The results show that all indicators of apprenticeship program variables, life skills training, and new entrepreneurial growth are valid and reliable so that they are worthy of being used for sample testing. The results of the sample test show that partially apprenticeship and Life Skills Training influence the growth of new entrepreneurs. Simultaneously there is the influence of apprenticeship and life skills training on the growth of new entrepreneurs.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakan pengaruh program pemagangan dan pelatihan kecakapan hidup secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru. Penelitian ini laksanakan di kota Medan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang warga masyarakat yang telah dibina melalui program pemagangan dan pelatihan kecakapan hidup yang diselenggarakan oleh UMKM Center Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian adalah teknik angket dan wawancara. Kuesioner yang dikembangkan terlebih dahulu diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian disebar kepada sampel. Model analisis data penelitian adalah model regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua indicator ukur variabel program pemagangan, pelatihan kecakapan hidup, dan penumbuhan wirausaha baru valid dan reliable sehingga layak digunakan untuk uji sampel. Hasil uji sampel menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pemagangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru, dan Pelatihan kecakapan hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru. Secara simultan pemagangan dan pelatihan kecakapan hidup memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru.

A company or any business entity feels that the absence of qualified resources will lead tounachievable goal in the company. But it is often not realized, the company only makes employees or their resources as a means to achieve its goals rather than as individuals who have a need for recognition and awards. This study was conducted to investigate and examine the effect of communication and work stress on employee performance at PT. Sinar Sosro Morawa. The theory used include definition, the essence, the factors that affect the benefits and objectives, approaches and indicators of communication variables, the stress of work and performance. The research approach is quantitative while this type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The nature of research is descriptive explanatory. The population of the study were 238 employees. By using simple random sampling, 149 samples were obtained. The results showed that simultaneously or partially communications and job stress affect the performance of employees. The results of the test showed 15.8% of determination coefficient of variation of performance ondependent variable can be explained by the independent variable of communication and work stress. The conclusion of this study states that simultaneously and partially communication and work stress significantly affect the performance of employees at PT. Sinar Sosro Morawa.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of: (1) work motivation on employee performance satisfaction (3) organizational commitment to employee performance satisfaction at PT.SINAR ANDALAS PROTEKSINDO. The research method uses quantitative quantitative research methods by looking at the relationship variable. By using simple data sampling technique, data analysis methods used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing either simultaneously or partially. The results of the calculation of hypothesis testing partially can be obtained the value of t value> t table or 0.379 <1.979 and significant obtained 0.0706> 0.05, tcount> ttable or 0.043> 1.979 and significant obtained 0.0668> 0.05, tcount> ttable or 3.174> 1.979 and significant obtained 0.002 <0 , 05 and the value of Fcount (9.248)> Ftable (1.69) and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination test results obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0.188, this means 18.8% of the variables that can be applied by the variation of the independent variables, while the remaining 18.8% is from other variables not examined in this study. The results showed that (1) the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance satisfaction (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance satisfaction (3) organizational commitment has no and insignificant effect on employee performance satisfaction simultaneously (work environment, work motivation motivation, and organizational commitment) have a significant effect on employee performance satisfaction at PT.Sinar Andalas Proteksindo.

Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja karyawan menjadi hal yang sangat penting dimana persaingan semakin kuat seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi jabatan, motivasi dan displin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hamparan Alam Baruna Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah keseluruhan karyawan PT. Hamparan Alam Baruna Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini sampling jenuh, di mana keseluruhan anggota populasi dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian Sampel penelitian berjumlah 63 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Jajak pendapat dihitung oleh satuan ukur skala likert, dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS (statistik product and service solution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan promosi jabatan, motivasi dan displin signifikan dipengaruhi oleh kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, motivasi dan displin dinilai signifikan dan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi secara parsial promosi jabatan berdampak negatif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Hamparan Alam Buana Indonesia
