Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dance movement therapy on changes in blood pressure in hypertensive elderly. The research design used a quasi-experimental pre-post control group. The results showed a significant difference in changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure after being given dance movement therapy (t = 2.781, p = 0.013), t = 2.465, p = 0.025), as well as changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure after the intervention at control group (t = 1.458, p = 0.163), t = 0.606, p = 0.552). In conclusion, dance movement therapy can significantly reduce systolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Keywords: Dance Movement Therapy, Primary Hypertension, Blood Pressure

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of AIUEO therapy on the speech ability of stroke patients who have motor aphasia in Raja Ahmad Thabib Hospital Tanjungpinang. The research design used was quasi experiment with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design approach. The results showed that there were significant differences in the functional ability of communication between the control and treatment groups with a value of p <0.05 (p = 0.007 at a = 0.05) using the Wilcoxon Test statistical test. Conclusion, the influence of AIUEO therapy on the speech ability of stroke patients with motor aphasia in the treatment and control groups at Ahmad Thabib Hospital Tanjungpinang. Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors associated with self-management of type II DM patients in Kendari City. The study design was cross sectional. The results showed a significant relationship between DM knowledge, self-efficacy, family support, motivation and emotional aspects with self management (p <0.05). The factors that have the most significant relationship with self management are knowledge, self-efficacy and socioeconomic. Respondents who had self-efficacy had 102 times the opportunity to implement DM self-management better than those who lack self-efficacy (Ex (b) = 102,359). Whereas respondents who got good knowledge had 44 times the opportunity to implement good self management compared to those who lack knowledge. Conclusion, there is a significant relationship that is knowledge, self-efficacy and social economy with self management and the results of this study can be a reference for nurses to provide counseling about the importance of doing good self management. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of swaddling and kangaroo mother care on the increase in body temperature of low birth weight infants in Puskesmas Biak Muli, Southeast Aceh. This research is a quasy experimental research design with pre-test and post-test without control. The results of this study obtained the average value of the baby's body temperature before and after swaddling intervention (p value = 0.168, Δ = 0.02) and for the results of interventions before and after KMC obtained values (p value = 0.000, Δ = 0.47 ) and for the results of interventions before and after swaddling + KMC obtained values (p value = 0,000, Δ = 0.58). In conclusion, the combination intervention between swaddling and KMC is more significant compared to swaddling intervention alone and KMC intervention alone. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of video on social media as a learning medium for catheter placement skills in nursing students. The research design is a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest with group control. The results showed that there were differences in the average score of catheter placement skills in the intervention group before being given a video and 32.27 installation of a SOP catheter, after being given a video and SOP catheter placement being 72.73. Statistical test results of independent sample t-test obtained p value of 0,000 (p α α 0.05). Conclusion, there is an influence of the use of video on social media on catheter placement skills in nursing students. Keywords: Catheter, Learning Media, Video

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in the Work Area of Bonegunu Health Center, North Buton Regency. This study uses a cross sectional study analytic survey design. The results of the study using the chi-square test showed that p value = 0,000 for knowledge, p value = 0.001 for physical activity / sports, p value = 0.002 for diet, p value = 0.002 infrastructure, pvalue = 0,000 for alcohol consumption, and p value = 0,000 for stress with hypertension. Conclusion, there is a relationship between knowledge, physical activity, diet, health facilities, alcohol consumption and stress with the incidence of hypertension. Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of health education using booklet media and SDIDTK application media on family independence in monitoring the growth and development of children under five in the work area of ​​West Bajo Health Center. This study uses Quasi Experimental with a pre and post-test approach without control. The results showed that there was an effect of health education using Booklet media (Δ = 6.80, p value = 0.012), SDIDTK application media (Δ = 7.90, p value = 0.007) Booklet media + SDIDTK Application (Δ = 10.80, p value = 0.005) of family independence in monitoring growth and development. Conclusion, the average score of family independence is very good in the health education intervention group by using the booklet + SDIDTK application because it shows the highest increase so it is recommended to use the media booklet + SDIDTK application for health education related to stimulation, detection and growth and intervention in infants. . Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of warm compress therapy with the aroma of jasmine essential oil on the decrease in pain intensity in post SC patients in the hospital. Bhayangkara Kindergarten III Bengkulu City. This type of research is quantitative research, with pre-experimental research methods, using the design of one group pre-test - post test design. Univariate analysis results obtained pain intensity of post SC patients before warm compresses performed with the aroma of jasmine essential oil are 15 people (100%) of respondents experienced moderate pain with a range of 4-6 scale. While the intensity of post SC patients' pain after warm compresses with jasmine essential oil were 12 people (80.0%) of respondents experienced mild pain with a scale range of 1-3, and 3 people (20.0%) of respondents with moderate pain intensity with a range scale 4-6. In conclusion, there is an effect of warm compress therapy with jasmine essential oil on the decrease in pain intensity in post SC patients in the hospital. Bhayangkara Bengkulu City. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of head room transactional leadership on the implementation of nursing nurses' nursing care. The design of this study was Quasy Experiment with pre and post test design with control group. The results of the analysis of transactional leadership data have a significant effect on the implementation of nursing care in the intervention group with a p-value of 0,000 <0.05. Whereas in the control group there were differences in the pre and post measurement values of week VI of the Implementation of Nursing Care with a p-value of 0,000 <0.05. Conclusion, in the intervention group it was found that the measurement of the implementation of the first, second, and third post nursing care had a significant increase from 77.55 to 105.45 but not yet reached the optimal value. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove the correlation between psychological well-being and quality of life of people with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Bondowoso. This type of research is a correlational study with a cross sectional approach. The results of the study based on statistical tests found the average value of the psychological well-being of clients 120.5778 which can be said to be quite good. The quality of life of respondents has an average score of 53,389 which can be said to be quite good. The results of statistical analysis show that the p value is 0.004. Conclusion, there is a significant relationship between psychological well-being and quality of life of people with diabetes mellitus.
