Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the professional competence of Al-Ihya KuninganUniversity West Java lecturers; implementation of charismatic leadership at Al-Ihya Kuningan University, WestJava, and the influence of charismatic leadership on the professional competence of Al-Ihya Kuningan UniversityWest Java lecturers. The method used is a quantitative research model using simple regression and correlationanalysis. independent variables and one dependent variable that were examined in this study are: (1) charismaticleadership and (2) professional competence. Using saturated sample techniques and the population of lecturersat Al-Ihya Kuningan Islamic University, West Java, which amounted to 93 people. The results showed charismaticleadership had a direct positive effect on professional competence. The more positive charismatic leadership,professional competence tends to increase. The influence of charismatic leadership (X) on professionalcompetence (Y) is shown by the equation of a linear regression line that shows meaningful meaning. From theregression model it can be interpreted that changes in charismatic leadership scores will be followed by changesin scores on professional competence. The results indicate that charismatic leadership is one of the variables thatconstantly and stably contributes to professional competence. Efforts to improve professional competence canbegin with improving charismatic leadership first.

Abstract

National Education aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and devote to Allah I, have noble, healthy, capable, creative, independent, intelligent and have a noble personality. To realize this the government and the community have tried to build education towards the desired joint, even though in reality the results of existing education are not yet satisfactory. The success of any educational institution is marked by In put - Process - Out put that is at the school. So schools that want high competitiveness will certainly pay attention to these three things, only then will the facilities and infrastructure that support them. The method used by the author in the research is with a qualitative approach, descriptive approach and field observation. From the results of the study, the authors conclude that the principal is the main key in realizing school to be competitive and competitive, although other factors also influence.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an Educational Concept that is able to win competition in the Mileneal Era. Thisstudy uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. This research approach uses analysis from theperspective of anthropology, sociology and educational psychology. Using triangulation techniques, the writer triesto construct the construct of a learning concept. In conclusion, the results of this study resulted in a concept of TheFoundation Of Learning Process, a foundation of continuous learning that gradually develops spiritual, intellectual,physical and emotional development abilities, in a planned, structured manner.

Abstract

Making students who have the right, noble character and noble character, is the main goal of a teacher.Therefore, Ali Ahmad Madkur, an education expert and a Professor in the field of education curriculum developmentfrom Cairo University of Egypt, explained some of his thoughts related to the methods in Teaching and LearningActivities (at-thariqah at-ta'lim wa ta'alum). He put it in a very important part to make it easier for students to learn.Ali Ahmad Madkur, seeks to provide alternative solutions in teaching and learning methods to teachers (mu'alimun),which consist of various methods, such as habituation or exemplary, lectures, and interactions, discussions anddebates, stories, advice, penalties and rewards, etc. Ali Ahmad Madkur, has contributed ideas that can be used as abasis in teaching teachers so that they can be better understood by students, and trying with these methods, canreconstruct students' patterns of having noble character and character according to the expectations of parents, withfoundation ijmaliy (global) exposure in the guidance of the Holy Qur’an and the Hadith of the Prophet. Ali AhmadMazdkur strives in his thinking, advancing the world of Islamic education with the output of students or students whohave knowledge based on wisdom, character and noble character.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of the Dhikr Council in the formation of adolescent characters carriedout in the Assembly of Dhuafa Tapos Tenjolaya Bogor, Morals or character is human behavior in daily life that hasbeen attached to a person. Morals relating to matters relating to good deeds, bad, right and wrong in the actions ofa human being whose role model is sourced from the Qur'an and the hadith of the Messenger of Allah. In this case,the Dhuafa Assembly as a dzikir council located in Tapos Tenjolaya Bogor has an important role and contribution inthe formation of adolescent character. The writing method used in the study is a qualitative descriptive method. Inthis paper the author discusses the role of the Dhuafa Assembly in the formation of adolescent characters. As for theresults of his research are: 1. The Assembly's aim is to improve the heart (islah al-Qalbi) when his heart is good, hisdeeds will be good 2. The Council of the poor as pioneers in every activity, 3. The Dhuafa Assembly not only conductsdhikr, prayer but also organizes activities to shape the character of adolescents 4. There are factors driving andinhibiting the activities of forming the character of adolescents

Abstract

The teacher is a professional in the field of teaching and education, referring to the National Education Law No. 20of 2003 concerning the National Education System Article 1 Item 14. Effective action as a professional in the teaching field must have knowledge and expertise, commitment and motivation as learning objectives. Knowledge and expertise in a teacher has an impact on personality in carrying out professionalism in addition to following technological developments appropriately in responding to current developments and from time to time. Internet technology in this case has helped a lot in improving the quality of developing a teacher to adjust to the development of the technology. From the explanation it is necessary to examine the personality and professionalism of teachers in the teaching and learning process of students by focusing MTSN 02 Bogor research. The formation of a learning environment that ASRI (Safe, Healthy, Clean and Beautiful) can create an atmosphere of active student learning about self-potential, personality, intelligence, character and skills for the progress of the nation and state. Besides that there are KKG (Teacher Working Groups) in the form of FDG (Teacher Discussion Forum) in an effort to share knowledge with other school teachers, Promissory (Semester Program), Prota (Annual Program) and PTK (Class Level Research) conducted internally in each school. The need for quality of teaching, intensity in learning both a teacher and in order to improve professionalism is very important for that the formulation given is in the form of research on teacher professionalism, teacher personality and student teaching and learning process based on the results achieved in graduates and students who will take the final exam of learning at MTsN 02 Bogor. Sources of data are taken through regular questions to the principal, vice principal in the field of curriculum, teachers who teach at the school. The procedure taken in data collection is by interview, observation and documentation.The data generated in the form of interviews, data on student achievement in the competition, the results of graduates from 2013 to 2018 and the results of the graduates were accepted at the school desired by students as a form of secondary school that can accommodate them. In general the objectives of the learning and learning process by using refer to professionalism as personality maturity is very useful in developing the quality of student education.

Abstract

With the research title The Implementation of Disk Murattal Learning Media in Improving Learning Understanding of Alquran Hadith in Class VII MTs Students. Private Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. The problems found in the research location were: 1). The learning and teaching process in madrassas, teachers in the field of study of Al-qur'an hadith have not involved students directly with the digital Al-qur'an application from the subject matter of the Al-qur'an hadith study area taught so that students have not been trained in solving various field problems study of Al-qur'an hadith. 2). The unavailability of media that supports learning and teaching activities of Al-quran Hadith in madrasas. The focus of this research is that the researcher focuses on the application of Concept and the efforts made by the teacher in the Al-quran Hadith study field to improve students' reasoning abilities. 1). The influence of digital Al-quran-based Concept on students' reasoning abilities in the concept of understanding and memorizing Al-quran verses by students of the Tarbiyah Waladiyah Island Many Private Tsanawiyah Madrasah is significant, namely the application of the model helps students to better understand the subject matter. 2). Improved reasoning skills of students on indicators of creative thinking, flexible thinking, original thinking, and detailed thinking after the application of Concept to students of Tarbiyah Waladiyah Island Banyak Madrasah Tsanawiyah. 3). Student activities when applied to Concept in the Al-quran hadith study at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak, students responded well.

Abstract

Andi1, ABSTRACT The formation of noble character in children as one part of the goals of national education is still a problem. Many factors cause this problem, including the lack of roles of parents and teachers in shaping the character of children from an early age. The formation of a child's morality from an early age, it can be seen that a child will be able to display noble character when educators, both parents and teachers, are able to understand the child's psyche while starting to teach and familiarize children with noble character from childhood, and choose a morally healthy environment to the child. This research was conducted to find out: (1) How is the teacher's effort in the process of forming a child's morality through good words RA at RA Safinatunnaja, Kisaran Timur Kab. Asahan, (2) How is the teacher's effort in the process of forming morality through religious activities at RA Safinatunnaja, East Kisaran Kab. Asahan, (3) How is the teacher's effort in the process of forming the morals of children outside of school at RA Safinatunnaja, East Kisaran, Asahan Regency. The results of the study found that the efforts of the teacher to form akhlaq karimah in RA were introduced to students, taught, understood the meaning and importance of forming akhlaq karimah, starting from their words, knowledge and actions. The teacher's efforts in the process of moral formation through outside the school are taught about "Gratitude (thanks for the blessings that Allah has bestowed on humans and all creatures), Qana'ah (feeling enough and willing to give gifts given by Allah Sincerely solely because of Allah, we in class A teach children morality with religious activities, children are taught to be sensitive to the environment, children are accustomed to doing good with the environment by not littering, crossing walls and not making people restless. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the teacher's emotional intelligence to the students ' learning achievements, there is no influence of the teacher's personality competence on student learning achievements, and there is no influence on the emotional intelligence and personality competence of the teacher simultaneously on student learning achievement. The method used in this study is quantitative. With the number of respondents 154 students Madrasah Aliyah Qotrun Nada Depok. The approach used is multiple linear regression, consisting of two free variables, i.e. emotional intelligence and teacher personality competence. The variables are students ' learning achievements. From the results of research obtained, that there is the influence of the teacher's emotional intelligence to the learning achievement students of Madrasah Aliyah Qotrun Nada. It is evidenced by the test value T, the value of sig 0.001 < 0.05 then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. There is the influence of teacher personality competence on learning achievement of Madrasah Aliyah Qotrun Nada. It is evidenced by the test value T, the value of sig 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. The emotional intelligence and personality competence of the teacher contributed concurrently to the learning achievement as much as 35.5%, it is evidenced by the test F.

Abstract

In article 35 paragraph 2 that the National education system is mandated to develop education through sustainable management which includes improving the quality of curriculum development, education personnel, facilities and infrastructure, management (management) and empowerment. Student management and curriculum management is one of the existing management in a school. Schools continue to try to improve the quality of education including student development and curriculum improvement. The institution has a good strategy so that it can achieve both academic and non-academic achievements. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of student management on the achievement of the TMI Madrasah Aliyah School (Tarbiyatul Muallimien Al-Islamiyah) female Al-Amien Prenduan. Know there any influence of curriculum management on the achievement of the TMI Madrasah Aliyah School (Tarbiyatul Muallimien Al-Islamiyah) female Al-Amien Prenduan. Knowing the effect of student management and curriculum management on the achievements of the TMI (Tarbiyatul Muallimien Al-Islamiyah) Islamic Al-Islamiyah School of female Al-Amien Prenduan. This research is quantitative descriptive type. Research location at TMI (Tarbiyatul Muallimien Al-Islamiyah) female Al-Amien Prenduan. The data source in this study is the teacher who has an active role in the school. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The results showed that student management X1 and curriculum management variable X2 significant value 0,000 <0.05 on the school achievement variable Y then there was the influence of variables X1 and X2 on the variable Y. This was indicated by a score of 35.9% in either category.
