Abstract

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the model and characteristics of Islamic education learning that has been going on so far. The future of Islamic education is undergoing changes so it is feared that it will experience a setback in education. Work From Home (WFH) policies, social and physical distancing, the process of Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) using an online system also enlivened the dynamics of Islamic education. This is in accordance with the issuance of an SKB (joint decree) of four ministers regarding the implementation of learning at the beginning of the 2020/2021 school year, and the Decree of the Director General of Education Number 2791 of 2020 concerning emergency curriculum guidelines for madrasas to support learning amid the Covid-19 pandemic. therefore. The ministerial decree above indicates that it is time for reorientation and the role of Islamic education to start accelerating its learning format. This kind of adaptation is a must in responding to the challenges of Islamic education in the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Every student wants good learning outcomes. Factors that can influence students are initial ability and learning motivation. This research is non-experimental quantitative research. The type of research used is ex-post facto. In this study, there are three variables to be examined. Two independent variables include initial ability (X1) and motivation to learn (X2). While the dependent variable is the learning outcome (Y). The collected data were analyzed by the SPSS 18.0 software application. Furthermore, the Pearson product-moment partial correlation test, multiple linear regression test and multiple correlation tests were carried out. The multiple linear regression equation obtained is y = 9.965 + 0.819 X1 + 0.153 X2. If the initial ability variables (X1) and learning motivation (X2) are constant, the learning outcomes (Y) have increased by 9.965%. If the initial ability (X1) increases by 1% with the assumption that learning motivation (X2) is constant, then learning outcomes (Y) have increased by 8.19%. If the learning motivation (X2) increases by 1% assuming the initial ability (X1) is constant, then there is an increase of 1.53%.

Abstract

Google classroom is a service developed by Google, in this case, Google for Education, which aims to simplify the assignments of teachers. This research was conducted to analyze the relationship between the level of understanding of environmental science introductory course material using google classroom on student learning outcomes. This research is a correlational study, the research data were collected using a questionnaire collection method and documentation method. The research was conducted at Saint Paul Polytechnic in Sorong, an Electrical Engineering study program, the sample used was 9 people from the total population. The test results obtained by r count from the results of testing the relationship between the level of understanding of introductory environmental science subject matter using Google Classroom to student learning outcomes of 0.158 which when compared to the test results with the value of r table, then the value of r count <r table (0.158 <0.666). While the comparison of significance obtained a significance value> 0.05 (0.686> 0.05), which means that there is no relationship between the two variables tested.

Abstract

All learning activities in Indonesia during COVID-19 pandemic are conducted through online remote learning. However, it does not change the nature of the learning activities because homework, group project, and exams still need to be done by the students. The group discussion is more difficult since all communications between members need to be done online. This study aimed to evaluate the prevalence of conflict in college students’ group discussions. A total of 100 college students was recruited in this study. Based on the analyses from the collected questionnaire, it can be seen that the incompetent group leader (p = 0.003), misunderstanding in online communication (p = 0.047), lack of group discussion (p = 0.001), and selfishness of the members (p = 0.001) significantly affect conflict the group discussion. To avoid the conflict, it is suggested that all members need to always attend the online discussion and actively participate in the discussion to minimize misunderstanding.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of English learning outcomes through the implementation of the MURDER learning model for Class IX students of SMP N 7 Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. The research was conducted in October 2020 in Class IX SMP N 7 Mataram with two cycles of Classroom Action Research (CAR). Based on the research, it can be seen that the application of the MURDER learning model can improve the English learning outcomes of Class IX students at SMP N 7 Mataram. During the first cycle of CAR, 80.95% of students had completed and 19.05% of students had not completed it. There was an increase of 47.62% of students completing the first cycle (from 33.33% of students completing before the CAR to 80.95% of students completing the first cycle of CAR). During the second cycle of CAR, there were 90.48% of students who had completed it and 9.52% of the students had not completed it. There was an increase of 9.53% of students completing the second cycle (from 80.95% of students completing the first CAR to 90.48% of students completing the second cycle of CAR).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the readiness of small and medium industries in facing the industrial revolution 4.0 in small and medium industries in the city of Blitar. This research uses a quantitative approach with this type of explanatory research. The number of samples in this study was 97 small and medium industry players in the food and beverage sub-sector in the city of Blitar. The results showed that the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) value for the Organizational Management variable is 0,767; People and Culture variable is 0,808; Product and Service variable is 0,705; Technology variable is 0,709 and the Factory Operation variable is 0,705. This means that these five variables have a positive and significant effect on the readiness of small and medium industries in facing the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Abstract: Akademi Komunitas Negeri Putra Sang Fajar Blitar (AKB) is a state higher education institution that organizes vocational education. Educators at AKB consist of lecturers and instructors. This study examined the function of a 360-degree feedback performance appraisal system to determine the performance of educators in the field of learning which included aspects of preparation, implementation of learning activities, and evaluation of learning outcomes. Performance appraisal ere carried out by filling out performance appraisal forms by parties who were stakeholders of the teaching staff, i.e: students as consumers, study program coordinators as supervisors, educators as peers, and the academic section as collaborators. The performance appraisal form contained a set of questions for which the assessor can provide an assessment based on a rating scale of 1-4 (graphic rating scale), with very good, good, good enough, and not good criteria. The result shows that the performance of teaching staff in AKB based on time criteria, tidiness, communication, lecture processes, mastery of the material and evaluation of learning was very good, although there were still a few things that need to be improved, such as timeliness in submitting scores ​​and firmness in enforcing dicipline to the students who are not orderly.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil jenjang kemampuan metakognitif mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika semester II, IV, dan VI di STKIP PGRI Situbondo semester genap 2019/2020 dengan indeks prestasi semester (IPS) tinggi dalam pemecahan masalah jumping task. Penelitian ini tergolong menjadi penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika sebanyak 3 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 1 mahasiswa semester II, IV, dan VI berdasarkan IPS tertinggi di kelasnya. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara tes Jumping Task (JT) topik barisan dan deret aritmatika dan wawancara semi terstruktur dengan triangulasi waktu yang kemudian dianalisis dengan alur reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan kesimpulan bahwa jenjang kemampuan metakognitif antara ketiga subjek penelitian cukup berbeda meskipun indeks prestasinya relatif sama. Perbedaan jenjang atau level tersebut tidak berbanding lurus dengan tingkatan semesternya. Dengan kata lain, semakin tinggi tingkatan semester bukan penentu semakin tingginya level metakognitif.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta didik dalam mengenal dan memahami berbagai materi dengan menggunakan pendekatan ilmiah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik pada kurikulum 2013 di SDN Sumbersari 3 kecamatan Maesan kabupaten Bondowoso tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Hasil kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa tindakan kepala sekolah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran lesson study dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik pada kurikulum 2013 di SDN Sumbersari 3 kecamatan Maesan kabupaten Bondowoso tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Hasil kesimpulan ini didukung oleh hasil penilaian terhadap pengamatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menmggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik kurikulum 2013 pada siklus 1 rata-rata 81 dengan kriteria baik, sedangkan pada siklus 2 rata-rata 91 dengan kriteria sangat baik.

Abstract

Peningkatan hasil belajar ekonomi akuntansi melalui pembelajaran tutor sebaya pada siswa di SMA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) berbentuk data, kualitatif dari nilai latihan sesudah pembelajaran berakhir. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara guru SMA Negeri 1 Koto Besar dengan peneliti. Guru bertindak sebagai pelaksana pembelajaran, sedangkan peneliti bertindak sebagai observer. Waktu penelitian penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama lima bulan dimulai bulan Januari – Mei 2020. Tempat Penelitian Penelitian ini dilaksakan di SMA Negeri I Koto Besar Dharmasraya kelas XII IIS 1 semester genap tahun ajaran 2019-2020, Yang berjumlah 13 siswa, terdiri atas perempuan 5 orang dan laki-laki 8 orang siswa. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari nilai latihan sesudah pembelajaran berakhir. Data dari pengamatan teman sejawat atau kolaboratorator termasuk data sekunder. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan kolaborator.. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dengan metode tutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi akuntansi kelas XII IPS tahun ajaran 2019-2020 di SMA Negeri 1 Koto Besar.
