Abstract

This study discusses the reality of implementing visitor services in correctional institutions along with important factors that influence them. Through a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, this study found that the implementation of visitor services was by the standard operating procedure (SOP), but there were still obstacles, namely limitation of the number of human resources available, especially to compensate for the number of overloaded prisoners.

Abstract

The realization of the Corporate Social Responsibility Program (CSR) of industry in Trenggalek regency has been arranged in District Regulation Number  3, 2016 It is about corporate social responsibility. A reason for the realization of this program is fund limitation or government funding in development, so it needs attention, motivation and cooperation from corporate to participate and be responsible towards the development. In the environment. This research aims to know the government's role in Trenggalek regency in case of management for the realization of the CSR program and the advantage of this program forward Trenggalek regency development. Data resources or informants in this research are management facilitate the team of the CSR program. This research used a Qualitative data analysis method. The results of this research show that the government has a very strategic role in the management of the realization of the CSR program, that is the government as the data/ information provider, planner and the manager of monitoring and evaluation forward the realization of the CSR Program. The advantage of the achievement of the CSR Program has been enjoyed by Society, like public facilities for daily life or education.

Abstract

The strengthening of globalization in Indonesia that brings new patterns of life and entertainment inevitably has a certain impact on the social and cultural life of the Indonesian people, including various kinds of traditional sporting activities. The theory used in this study is the concept of culture, the concept of physical education, and the sport of menyipet and balogo concept. Research use qualitative method and expected to get deep results (insight) as well as comprehensive (holistic). Like menyipet, it used to be a hunting activity to add a variety of side dishes to be consumed, besides sipet as well as a tool to defend yourself. But now, hunting is prohibited, then sipet is developed into a traditional sports arena along with balogo. As a cultural wealth in the form of traditional sports that are loaded with various noble teachings and values, the city government of Palangka Raya strives to preserve and revive the sport of menyipet and balogo through various festivals and incorporate it into the local content curriculum in high schools. The opportunity is still wide open to examine the problem of the phenomenon of traditional menyipet and balogo sports conditions in Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Dolly Localization closure by city officials to be one of the shocking news, because this localization is the localization of the largest in Southeast Asia. This study discusses the socioeconomic impact that caused by localization Dolly.  The method used for this study is the method to produce qualitative descriptive writing.  Source obtained through interviewers.  Research findings show that the socio-economic impact caused by the closure of the localization is perceived by businessmen who derive their life in the area of localization.  Business operators complained income levels started stated to decline, it is recognized by food and beverage stores, night guards, parking attendants, washerwoman to motorcycle taxi drives. Additionally described some of the public response over the closure.  Some who agree considered that the closing of this localization can build a better work ethic within the community, minimizing the demoralization in adolescent and children.  While less accepts believes that the closure of the localization of just creating illegal prostitution and could be worse than before.  The socioeconomic impact caused by the closure of the localization Dolly that closing localization gives a very mixed experience within the community. Localization of Dolly's closure contributing to changes in Putat Jaya village, both in social and economic terms. Community Putat Jaya discover new things after the closing of the localization of Dolly the form of peace and tranquility, little by little they have left old habits to lead a new life of prostitution that is region-free, healthy and clean.  From the results of these studies by the theory of social and economic change, changes that happen to be in with a social action, where people Putat Jaya must be changed and who made the difference is individual and collective.

Abstract

E-Government program is a form of the implementation of public services based information technology and communication that covertly designed to make the process of working in the government of into simpler ones, more accurate, responsive and transparent. With the establishment of presidential instruction no 3 2003, instructed that all government agencies apply for the e-Government program. BAPPEDA has implemented through a system of e-Government program information regional development planning or e-Planning. This study determines to reveal an understanding of the e-Government of policy on Regional Development Planning Board District Nganjuk. Technique data analysis using a technique qualitative according to data analysis Miles and Huberman. The research results show that of policy e-Government on Regional Development Planning Board District Nganjuk has been implemented by an instruction of the president number three years 2003; however, in practice, there are several problems can slow process implementation e-Government itself.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of the apparatus, the strategy of improving public services in Kandangan Subdistrict, Kediri Regency, as well as obstacles faced to strengthen public service capacity in the Kandangan District Office, Kediri Regency. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are interactive models. The validity of the data is done by triangulating the source and method. Utilizing the information from the informants, this study produced findings: 1). The public service strategy in the Kandangan District Office is seen from various indicators, namely the provision of physical facilities and equipment, reliability, simplification of processes, pure responsiveness of the apparatus, providing waiting rooms and places. Secure parking/assurance (Assurance), and empathy (empathy) apparatus in Kandangan Subdistrict, the average community considers it to be relatively good. 2). Sensitivity to the community, enhancing the professionalism of apartments and supplementing infrastructure - the strategy of the government of Kediri Regency in Improving the Quality of the Implementation of Public Services in Kandangan sub-district.

Abstract

Public services organized by public organizations are one manifestation of functions of the state government apparatus as civil servants. Public services are intended to prosper the community. The condition of people who experience dynamic development, the better level of community life, resulting in people becoming more aware of what their rights and obligations are as citizens in living in the community, proposing their demands, desires, and aspirations to the government. The purpose of this study are as follows: 1) To determine the service quality of KIR test at the Department of Transportation (Dishub) of Kediri City? 2) To find out the satisfaction of KIR service users in the Department of Transportation (Dishub) of Kediri City?, 3) To analyze the influence Kir test service quality to the satisfaction of KIR service users in the Kediri City Transportation Agency (Dishub)? This study uses quantitative research designs. This study consists of two variables, namely the independent variable of this study is the quality of service while the dependent variable of the study is the satisfaction of the users of mobile vehicle testing services, data collection by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Based on the results of the research. The following conclusions can be drawn: 1) Based on the results of the investigation it has been proven that the quality of service of the KIR test at the Kediri City Transportation Agency (Dishub) is good, service employees, facilities and tools the support used in the test is complete and modern. 2) Based on the results of the analysis it has been proven that the level of satisfaction of KIR service users in the Kediri City Transportation Agency (Dishub) is quite high. 3) There is a significant effect of service quality variables on community satisfaction of test service users in the city of Kediri, service quality variables have an impact of 78.6% on the achievement of the service user community.

Abstract

This study analyzes the accountability of village funds and the key factors. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with informants at every stage of planning, implementing, administering, reporting, accountability, coaching, and supervision of village financial management. The results of this study indicate that village financial accountability is applied by law number 6 of 2014 with the critical factors of the effectiveness of the village government in managing finances independently but is accompanied by a less than the optimal role of the village consultative body (BPD).
