كثریة ھي أدلة اأحكام التي ما أنفك العلماء یستنبطون من خالھلا أحكام الرشیعة الغراء، فكان من أدلة ما اتفق علي حجیتھ كالكتاب والسنة، وكان من أدلة ما اختلف في الاحتجاج بھ، ومنھا قول الصحابي فكتبت فیھ بحثي المتواضع، ولأن قول الصحابي لا یجعل كقول النبي صلي الله علیھ وسلّم المؤید بالوحي، مع علو منزلة الصحابة رضي الله عنھم، وفي الوقت ذاتھ لا یمكن أن یتجاھل قول الصحابي في كثیر من المسائل فیجعل كقول عوام الناس؛ ذلك أنھم عارصوا التنزیل وصاحبوا النبي فكانوا معھ في أغلب الوقائع، وأمام ھذین الوصفنین كان الاختالف في حجیة قولھ، فمن العلماء من رأى أن قولھ حجة ملزمة یجب العمل ھبا مستندین علي ما ذكرناه من الوصف الثاني للصحابة رضي الله عنھم، ومن العلماء من جعل قول الصحابي كقول غریھ من علماء الأمة استنادا للوصف الأول الذي ذكرناه، وأن لا مزیة لھ علي غریھ بل بقوة الدلیل الذي یحتج بھ، وھذا حال كل مستدل، فحاولت بیان شیئ من ذلك في ھذا البحث.

Improving Students Listening Skill by Using Audio Visual Media Mei Hardiah

Teaching Listening skills to the students who learn English as a foreign language is a challenge for the teacher . This classroom action research (CAR) designed to improve the listening ability of students by using audio-visual media. The subject of this research are students of English, University of Bengkulu Diploma Program who take the course Listening For Lecture . This study was conducted in two cycles of progress namely; planning, observation, action and reflection. Moreover, collaborative learning methods are also applied to stimulate student activeness in the classroom. The results showed that the use of audio visual media is able to improve the results of listening course. In addition, the students also Become more motivated and enthusiastic during the lecture which can be seen in the group discussion stage that implement colaborative learning. Generally it can be concluded that audio visual media can improve the focus and concentration of students in listening courses. In addition to the use of audio visual media, the selection of the topic material also influence the results of students listening comprehension.

ص إن الإنسان منذ نشاتھ تعرض كثیرا من المشاكل التي تواجھھ حتى یتكیف مع البیئة التي یعیش فیھا. وإن الناظر في جملة من البحوث المنجزة في الدراسات الإسلامیة یلمس تركیزھا على الجانب النظري بعیدا عن كل ما یخدم المجتمع بصفة مباشرة، مع أنھا مفیدة علمیا إلا أنھا بقیت في الرفوف، لا یستفید منھا إلا أصحاب التخصص. لأجل ذلك، تجد الاستفادة منھا محصورة غالبا في المتخصصین. وھذا البحث یھدف إلى التحسیس بضرورة ربط البحث العلمي بالمجتمع كي یعمل على إحداث التغییر المرتجى بطریقة إیجابیة، وھذا التغییر لا یمكن أن یحصل إلا إذا خططنا لھذا الموضوع، واشتغلنا في إطار أھداف مرسومة مراعین في ذلك حاجیات المجتمع. وھذا یدفعنا إلى البحث عن الوسائل القمینة بإنجاز بحوث علمیة في الدراسات الإسلامیة تخدم المجتمع بفعالیة، وفي الوقت ذاتھ یتم تكوین باحثین یعیشون واقعھم ویتفاعلون معھ.

Manipulation of language used in poems to state poet’s idea is basically aimed to give aesthetic value, help the readers to easily understand, and give complete image of the text meaning. However, in a real application in the classroom, the language style in poems causes language deviation and covers the poet’s idea. Readers should read the poems explisitly in deep interpretation to get the meaning. Therefore, this study describes an eight-week (135 minutes a week) poem stylistics of semantic deviation analysis for a half –semester beginning training course (poetry class) for the use of literature in an EFL context. The research was conducted at the fourth semester students of English Program of IAIN Bengkulu in academic year 2017/2018 that consisted of 31 students. This descriptive analysis aimed to describe students’ exploration of semantic deviation in classical poem interpretation. The result showed that Wordsworth’s The Solitary Reaper used various kinds of semantic deviation in forms of language stylistics of figurative languages, namely: (1) semantic Bizarreness of expression that consisted of oxymoron and paradox; (2) transference of meaning that consisted of synecdoche, metonymy and metaphor; (3) Misrepresent the truth that consisted of hyperbole and irony. In a real analysis of the poem, the students were excellent in identyfying the kinds of language deviations. Then, they were very good at understanding the poem literally. However, they had problems in interpreting the poet’s real meaning through semantic deviation used in the poem because they needed more experience about lingistic, social and historical background knowledge of classical England, and biography of the poet.

أ. المقدمة تعلیم اللغة الأجنبیة أو اللغة الثانیة – أیة لغة - لیس بسھلة, بل یؤدى في كثیر من الأحیان إلى السأم والیأس عند متعلمیھا. ومن أسبابھ كونھ عملیة أو جھود لتكوین الحال أو الوضع الجدید في نفس أحد – الذي عنده لغة الأم یتعلمھا في المنزل منذ ولادتھ ویتحدثھا بشكل أفضل - لیكون متمكنا على التعامل مع صاحب اللغة الأخرى الأجنبیة.1 وھذا الحال أو الوضع الجدید في تلك اللغة الثانیة قد یكون ذا شبھ بالحال أو الوضع في اللغة الأولى )اللغة الأم( ولكنھ غالبا ما كان مختلفا, نطقیا كان أم صرفیا ونحویا وغیرھا. ولذلك نحتاج إلى توظیف العدید من الوسائل والأسالیب والاستراتیجیات للسعي نحو تسھیل الطلاب من تعلم اللغة الأجنبیة. ومن نعم الله التي قد تفوت من وعینا نحن كطلاب اللغة العربیة ھي ما وجد في كفـــــنا من الأصابع حیث یكون عدد البرجم فیھا أربعة عشر. وكان الضمیر في اللغة العربیة في نفس العدد, منفصلا كان أم متصلا, وكذلك عدد الفعلین الأولین وھي الفعل الماضى والفعل المضارع. قد تكون ھذه المساواة من قبل المصادفة ولكني أرى أنھا من أسرار و ِح َكم الله في أعضاء جسم الإنسان. علمنا جمیعا أن الكف تتكون من خمسة أصابع وھي الإبھام والسبابة والوسطى والبنصر والخنصر. وتتكون كل من تلك الأصابع من ثلاثة براجم إلا الإبھام حیث تكون البرجمة فیھا اثنتین فقط. إن تلك الظاھرة تمكننا من تناولھا وسیلة لتعلیم اللغة العربیة, خاصة في تعلیم الضمیر وتصریف الفعل. ھذا ما دفعني لكتابة ھذا المقال, أعالج من خلالھ تعریف الوسائل التعلیمیة ودورھا في تعلیم اللغة العربیة, وكیفیة تعلیم اللغة العربیة بوسیلة الأصابع, داعیا الله سبحانھ وتعالى أن یكون مفیدا ونافعا لنا جمیعا.

The Analysis of English Eduation Abstract at the Islamic Institute of Bengkulu on the Content, Organisation and Language Endang Haryanto

AbstractTheses and journals are several kinds of writing which contain abstract. Thesis is used in educational area, especially in university, as a requirement in completing an academic degree. As one of the most important thesis part is called abstract. The use of abstract is essential in some scientific works, online research, directory, seminar, and call paper. In IAIN Bengkulu, students are obliged to write an abstract as an integral part of their theses. Because of its importance, abstract must be written using the correct form and following the rule of abstracting.This study used descriptive qualitative research. It describes how the students write an abstract based on the rule. As a result, the researcher found some errors on the students’ abstract in terms of organization, content, and language. In addition, the researcher found many grammatical errors. Students also tended to make mistake related to the standard form of abstract. Thus, the researcher knows that most of students’ abstracts still do not follow the rule of composing their abstract.

An Analysis of English Teachers’ Speaking Skill at the Coastal Schools in Bengkulu City Ildi Kurniawan

This study aims to illustrate the speaking skills of English teachers on the coastal school of Bengkulu City as well as the factors that influence the speaking skills. This research was a descriptive-qualitative research which was also a continuation of previous research on students' speaking skills in the coastal area. The subjects of this study were English teachers who attended school, namely English teachers at SMAN 6 Kota Bengkulu, SMAN I Kota Bengkulu and SMAN 7 Plus Kota Bengkulu, SMPN 7 Kota Bengkulu, SMPN 1 Kota Bengkulu, SMPIT Iqra 'Kota Bengkulu, SMPN 15 Kota Bengkulu. Data that has been obtained in the form of audio-visual recordings when the teacher spoke English, as well as an interview recording related to the speaking skills of the English teacher. The data obtained were analyzed, interpreted and concluded as findings by using the Interactive Model technique namely reduction, display, drawing a conclusion. The results of this study indicated that the English teachers’ speaking skills at the Bengkulu City coastal school was at a moderate level. Fluency in speaking was the main problem faced by these teachers. In addition, grammar also became an obstacle for them. While the identified factors that couldinfluence the English teacher's speaking skills were the internal factors of English teachers themselves who often used Indonesian language when teaching rather than English itself with the reason that children would easily understand the message or subject matter when compared to English. In addition, curriculum change as an external factor was also a reason for English teachers not to speak English much in class with the latest curriculum consideration, namely the 2013 Curriculum requires active students, not teachers
