Abstract

Work productivity is the ability of employees in production compared with inputs used, an employee can be productive if able to produce goods or services in accordance with the expected in a short time or precise. Productivity is not a quantity calculation, but a ratio, a comparison and is a systematic measurement of an efficiency level. Production is related to quantity, whereas productivity is related to the result of the unity of an input (Sinungan, 1990: 93). Thus the determination of productivity confronted with the desired outcome has been achieved (effectiveness) and the resources used to achieve that result (efficiency). Measurements using measures of efficiency and effectiveness are two dimensions of productivity that are critical in managerial ventures where they can show the productivity index which is the ratio of the extent to which resources are used in conjunction with the achievement of predetermined objectives. The result of the research shows that the productivity level of coconut disguise worker is using work side method for two days, each research for 7 hours is the worker of coconut producer work productively with the result of 95% and the delay ratio equal to 0,07%, and the looseness to the worker The coconut shredding is given is 23.6% with the following details: 12.00% power output, work attitude of 4.5%, work movement of 1.3%, eye fatigue by 0%, working place temperature 5,50%, atmospheric state equal to 0,5%, and good environmental condition equal to 2,50%. Abstract

Packaging is an important marketing instrument, not just as a wrapper. Packaging is a process associated with the design and manufacture of containers or wrappers for a product. Visual communication design has three basic functions, namely as a means of identification, as a means of information, instruction, and the latter as a means of presentation and promotion. If the business actor takes notice of these functions then the value of the product will increase and the sales of the product can be improved. The purpose of this research is to increase the value of Ikan Asin Lome products by adding function to the proposed packaging design used value engineering method. This research was conducted on UMKM in Tanah Tanah Village ,Tanah MerahSub-district with 22 samples. The results of this study research that used value engineering counting was increased about 17.284% and the results of the differences of old packaging design with new packaging design proposals amounted to 86.81% it can be concluded that there is a significant difference / increase in the value of the new packaging design.

Abstract

Along with the development of increasingly complex era occurs the addition of functional values ​​and the role of packaging in marketing is recognized as a major force in market competition. Packaging has an important meaning in influencing consumers directly or indirectly in determining the choice of products to be purchased. Packaging performs many sales tasks ranging from attracting the attention of customers, describing the product to selling it. In this study the authors raised the title of Propose Design Packaging Asam Jawa products that will be authored by using the Kansei Engineering Method as the foundation. Kansei Engineering is a very suitable method for designing a packaging because this method is based on the feelings of consumers who buy and consume the product. The end result of the elimination process by Kansei Enggineering method is 5 cans and the percentage of influence on the design that will be applied in the design of Asam Jawa packaging that will be made; color is interesting, not tacky, bright and patterned as much as 12,4%, characteristic, character, memorable, unique, different with others as much as 14,4%, picture packing of acid picture, origin of food as much as 14,4%, informative, number phone manufacturer, net weight, expiration date, there is a composition, here is a brand as much as 25.2% and there is a halal code with as much as 8.4%. While the remaining 25.2% influenced by other factors. And based on the results of the questioner obtained an increase in the value of new Asam Jawa packaging made based on the engineering kansei method of 33,93% compared with the old packaging.

Abstract

In information technology decision-making system is a branch of science that lies between information systems and intelligent systems. Motorcycles at this time is very rapidly growing not inferior to the development of information technology itself, motorcycles have their own types and specifications, such as the type of motor sport that is currently a prima donna in the community. Motorcycle selection system at this time is only done by choosing directly and there is no support system in making the decision which motor is the best to be chosen as a vehicle to be used or selected.

Abstract

In this study, research conducted at PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok is a company that engaged in processing coconut oil that located in Tanah Merah Village Tanah Merah Subdistrict Indragiri Hilir Regency Riau Province. PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok has been popular with processing coconut oil to cooking oil. In this study he writer are discusses the Proposed of Packaging Desing of Cooking Oil using Selection Concept Method Study Case in PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok Kec. Tanah Merah Kab. Inhil. This design does not refer to the design of the company’s brand. So far, the progblem is done in direct bulk to ship tnak for export purpose, the problem in retailment (packaging product) has not been developed and give input related to discourse to produce cooking oil at PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok in packaging section is the factors that must be implemented by the company to improve the quality of packaging design of PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok and related variables in the packaging design of PT. Pulau Sambu Kuala Enok.

Abstract

Water transportation is a means of transportation that is widely used by people in Indragiri Hilir regency in traveling from one place to another, the condition of areas separated by waters such as rivers, oceans and large canals requires the community to use water transportation such as canoes, speedboats and others. Speedboat is a water transportation that is widely used by masyarat because it has a higher speed than other transportation such as ships, canoes, and others. But there are some ergonomic risks that arise when using a speedboat, which makes passengers feel uncomfortable and safe, such as when going up / down from speedboat, shock due to sea waves, engine noise, the condition of the room is narrow and hot cause complaints of pain in body and several other complaints. This study examines the evaluation of ergonomic risks in wooden speedboats and provides recommendations based on ergonomics disciplines.

Abstract

Hollowing, Cutting and Breaking paper is an activity that is closely related to the world of Printing. In the world of printing that has been modern today the printing tools continue to evolve to follow the modern era. The products that are designed in this research are 3 hole punching and cutting tools. The method used in this planning uses the measurement of EFD method technique parameters, the application of ergonomics, anthropometry processing, validity and reability test. The results obtained by the designer from the design The 3 in 1 piercing, cutting and paper-splitting device is on the product using materials in the form of Iron and plastic. In the design can be folded and arranged according to our wishes. Tool height 41.5 cm, Tool length 58 cm and has a width of 33 cm. In addition to this table has more than one function that is in addition to melaukuan process perforation on paper, this tool can da da cutting process and also the process of folding the paper fold.

Abstract

In this research will discuss about mosculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) investigation on coconut harvest activity Simpang Jaya Village Benteng Makmur Village RT 12 RW 04 Batang Tuaka District. From the recapitulation of the first questionnaire about the complaint when linking coconut fruit using eggrek showed that of 30 respondents (total sample) known level of MSDs on the type of complaints of pain / stiffness in the upper neck of the average of 30 respondents (total sample) of 2.2%. In recapitulation of calculation of second questionnaire data can be seen that from 30 respondents (total sample) known level of MSDs on activity collecting fruit keladaapada type of pain / stiffness in the upper neck of 2.2%. From the results of the recapitulation of the third questionnaire data shows that from 30 respondents (total sample) it is known that the MSDs level on the activity of bringing the orchids on the type of pain / stiff complaints in the upper neck of the average of 30 respondents (total sample) of 2.5%.

Abstract

Jumputan Motif Fabric is a type of fabric that resembles batik with special motifs and patterns. Sanggar Maharani which is engaged in the fabric industry has problems in productivity and marketing. Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Business Model Canvas (BMC) methods can be applied to overcome these problems.The purpose of this study is on the production floor of Sanggar JumputanMaharani and develop motives business strategies to be able to compete in the market. The specific target of this study is to obtain a business plan to deal with competition and obtain increased productivity on the production floor. This research also plays a major role in advancing the creative industry and preserving the culture of the city through Yogyakarta.The results are performance standards values ​​for efficient use of labor 19,7801 units / person, minimization of defective products 0.0055%, absence 0.0018%. The calculation results with the Objective Matrix model on the production floor of Sanggar Jumputan Maharani found that the highest value of performance is 258.24. The results of the productivity index that shows the lowest productivity index is in April 2018 which is equal to -23.40% and the highest productivity index is in March 2018 which is 45.06%. While the right business planning strategy for the Sanggar Jumputan Maharani, which consists of 9 blocks: Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relations, Revenues Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, and the Cost Structure shown in the Business Model Canvas Template.
