Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product variation strategies, premium pricing, marketing communication, and digital marketing on marketing performance. Conducted this research in Malaka, East Nusa Tenggara. A population of 50 respondents. The analytical method used SPSS 15.00. This result rejects the proposed hypothesis, which is quite good. Consumer perceptions of product variety strategies, premium pricing, marketing communication and digital marketing at BUMDes Kufeu-M'rian-Malaka are good. The results showed that all strategies carried out had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Premium pricing has a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of BUMDes Kufeu-M'rian-Malaka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the marketing strategy via Facebook was carried out by the Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Islamic Boarding School and to find out how the marketing strategy via Facebook influenced the increase in the number of students at the Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this study is a type of field research using a qualitative descriptive method in the form of revealing and re-describing events that occurred in the field. The incident that occurred was regarding the Marketing Strategy through Facebook social media which was carried out by the Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study are very helpful to the Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Islamic Boarding School in increasing the number of students through promotions carried out on Facebook media including having a positive impact so that it can make it easy to promote educational products to specific target markets with a relatively cheap advertising budget, while the negative impact is if do not have good analytical skills, it is likely to be a loss because every advertisement has to pay a fee, even though it is cheap, if you do not get maximum results, these costs will be wasted. In addition, advertising on Facebook must comply with predetermined conditions, such as the content does not contain negative elements and the text standard must be less than 20% if it is to be included in the banner.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of marketing strategies in building brand equity in Bosowa cement companies. This research has important contributions in optimizing marketing strategies to build strong brand equity in Bosowa cement company. The contributions include increased competitive advantage, better business growth and additional value creation. In addition, this research also has urgency due to the competitive cement industry and the importance of brand equity in influencing consumer decisions. Because Semen Bosowa is still less competitive with other companies. The population in this discussion are entrepreneurs, contractors, and consumers or direct users of Bosowa Indonesia cement, and in this study researchers used 100 respondents. This research uses sem analysis techniques with smart pls tools. From the tests carried out, it was found that marketing strategies, in this case brand awareness and brand image, have a positive and significant influence on brand equity either directly or mediated by brand loyalty variables, so it can be concluded that marketing strategies have an important role in building brand equity in Bosowa cement companies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze work ethic, and integrity and supervise the performance of the service unit on outsourcing. This is quantitative research with the population in this study consisting of the security officers (Security Unit/Satpam) at PT. Karunia Adi Sentosa located in East Java with 45 personnels. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula, which amounted to 45 respondents. The data collection technique was through distributing questionnaires (surveys) to the security personnel. The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability tests. Analysis techniques used Partial Least Square (PLS) techniques. The results of the study show that work ethic have a significant positive impact on peformance, good integrity have a significant positive impact on peformance and control within the organization have a significant positive impact on performance.

Abstract

Sidenreng Rappang Regency is one of the tempe home industry production centres. This research aims to identify strategic factors, which are strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats, and then formulate and set priorities for the marketing development strategy of the tempe home industry in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research was analysed using the help of the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices to answer strategic factors that become strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats, followed by a SWOT matrix analysis to formulate and set priorities for industrial marketing development strategies. Tempe home in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The results of the study show that internal and external factors are the strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats in developing the marketing of the tofu industry, so several alternative strategies can be considered, including product diversification and market expansion strategies, strategies for increasing human resources and product innovation, strategies to strengthen differentiation and collaboration as well as strategies to increase competence and diversify sources of raw materials.

Abstract

Cooperatives in the community empowerment sector need to be supported by credible human resources in order to remain able to survive in the midst of market competition, moreover the types of products produced are a need for style and identity in the identified market segments. This study aims to examine the effect of employee self-attribution training on increasing attributions that support cooperative competitiveness. This experimental research took 10 members of the Persebaya Cooperative management. Self attribution strengthening training was given locus of control (LoC) and need for achievement (N-Ach) materials. The results of the pre-test and post-test of paired samples obtained t = 12.628 and p = 0.002 (p <0.05) meaning that there was an increase in employee self-attribution after training. The increase in self-attribution was shown by the increase in the average N-Ach and LoC values, both of which showed significant changes. Spearman_rho correlation analysis results obtained r = 0.743 with p = 0.002 (p <0.05) indicating a positive and significant correlation between LoC and N-Ach. The coefficient of determination of 0.552 explains that LoC makes an effective contribution to N-Ac of 55.2%. The results of this study can be concluded that self-attribution strengthening training with N-Ach and LoC material for employees can have an impact on increasing attribution that supports the competitiveness of the Persebaya cooperative which is able to explain HR competencies.

Abstract

In carrying out its duties and functions as a financial services entity, Islamic financial institutions must implement risk management properly, also including legal risk management. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the legal risk management that must be applied to Islamic financial institutions. The research method used in this study is a literature study of data collection techniques with literature studies obtained from various sources. The findings of this study are that in carrying out their functions, Islamic financial institutions must understand inherent risks, in this risk there are three main factors that must be considered, namely, litigation factors, engagement weakness factors and non-statutory factors. In addition to having to pay attention to these inherent risks, Islamic financial institutions are also required to carry out sharia compliance which is directly supervised by DPS which is under DSN's supervision. This literature study research is expected to provide knowledge and an overview for Islamic financial institutions, especially staff or employees who handle legal risks in Islamic financial institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Life Balance on individual performance and Talent Management at PTPN IV, which is a subsidiary of BUMN Plantation with main commodities of CPO and Black Tea. Based on the formulation and the relationship between variables processed using the Partial Lest Square (PLS) Model and Smart PLS 3.0 Program with a total of 408 respondents who are employees with managerial positions. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Life Balance and individual performance and talent management.

Abstract

This research aims to discover, test and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment of the effectiveness of efectiviveness goverment internal control and its impact on the quality of financial statement either partially or simultaneous. The research method used is the analysis of quantitative data. The object of this research is local government in the province of North Sumatra. Sampling method is purposive sampling. The technique of data collection was done through the distribution of questionnaires. While the techniques of data analysis is path analysis and the data is processed using SPSS statistics software. The results showed that in organizational culture influences the effectiveness of government internal control systems, organizational commitment influences the effectiveness of government internal control systems, organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously influences the effectiveness of government internal control systems, organizational culture influences the quality of financial statements, organizational commitment does not affect the quality of reports finance, effectiveness of government internal control systems affect the quality of financial statements, organizational culture, organizational commitment and effectiveness of government internal control systems affect the quality of financial statements, and organizational culture and organizational commitment through the effectiveness of government internal control systems affect the quality of financial statements.

Abstract

The distribution of dividend payments showed the state of the company's performance. The research aimed to found out the results of financial ratios to the Dividend Payout Ratio for food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period was taken from 2016 to 2021. Data collection in this research used secondary data in the form of data collection from the company's annual financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression. The results of the research showed that the Current Ratio had positive but not significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. Return on Assets partial results had positive and significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. Debt to Equity Ratio was partially proven to had no significant negative effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. Simultaneous test showed that the Current Ratio, Return on Assets and Debt to Equity Ratio had positive and significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. The urgency of research in knowing the results of financial ratios on the Dividend Payout Ratio in order to attract the attention of investors to invest more so that the issuer's capital will also increase which makes the company grow. The research contribution will give a signal to the public and those who wish to know the Dividend Payout Ratio of food and beverage companies.
