Abstract

Karamunting has been empirically used by the community in overcoming itching disorders due to fungi. Therefore the purpose of this study was to screen in silico the content of Karamunting against N-myristoyltranseferase protein. The method used in this study was In Silico screening using PLANTS docking and the materials used were thirteen compounds contained in Karamunting. The results of this study are docking scores from -123.628 to -77.3801 and residues that have similarities with native ligands when interacting with N-myristoyltransferase, namely one to three amino acids, the predicted value using PASSonline ranges from 0.101 to 0.583. The conclusion of this study was obtained three compounds that have the potential as antifungals with the N-myristoyltransferase inhibitor mechanism, these compounds are α-tocopherol-quinone; α-tocopherol A; blumeatin.

Abstract

Family nursing care as a form of community health activities is also proven to be able to increase family independence in dealing with health problems that they experience independently. However, in practice the documentation of family nursing care as physical evidence of the implementation of the family nursing care process carried out by puskesmas nurses still does not meet the standards, so this study aims to determine the effect of family nursing care training for puskesmas nurses on increasing family independence in the health sector. in the work area of the Indramayu Regency Health Office in 2022. The results of this study indicate that training can increase the average value of knowledge regarding family nursing care and documentation carried out by puskesmas nurses from 12, 44 and increased to 19.76. This increase in knowledge then has an influence on increasing the ability of nurses to carry out family nursing care. This is evidenced by the increasing independence of the community in the health sectornamely the number of KM IV increased by 48.6% when compared to before the training, which was 35.0%.Thus that the community and puskemas can benefit from knowing the impact of family nursing care training on puskesmas nurses on boosting family independence in the healthcare sector.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by poor nutritional intake, repeated infections, and inadequate psycho-social stimulation at the first 1000 days of life, characterized by height for age below the applicable standard, Prevalence of stunting in Indonesia in 2019 was 27.7%. In 2021 it became 24.4%, and although it has decreased, Indonesia is still far from the target. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between CED, exclusive breastfeeding, and economic status with the incidence of stunting in children. This research is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design. A total of 224 respondents were selected randomly by proportional random sampling, and the study was conducted in July-September 2022. Data collection was carried out by measuring height, looking at the MCH book, interviews, and questionnaires. Bivariate analysis was performed using chi-square and multivariate using multiple logistic regression. The results showed that 50.9% of children are stunted. Chi-square results show a significant relationship between the history of CED with a p-value of 0.000, exclusive breastfeeding with a p-value of 0.020, and economic status with a p-value of 0.003 and the incidence of stunting. CED is the most dominant factor affecting the incidence of stunting. Statistically, CED has a risk of 11.278 times, affecting the occurrence of stunting. This study suggests Health agencies and related parties to collaborate in early detection, reduce the risk of stunting, and be able to run programs that the government has made.
