Abstract

Coronary Heart Disease is a disease that interferes with heart function due to narrowing that occurs due to fatty deposits or plaque in the coronary arteries that block blood flow to the heart. The existence of a non-surgical PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention) procedure which dilates blood vessels with the installation of a stent, makes many patients with coronary heart disease choose to undergo this procedure. The high number of choices for PCI action and the lack of research that discusses the life experiences of patients who have undergone PCI, makes researchers interested in conducting this study. This study aims to determine the life experiences of patients with coronary heart disease who have undergone percutaneous coronary intervention in Bulukumba Regency. The data in this study were collected through in-depth interviews on selected subjects (In-depth Interview) and analyzed using Thematic Analysis. Researchers found 4 themes from the results of data analysis. The themes are: (1) Lifestyle, sub-themes: diet, smoking, physical activity and medication adherence. (2) Psychological responses, sub themes: feelings of anxiety and worry, emotions and stress. (3) Forms of Support, sub-themes: family support, spiritual support. (4) Quality of Life for Post PCI Patients, sub-themes: feeling back to normal, changes in sleep patterns and pain. There are 4 themes found in this study. It is hoped that patients with coronary heart disease who have undergone PCI procedures will continue to increase their motivation to live a better life.

Abstract

Physical examination is one of the efforts to handle health to clients. Physical examination is carried out on the patient's body by means of inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation to find out any changes in physiological function in the body. If the physical examination is not done by the nurse in doing nursing care, then the nursing diagnosis he sets will be wrong, and will actually cause new problems in patients. Of course, there are things that are the cause why a nurse does not do a physical examination, so research needs to be done to find the reason. The design used in this study is cross-sectional studies. The results of the study were obtained with questioner and observation sheets on 58 respondents, namely 26 nurses in Cempaka inpatient rooms and 32 nurses in dahlia inpatient rooms, knowing the relationship of motivation.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penyakit Coronavirus (COVID-19 ) merupakan masalah Kesehatan serius di dunia pada akhir Tahun 2019. Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) menyatakan bahwa Penyakit COVID-19 dikategorikan sebagai pandemi global. Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan penanganan COVID-19, untuk mengendalikan transmisi COVID-19 dengan melakukan skrining massif, melakukan pembatasan sosial dan karantina diri. Tindakan penanggulangan COVID-19 masih tetap berlanjut sampai saat ini, dibutuhkan kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap langkah-langkah upaya yang dilakukan, yang sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan masyarakat terhadap COVID-19. Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, sikap, perilaku dan penilaian risiko masyarakat di Kabupaten Bulukumba selama Pandemi Covid 19. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel adalah masyarakat Di Kabupaten Bulukumba sebanyak 725 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Cluster random sampling. Hasil: Hasil analisa data univariat diperoleh sebagian masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan selama pandemi COVID-19 adalah berpengetahuan baik yaitu sejumlah 336 orang 46,3%), sebagian besar sikap masyarakat Selama Pandemic COVID-19 adalah sikap positif yaitu sejumlah 356 orang (49,1%), sebagian perilaku masyarakat Selama Pandemic COVID-19 adalah tindakan baik yaitu sejumlah 304 orang (41.9%). Dan penilaian risiko sedang yaitu sejumlah 359 orang (49,5%) Kesimpulan : Sebagian masyarakat di Kabupaten Bulukumba memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, sikap yang positif dan perilaku yang baik serta penilaian risiko sedang sebagai upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya penularan COVID-19

Abstract

Pulmonary Tuberculosis is one of the problems that cause the biggest death after cardiovascular disease and respiratory disease number one from group one of the infectious disease group which is still an unresolved problem in the world, even in Indonesia. This study aims to identify the effect of knowledge and attitudes on the prevention of pulmonary tuberculosis transmission in the family. The method used is Case Study Design starting from the data collection stage, namely Case Study is a form of research from a problem that has specific characteristics with individual, family, or group targets, even the wider community. The results showed that after giving health education, there was an increase in the level of knowledge and attitude of prevention efforts in the Pretest and Posttest scores. The level of family knowledge is good at 75%, while 25% is still vulnerable to lack of knowledge. Then for the attitude of prevention efforts obtained 100% data in good prevention efforts. In conclusion, the better the level of knowledge, the better the prevention of Tuberculosis in the family of the Community Health Center in Slipi Village.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a serious chronic disease that occurs either when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin, or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. Diabetes Mellitus is a disease that can increase the threat of health and death of each individual quickly and has great challenges to achieve success in management. This study aims to identify the role of the family in treating Diabetes Mellitus. This research method uses a case study design and consists of four respondents. Data collection was carried out in the Kelurahan Duri Kepa Health Center, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta on 27-31 May 2021 with instruments in the form of interview guidelines, observation guidelines, notebooks, and tools to measure blood sugar levels in patients. The results showed that the application of the intervention of the family role in 4 respondents after being given education and family support the value of the family role was in the good category of 100%. The conclusion in this study the role of the family has shown positive results that can affect the care of patients with diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

The COVID-19 virus has become a worldwide pandemic. Nurses who work on the front lines to treat patients due to the COVID-19 outbreak may be exposed to the virus. This can certainly make nurses have more workloads and will be vulnerable to experiencing psychological problems in the form of anxiety. One of the non-pharmacological actions that can be taken to reduce anxiety is by doing progressive muscle relaxation because progressive relaxation techniques can focus on a muscle activity by identifying tense muscles and then reducing tension by doing relaxation techniques to get a relaxed feeling. Knowing the effect of progressive muscle relaxation on the anxiety level of nurses during the covid-19 pandemic in the emergency room and jasmine at H.A.Sultan Hospital Dg.Radja of Bulukumba. Methods This research uses a pre-experimental design using a one-group pre-post design. The sample of this study was 31 respondents who were taken by the Simple Random Sampling method. The DASS 42 questionnaire was used to assess the level of anxiety. Data analysis in this study used the T one sample statistical test. The results of the analysis used a one-sample T-test with a level of confidence (α = 0.05). Based on the results of this test, the p-value is 0.000, thus p < (0.000 < 0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on anxiety levels in nurses during the covid-19 pandemic in the emergency room and jasmine at H.A.Sultan Hospital dg. Radja Bulukumba and it is hoped that nurses will always be able to overcome the anxiety they experience.
