Abstract

Decreasing of production soybean caused by low soil fertility with supply organic fertilizer can increase soil fertility, decrease toxic environment from using chemist fertility. Organic fertilizer from fibers oil palm contain 0,32% Nitrogen; 0,08% Phosfor; 0,47% Potassium; 0,02 Magnesium and 0,11 Calcium. This research is an experiment conducted in the bed by using (RAL) one factor with 6 treatment, 5 replication and 30 unit experiment. The treatment consists of a). Control (0 ton/ha) b). 5 ton/ha c). 10 ton/ha d). 15 ton/ha e). 20 ton/ha and f). 25 ton/ha fibers palm oil of bokashi. 25 ton/ha fibers palm oil of bokashi increased supply for wet seed and dry seed weight of soybean. Treatment 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 ton/ha fibers palm oil of bokashi not significant for availability N dan K in soil of 2 weeks incubation, but significant for availability P in soil. 20 ton/ha fibers palm oil of bokashi supply availability P to upper.

Abstract

Problems of acidity and heavy metal levels in tidal land can be improved by using ameliorant one of them natural zeolite. Based on ability to exchange ions and improvements in chemical properties of the soil. Klaten natural zeolite of Yogyakarta contains 29.4% mordenite with size 500 nm -20 nm.This research using (RAL) one factor with 5 treatment, 4 replication and 20 unit experiment. The treatment consists of a). Control (0 ton.ha-1) b). 2.5 ton.ha-1 c). 5 ton.ha-1 d). 7.5 ton.ha-1 and e). 10 ton.ha-1 natural zeolite. Treatment 10 ton.ha-1 natural zeolite can decrease Fe2+ to 15.90 ppm and Al-dd to 1.07 me. 100 g-1 on soil.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and the best dose of Gliocladium sp.in imperata bokashi media, in suppressing the attack of nematode root roots. This research usedRAL research design in one factor polybag media with 6 treatments, 4 replications and 24experimental units. The treatment consists of K). Imperata bokashi (20.8 g) A). Imperatabokashi (20.8 g) + Gliocladium sp. 10 g B). Imperata bokashi (20.8 g) + Gliocladium sp. 15 g C).Imperata bokashi (20.8 g) + Gliocladium sp. 20 g D). imperata bokashi (20.8 g) + Gliocladiumsp. 25 g E). Imperata bokashi (20.8 g) + Gliocladium sp. 30 g. The result of the study showedthat Glocladium sp. in imperata bokashi media have real effect in controlling Meloidogyne sppnematodes. in Tomato plants, significantly affect the growth of Tomato plant height, but nosignificant effect on wet weight and dry weight of plants.

Abstract

Citrus plants (Citrus sp.) Currently experiencing major problems with the presence of diplodiadisease both wet and dry. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Californiaporridge and mixture of Microthiol, Primavit, Sidametrin and Ridomil against diplodia skindisease in Siam Banjar orange plant in Batola district. This research was conductedexperimentally using Completely Randomized Design. Based on the results obtained bycontrolling diplodia disease with no treatment (control), california slurry, and the mixturebetween pesticides and growth regulators did not have a significant difference. The largestaverage yield reduction was on the california slurry treatment of 3.15 cm2, followed by thesecond largest reduction area by a mixture of pesticides and growth regulators by 2.49 cm2 andthe widest reduction area of attack by no pesticied (control) of 1.39 cm2

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Bacillus thuringiensis on the predator and parasitoid populations of mustard greens and to identify species of predators and parasitoids in Bacillus thuringiensis treated sauce. This study used a single factor Randomized Block Design with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment consists of a). Control (water) b). Bacillus thuringiensis solution (2cc / l water) c). Bacillus thuringiensis solution (4 cc / l water) d). Bacillus thuringiensis solution (6 cc / l water) e) Bacillus thuringiensis solution (8 cc / l water). The results showed that the administration of Bacillus thuringiensis did not affect the predation of trapped predator and parasitoid populations, and found 12 species of predators consisting of 3 ordo of Arachnida, Coleoptera, Orthoptera, and parasitoid species of 8 species from Hymenoptera ordo.
