It determines the reading comprehension difficulty level during modular distance learning approach as perceived by the students when they are classified in terms of strand. This study used mix – method. Data were gathered through the use of Focus Group Discussion and self-made survey questionnaire. Weighted mean and t-test were used. Purposive sampling design was utilized for the selection of the ten MSU – Sulu SHS Teachers and convenient sampling design was used for the selection of 25% population of MSU – Sulu SHS Students during the school year 2020 - 2021. The findings of this study revealed that reading comprehension is the ability of the students to analyze, decode, integrate prior knowledge, interpret and clearly understand the words, sentence, or compositions particularly the content and its contexts. The different strategies used in teaching reading comprehension as well as different strategies that can be used during the modular learning approach were presented. The emphasis on modular distance learning was found that it can be used as an alternative learning approach that uses self-learning modules. It was also revealed that both internal and external factors have influence students reading comprehension difficulties amidst the use of modular distance learning approach. Students’ perception on reading comprehension difficulty level during modular distance learning approach is difficult. There is no significant difference on students’ reading comprehension difficulty level amidst the use of modular distance learning approach as perceived by the students that resulted to the acceptance of the null hypothesis. The study recommended that the school administrators should initiate trainings, seminars and workshops about different strategies that is timely to help their faculty members improve the reading comprehension of the students. The school administrators should also supervise their teachers to use strategies that are appropriate and applicable on the type of learning style they are using. The teachers should use strategies and learning resources that suits the kind of learners and the type of learning style they have. This study aims to examine the effect of e-service quality, brand awareness, advertising in influencing the brand image of the specialty store on the behavior of consumers' decisions to repurchase specialty store products. The sample of this study was taken from the consumer population in the Greater Jakarta area. This study uses a questionnaire to measure the effect of the relationship between independent variables (e-service quality, brand awareness, advertising), and mediating variable (brand image) on the dependent variable (repurchase intention). The research results were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) tools. Based on the results of the study, it was found that e-service quality and brand awareness had a significant effect on brand image, while advertising did not have a significant effect on brand image. For the brand image itself has a significant influence on repurchase intention. The results show that the level of e-service quality and brand awareness plays an important role in improving the brand image in specialty stores. Therefore, to increase the achievement of sales targets, a specialty store needs to improve its brand image because it has an impact on consumer repurchase decision behavior. In this study, the variable e-service quality is used which is a digital-based service through the internet network where previous studies have tested service quality on brand image, but have not focused on digital-based services.

During the period 2013-2016, there have been 32 KRI accidents, the data can show an increasing trend of KRI accidents. In the maritime world, several ship accidents occur due to, among others, natural conditions, technical failures, shipping lane conditions, ship-related factors, human error, and cargo-related factors. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a case study method. From the research results, the ship which weighs 1,900 tons, has dimensions of 90.70 meters x 11.12 meters x 3.4 meters, is powered by 2 diesel engines, which can propel the ship up to a speed of 18 knots and can carry cargo up to 600 tons. happened when the ship finished docking. The habit factor of the ships above, anchoring like that, of course, has a reason, the Commander should in the learning process find out to enrich knowledge through experience to find the truth of the habit because one day it becomes one of the keys to work effectiveness and benefits in taking an action. If he learns from experience, leakage can be avoided. The results of the research show that expertise and responsibility are two of the pillars of professionalism, which are relevant to the case study of the shipwreck that the researcher lifted. The results of the ship accident case study, identified that to prevent accidents, officers must have technical, interpersonal, and conceptual skills. These three factors constitute a totality. This means that all three are interrelated and all KRI officers need some mix of all three. If one of them is not perfect or does not exist, it will have implications for shipping safety.

Abstract

Sukuk or Sharia bonds are one of the investment instruments in Indonesia. Since the 19th century, Sukuk has become popular with investors. Several previous studies found contradictory results that macroeconomic variables have a relationship and influence on Sukuk by observing the year before the pandemic. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a Vector Autoregression (VAR) approach. Through the optimum lag value, namely, lag 3, statistically it was found that there was a significant relationship between the variables of GDP, interest rates, and the exchange rate on Sukuk. In addition, several analysis results found a causal relationship between these variables.
