Abstract

This research focuses on marketing communications for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Aceh Besar during the Covid 19 Pandemic. It is very difficult to develop a business during a pandemic due to limited mobility. On the other hand, efforts must be made to sustain life. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a number of research informants as many as five MSMEs, namely Brownies Ratna, Crispy Udang Rebon Jihan, The Chip's By Zakiyah, Bungong Gallery and Tirta Kahveh Arabica Gayo Coffee. The results of the research of MSME actors in Aceh Besar continue to carry out prudok promotions by advertising through social media. Promoting various forms, for example giving tasters to potential customers and giving giveaways to regular customers. Provide the best service to consumers by getting used to providing correct and courteous information. In addition, Aceh Besar SMEs carry out promotions from one place to another to increase sales

Abstract

Information is everyone's need, and the right to obtain information is a human right, Law Number 14 of 2008 provides a legal basis for everyone to have the right to obtain public information. PPID plays an important role in service and provision of information, PPID must carry out its role and communication strategy effectively and efficiently in order to realize the implementation of UU KIP. This study uses the Laswell communication model, with field research methods, and qualitative descriptive analysis, interview data collection techniques, observations and complementary data. The research was carried out at the Communication, Information and Encryption Office of West Aceh Regency, specifically the Documentation Information Management Officer (PPID), who appointed 2 informants, namely the head of the Public Communications Division and the Head of the PPID Section. The results of this research explain that the West Aceh District Communication, Information and Encryption Service, which is the Main PPID, has its role in accordance with Law Number 14 of 2008, PPID has carried out its duties, functions and steps in accordance with the requirements of the KIP Law, and regarding operations and the mechanism of Information Services is quite good and satisfactory and facilitates the community. PPID has implemented its communication strategy in socializing to the community by forming the Gampong Information Group (KIG), which is very useful for the community in terms of information services.

Abstract

The IPNU-IPPNU propaganda strategy in overcoming juvenile delinquency in the Kaligayam hamlet, Banyakan District, Kediri. This research aims to provide information and education. And how are the da'wah strategies in preventing juvenile delinquency such as consuming liquor, dropping out of school and fighting. The negative stigma against juvenile delinquency requires the role and existence of a large organization in a multicultural society. The presence of IPNU-IPPNU is a smart solution that is considered capable of overcoming this problem. In this case, it becomes a long history in the nation's journey for students who contribute from various corners of the country in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive model, by providing an overview of the phenomenon with a SWOT analysis approach. Based on the discussion and data results, it can be concluded that the da'wah strategies include Strength (strength), Weakness (weakness). The strategy variants applied by the organization for students are: motivation, holding, competitions, nurturing differences and implementing religious education. The factors that influence include organizational characteristics and environmental characteristics, covering two aspects, namely internal and external.

Abstract

In Banda Aceh, the proliferation of modern, unique coffeeshops and coffee variants has made female baristas appear. The profession as a barista which was originally performed by men has been loved by women. Female baristas have worked in several coffeeshops. In terms of service, knowledge and responses from customers stated that female baristas were often considered incompetent, not smart, less thorough in serving coffee, and often received negative framing from the audience. This research was conducted to answer how the interpersonal communication built by female baristas in dealing with negative framing from the audience. The research method uses qualitative research with descriptive writing. Data obtained by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. From the research, it was found that negative framing can be countered with five attitudes which are important values ​​in interpersonal communication. The five attitudes are, empathy, support, positive attitude, and other information. In addition, baristas never stop learning to develop themselves, values ​​and rules and behaviors that can make customers feel comfortable and return to the coffee shop. Thus, with an open attitude, polite speech, good service and attractive appearance, female baristas can accept attendance.

Abstract

The mass media in the era of society 5.0 is the main means of disseminating messages and information to the wider community. The era of society 5.0 and the birth of new media has made people's daily lives easier. Currently, the mass media has a dual role, namely as a means of sharing messages in the flow of communication and also acting as an agent of change for the community. Many people's expectations of the role of mass media as agents of change for the wider community to become even better turned out to have a myriad of challenges. Because basically the mass media has a flexible nature. Mass media as a means of disseminating information and messages to the wider community is in line with the realities of life, every new change of course has new risks that follow. The rapid development of mass media also brings the rapid development of cyber crime in human life. And here is a new challenge that must be faced by every party in the era of society 5.0. Reflecting on the case above, the research in this journal focuses on discussing the challenges that must be faced by each party involved in society 5.0 in the era of cyber crime that attacks all aspects of life. This research uses an explanatory method based on literature study in which all data are obtained from books, journals, articles and internet media. This study aims to see and find out to what extent the parties involved in society 5.0 face cyber crime, especially the mass media. The theory used in this study is social learning theory to discuss the reasons for the existence of cyber crime, then use and gratification theory to see the extent to which society is affected by mass media in society 5.0 and finally media ecology theory to see how the role of mass media is in dealing with cybercrime.

Abstract

E-Kinerja is an electronic system arising from the accelerated development of increasingly sophisticated communication and technology. This study aims to identify, analyze and assess the application of new technology as an effort to increase the effectiveness and productivity of PNS/ASN performance in work activities through the use of e-performance. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study method presented with descriptive data in the form of interviews from informants, field observations and studies of documents related to objects. The results showed that the implementation of E-Kinerja to increase the productivity of civil servants' performance in BAPPEDA Nagan Raya Regency was not yet effective in increasing the productivity of employee performance, but only to increase the level of discipline on time with the level of adaptation to the use of sustainable E-Kinerja applications. In accordance with the concept used by researchers, namely the criteria for successful implementation of the aspect of ensuring productivity and performance analysts. The implementation of e-Kinerja is also faced with several obstacles, including the lack of ability of employees to adopt new innovations or, lack of IT/ICT experts, lack of facilities and infrastructure, and the absence of regulations governing the implementation of E-Kinerja specifically. Therefore, periodic technical guidance is needed with a focus on routine discussions, appointing one of the experts as E-Kinerja admin and providing a more stable internet network.
