Abstract

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) is a form of sexual deviation or dysfunction with a description of the definition of each item which includes the definition lesbian is defined as a term used to indicate that a woman has a sexual orientation among women, Gay is a term used to indicate that a person has same-sex relations or Same Sex Attraction, Bisexual is defined as a term used to indicate that a person has bisexual orientation, namely dual attraction at the same time both to the same sex and to the opposite sex. Transgender is a term used to indicate that a person has the desire to appear opposite of the sex he has whether he has a heterosexual, bisexual, gay or asexual social identity. The phenomenon of these cases, is behavior that is considered deviant, both in the Islamic religious and social dimensions. This became a concern in the community, In dealing with issues related LGBT groups, the role of the preacher is very important to prove that Islam is able and permissible to solve various social problems. This study uses the Library research method,collect and analyze data sources to be processed and presented in the form of a Library Research report.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of photography which cannot be separated, especially in the world of fashion. Because fashion, make-up and photography are one unit that always go hand in hand and both need each other. Fashion Photography, Photos that focus on depicting and presenting various clothing and other fashion items related to lifestyle. Creating fashion photos requires experts in their fields, such as professional photographers and models, but also other fashion lovers, be they buyers, fashion experts, bloggers and fashion vloggers. As a community that the author wants to study, namely the Yogyakarta Hijabie community which gave birth to a generation of Muslimah model labels and raised fashion lovers who are good at creating without forgetting to convey their da'wah through fashion da'wah, we preach. syariah This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The results of the observational analysis research to focus on attractiveness and elegance in fashion photos are the perceptions of members of the hijabi community, namely first, the mindset is relatively the same, namely according to individual perceptions of attractiveness and elegance in fashion photos in magazines. Second, connecting the concept of chic objects as a whole which makes it elegant. Third, elegant or glamorous as a form of feeling more confident.

Abstract

This article aims to study the contribution of Badi’uzzaman Said Nursi in the Islamic media field. His thoughts can be considered a solution to social problems caused by globalization. This study uses a qualitative method based on literature studies in which the primary data source is Risale-I Nur, the monumental work of Said Nursi. The results show that Said Nursi displayed "media terms" in the basic sense of media as a liaison and an intermediary between one society and another as seen from the terms of airplane, railway, radio, telegraph, telephone, and newspaper. Second, Nursi views media as communication tools, but rather, he discussed media in terms of ma'nai harfi, in which media and all its usage forms must be connected to Allah. Nursi reconstructed the meaning system (semiology) of media content that is mostly dominated by merely individual desires and social contexts, avoiding moral values. Third, Nursi's thought can be applied in the context of recent new media advancement. It can be used for promoting peace and the beautifulness of the Quran's content to the whole globe. Therefore, Nursi's thought can be considered a reference for solving moral media problems facing society.

Abstract

This type of research is qualitative research with the approach used is phenomenology. In this study, researchers interviewed community leaders who understood the meaning of events or incidents of conflict between the people of East Timor and the Musi people in Mangan Jaya Village in recent years showing encouraging changes Adaptation Between the East Timorese and Musi Communities in Mangan Jaya Village, Muara Kelingi District, another thing that also shows an attitude of openness between the East Timorese and Musi people is the creation of harmonious economic relations, they shop with each other and other economic transactions are carried out well. The people of East Timor and the people of Musi showed a positive attitude with the open acceptance of each community group. This can be seen from the fact that there is no difference in treatment between the Musi group and the East Timorese.

Abstract

This study seeks to analyze how the hypodermic needle theory works on Marjan syrup advertisements in the month of Ramadan 2023. The research was conducted by observing marjan syrup advertisements both aired on television and Marjan Badoin's YouTube account. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting data about mass communication, especially about the hypodermic needle theory, relevant journals and books as well as Marjan Syrup advertising videos on television and Marjan Boudoin's Youtube account. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study concluded that the mass media, in this case television and YouTube, which display advertisements in the form of Audio Visual Marjan Syrup messages play a strong role in influencing affectively, cognition and behavior of the audience/society. Especially for people with an undeveloped level of education, the audience/society is more easily influenced because the majority of television viewers in Indonesia are people with a level of education that is not yet well established and children who have not received higher education. third, the message conveyed is easier to understand, Audio visual shows are more interesting, more accepted and easier to understand by the public/public. Viewers don't have to bother reading to understand what messages the advertisements convey on television or YouTube channels.
