Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is the worst pandemic in the last century, one of the factors is because the Covid-19 pandemic is accompanied by the massive spread of hoaxes related to the virus. The spread of hoaxes during the pandemic has a negative impact, including influencing public perceptions. One of the disturbing hoaxes in the pre-covid-19 pandemic was a hoax related to Islam and China. Researchers reveal how the relationship between Islam and China is represented in the Covid-19 hoax. If the relationship between Islam and China is misrepresented, it can create a wrong perception for society. This study uses an analytical model of the critical language approach of Roger Fowler et al. The results of the research, most of the hoax narratives in the pre-pandemic period represented Islam in a positive narrative, while China was represented in a negative narrative. However, the represantation of Islam and China is based on unsubstantiated claims.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest Muslim population in the world. With the largest Muslim population in the world, the country of Indonesia is take advantage of these conditions and can be an opportunity to develop the economy Sharia in Indonesia. With the existence of Islamic Economics, it can provide activities Islamic economy and adheres to Islamic principles, namely the Qur'an and Sunnah Hadith. The prolonged economic crisis that has occurred in Indonesia is still have not been able to find the light. Poverty at the bottom and tend to be marginalized from every community activity, this can lead to gap between the rich and the poor. Upgrade the community's economy means increasing the ability of the community by develop the potential of the community. Therefore Baitul Maal Mattamwil (BMT) also plays an important role in developing the Islamic Economy in Indonesia. Because this BMT will also be able to help in increasing the business economy in the community for the lower middle class, this assistance can also in the form of additional capital or financing to be able to improve a business.

Abstract

This paper is included in the type of qualitative writing, where the paper wants to show that learning media reporting is easy and fun (cool). There are at least seven things that must be done in order to get the results of cool media reporting which is the theme of this paper and they are summarized as follows; get to know reportage, the media used as reportage publications, the science of writing that applies journalistic rules and patience in carrying out cool reporting activities.

Abstract

The use of language style in journalistic language provides color and beauty in presenting information and news. This also affects how the information is received. So that the use of language styles in the media means disseminating various definitions of media messages and dominant ideological representations into the agenda of discussion. Mata Najwa Talkshow is one of the talk shows that uses language style in presenting the content of the program. From the linguistic aspect, the language used by Najwa Shihab in opening and closing events and in interviewing sources is very interesting. Najwa Shihab as a presenter always uses a choice of words (diction) and a language style that can attract the attention of viewers. With the use of diction and language style, Najwa Shihab can obtain information according to his wishes. The choice of the Mata Najwa program as the object of this research is because a newsanchor Najwa Shihab has his own language style in presenting his program. In addition, the language style used by Najwa played a role in emphasizing and beautifying the sentences he conveyed so that they became beautiful and interesting. This study analyzes the use of language styles in the Najwa Eye Program using a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data in the study are all sentences in the Mata Najwa Program which contain satire or satirical language styles. The technique used in this research is technical content analysis.

Abstract

The use of the hijab is a symbol in Islam that shows the piety of Muslim women. With the provisions of the syari'at which regulates that the veil is to cover the genitals. However, in the current era, the hijab is not only a covering of genitals, it is also a part of self-identity, life style and fashion in social interactions among society. That's why the hijab increases its function to beautify and value the beauty of its users. The development of the hijab in today's reality can change the way of thinking, the perception of the meaning of the hijab, especially among IAIN Ponorogo students. Saussure semiotic analysis is used to see the phenomenon of the meaning of the headscarf towards female students of IAIN Ponorogo. In this study, it was found that female students interpreted the hijab not only as an obligation to cover their genitals and self-identity for Muslim women, but also as a life style on the grounds that they looked fashionable and not too conservative.

Abstract

Methods of Communication Da'wah in urban communities where there are many multicultural communities of different ethnicities and cultures need good communication, especially in religion. In realizing the extent to which the implementation of Islamic society in Taba Jemekeh Village, Lubuklinggau, knowing the methods used in da'wah communication in realizing an Islamic society, knowing the Islamic Community in Taba Jemekeh Lubuklinggau Village, the role of da'wah communication in realizing an Islamic society. This research is descriptive qualitative, which is a research that is intended to reveal an empirical fact scientifically objectively based on scientific logic, procedures, and supported by strong methodologies and theories in accordance with known scientific disciplines.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Interpersonal Communication Strategy of a Permata Tour Lubuklinggau Tour Leader with tourist group participants based on the Marketing mix including Product, Price, Place, Promotion to increase the sense of tourist loyalty. This study uses a qualitative approach, we explore information data in the field through in-depth interview techniques to 6 (six) informants based on their own perceptions, in addition to interviews we also conducted participant observations and other recorded documentation. The problem of this research is the extent to which the Interpersonal Communication Strategy of a Permata Tour Lubuklinggau Tour Leader regarding tourists who only use the services of a Permata Tour travel agency, and we found that there are Tour Leaders who do not master the interpersonal communication process well and their goals towards tourists. Based on these findings, we suggest efforts to optimize the performance of tour leaders to apply the basic concept of Hospitality/Excellent Service to tourists. In addition to these findings, we suggest that all Tour Leaders in leading a group of tourists should have carried out a competent test and have a Tour Leader certification from a tourism institution.

Abstract

Millennials who rely on technology and still use ipads, smartphones, TVs, and so on. Every day makes social media a very important part of social connections. They spend more time a day with digital technology devices, as well as a variety of apps than they spend with their families, because of too much surfing in cyberspace, millennials often neglect the obligation to worship. The research method in this study is qualititative research method. Qualitative approach focuses on the general principles underlying the realization of a meaning of social symptoms in society. The object of analysis in qualitative approach is the meaning of social and cultural symptoms by using the culture of the community concerned to obtain an overview of a particular category. The study objectives of qualitative approach are patterns that apply as general principles that live in society.These symptoms are seen from a stand-alone unit in a round and complete unity. So qualitative approach is often referred to as holistic approach to a social symptom. First, preaching through psychological approach, psychological approach is very important to know which methods and processes of acceptance will be taken against the object of preaching through. Second, rhetorical approach, namely by conveying messages and advice through writing or directly such as questions and discussions preaching through examples of conscientiousness. Teenagers in today''s millennial era love to imitate someone they admire. Tips on preaching to millennials in the 4.1 era, namely by using psychological approaches, rhetorical approaches, through setting a good example, and through social media.

Abstract

Changes in people's lifestyles in social interaction through the internet, especially in the economic field. The existence of physical distancing, social restrictions and the application of health protocols make people prefer to use the internet as a support for meeting the needs of daily life. The lifestyle that is felt by the community today is a consumptive lifestyle because of the large number of mass media that intervene in shaping the construction of a lifestyle in society. With the principle of Indonesian society that still adheres to a patriarchal ideology, of course placing women as someone who is easily influenced by the game of capitalism. Through this research, see how housewives accept the Shopee flash sale advertisement on television in the current pandemic era. This research uses reception analysis research method. The results of this study are women (housewives) are still used as objects and even targets of the capitalist industry with the acceptance of women towards consumer culture through online shopping consumptive behavior. Meanwhile, the media is still a tool used to become women as ideological objects.
