Abstract

Problems that occur in the production machine at PT. Djabesmen is the frequent occurrence of engine failure that causes low engine reliability. The purpose of this study is to find out causes high breakdown in Royal Board division of PT. Djabesmen, minimize the occurrence of a breakdown on the Main machine unit, as well as recommendations on the types of appropriate maintenance actions for the machine components being examined. In this study the analytical method used is Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), which is a maintenance analysis method used to determine critical components and improve maintenance systems that focus on improving engine reliability. The results of this study indicate that in the main machine unit there are 15 failure modes classified into category B, 5 failure modes classified as category C, and 24 modes belonging to the D / B category. In selecting treatment actions, 23 failure modes used directed task conditions, 15 failure modes used finding filure and 6 other failure modes using the run to failure task. Abstract

Di berbagai industri, banyak proses produksi yang masih dikerjakan secara manual sehingga tenaga kerja manusia merupakan peranan yang sangat penting. Terkadang pada perancangan sistem kerjanya, beban dan yang diterima pekerja kurang diperhitungkan apakah dalam batas aman artinya sesuai dengan keterbatasan dan kemampuan manusia atau tidak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT.HEI yang bergerak dalam bidang industri elektronik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data dengan metode ergonomi maka diketahui data antropometri yang digunakan untuk merancang perancangan alat bantu bongkaran remote v6 yang ergonomis adalah Tp, Tsb dan Ps. Besar ukuran antropometri tubuh pekerja setelah pengolahan data dengan menggunakan persentil 5, persentil 50 dan persentil 95 yang digunakan untuk acuan perancangan didapatlah dimensi ukuran masing-masing yaitu: Tp 94,2cm, Tsb 100,2 cm dan Ps 20,4 cm. Selain itu dari hasil perhitungan, rata-rata selisih penurunan NG bongkaran remot v6 didapat rata-rata sebelum menggunakan alat jumlah NG 12,3 dan sesudah menggunakan alat menjadi rata-rata 1,5 jumlah NG. Biaya debit note yang dikeluarkan perusahaan per 10 hari pengerjaan bongkaran remote v6 sebelum menggunakan alat sebesar Rp. 2.583.000 dan setelah .menggunakan alat sebesar Rp.378.000. Maka untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut perlu dirancang perancangan alat yang sesuai dimana hasil data ukuran persentil digunakan dalam perancangan alat dan dalam rancangan pembuatan alat bahan yang digunakan adalah As Alumunium Ø 10 mm x p 350 mm, Plat Besi 100 x 100 x 1,5 mm, Plat Dural Alumunium 155 x 70 x 140 mm dan Stainless Ø 0.8 x 50 mm dengan total harga pembuatan alat sebesar Rp.1.276.060.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh manajemen logistik farmasi terhadap pengelolaan persediaan obat di rumah sakit untuk mengoptimalkan perencanaan dan persediaan obat di rumah sakit.. Salah satu strategi untuk memperolehnya adalah dengan merencanakan keputusan yang efisien mengenai kuantitas obat yang dipesan dan waktu pemesanan dapat mencapai total biaya seminimal mungkin dalam pengelolaan persediaan obat dan terpenuhinya permintaan obat dari pasien. Rumah sakit penting melakukan pengelolaan persediaan obat karena sifat obat pada penelitian ini yang sering digunakan maka persediaan harus terkontrol untuk menghindari kehabisan obat atau stockout. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Material Requirement Planning (MRP) untuk mengetahui permintaan persediaan obat generik model optimasi dengan Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) dan Analisis Sensitivitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah manajemen logistik farmasi di RS delima asih karawang masih terjadi kekurangan obat sehingga pihak rumah sakit mengambil tindakan dalam pembelian obat secara urgensi ke pihak-3 dengan biaya lebih besar. Pengendalian persediaan obat di RS delima asih belum memenuhi kebutuhan persediaan obat dengan dilihat dari 10 obat generik yang diteliti dan 3 diantaranya mengalami kehabisan yaitu Ethambutol 500 Mg (-827 pcs), Pyrazinamide 500 Mg (-513 pcs), Simvastatin 20 Mg (-141 pcs), dan sisianya mengalami stagnan. Motode MRP dan model optimasi menjadi salah satu usulan dalam pengendalian persediaan dimana hasil dari peritungan keduanya telah memenuhi kebutuhan persediaan obat di RS delima asih karawang.

Abstract

PT. Mataram Tunggal Garment is a company that produces clothes with 100% of their production being exported to various countries. To maintain machine productivity, one of the factors to pay attention to is maintenance. This research focuses on needle detector conveyors in the packing division to determine the actual condition of the conveyors. Conveyor availability value in January is 100%. In February the availability value decreased to 97.1% due to the conveyor breakdown with a frequency of 1 time. 6 hours of repair time required. For March, the availability value is in 100% condition, which indicates the conveyor is in optimal condition. Suggestions for improvements that are proposed include improving technician skills to better understand the machine in question so that damage handling is faster. Recording every maintenance time is also very necessary to reduce the potential for damage to the machine considering that the longer the engine part is used, it will shrink. In addition to checking the part replacement process can be carried out if needed. Machine operators must understand the proper operation of the machine and perform maintenance independently

Abstract

Material handling is very important in the production process. PT. Mataram Tunggal Garment uses a goods trolley as a tool to mobilize cardboard boxes containing products. In practice, many employees experience complaints such as back pain due to manually raising and lowering product, difficulty passing downhill and incline due to the absence of brakes, the trolley is difficult to operate, and the trolley is too heavy. If this problem is not resolved immediately, it will have a negative impact on employee safety and company productivity. Therefore, this study aims to design recommendations for goods trolley in the finishing and packing division. From the results, the percentile used for shoulder width is P95: 53 cm, standing elbow height is P5: 84.5 cm and forward hand reach is P5: 65 cm. The proposed design is to add brakes to make it easier to go through inclines or descents, the handle of the trolley can be adjusted in height, the trolley is designed to raise and lower cartons automatically, the size of the trolley container is made to be adjusted to the size of the carton, adding wheel locks, and choosing the stainless steel and polypropylene plastic as a material because of their strength and lightness.

Abstract

Material inventory as a very important thing for every company. Manufacturing companies generally have inventory to be able to provide the best service to customers. The purpose of this study is to try to achieve the minimum inventory levels possible, reduce storage costs, maximize material storage space for materials fast moving. The author uses ABC Analysis to determine the plastic ore material that is fast moving and is in class A. Then proceed with forecasting the needs of plastic ore raw materials for 2019. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is used in this study after knowing the material in class A with a percentage value of 64.20% of material requirements and to determine the quantity of inventory orders that minimize the direct cost of storing inventory, ordering costs and optimizing the frequency of ordering materials. This research is useful for companies by minimizing direct costs of inventory storage, ordering costs and optimizing the frequency of ordering materials. PT. Nissen Chemitec Indonesia usually orders material in 1 year, 12 times material orders, which means that every month the company will order materials. In this analysis, forecasting of material needs is carried out for September 2019 to December 2019 because from the January to August period the company has purchased material. Material purchase with a lead time of 14 days for all types of material. Before using the EOQ method, the total inventory cost of raw materials is Rp. 2,286,376.58 and the company does not have a safety stock. If using the EOQ method the total inventory cost of raw materials is Rp. 812,009 with a frequency of ordering 1 time in 4 months period. The safety stock is 1,095 kg, and the reorder point is if the raw material is at the amount of 2,618 kg. This research is expected to minimize procurement costs and optimize the number of purchases that can be used at PT. Nissen Chemitec Indonesia so that all raw material procurement processes can be better for the company.
